On May 7th, 2019, Kenneth Herring caused an accident by running a red light. A few witnesses to the crash stayed behind to monitor the scene until police arrived. However, when a confused and disoriented Kenneth fled the scene, one witness followed him, despite being told not to by authorities. This resulted in a tragic confrontation that ended the life of this beloved husband, father, and grandfather.
