The specialist that was the previous (I think?) witness mentioned TS was on suboxone "to maintain her sobriety"….Well Suboxone is usually prescribed for opiate addiction, I thought she did stimulants like meth…..although nowadays even (or especially, lol) meth is cut with fentanyl. So I understand why Subs may have made her feel better, as that would make her feel better when, longer-term opiate withdrawal symptoms would be alleviated by the Suboxone, even after "just meth"" use.

Violation of attorney client privilege. Huge here in MA. Whoever was zooming in on that table could also cause this case to be a mistrial. What the HELL were these camera people thinking? It could also come up in the appellate court that attorney client work product and or privileged information was violated. Could cause mistrial, dismissal, or could give reason for complaint to be filed based on judicial error.

It irked me to no end that he said that the fact that she had the mental illness earlier in life meant that it would just, not be better later. No way should my depression and anxiety earlier in life haunt me later in life, I shouldn't be judged on things that happened years ago.

I would have loved to see them give her the MCMI in addition to the MMPI if they're going to speculate about diagnoses. The MCMI was developed and standardized for people who have already received mental health treatment and it aligns with DSM-V diagnostic criteria.

Canadian forensic nurse here. Agree she is responsible for her acts. Her craziness was caused by illegal drug consumption, not a serious mental illness. Horrendous case.
