In a case that has ignited a fierce divide among the public, the prosecution has presented overwhelming evidence indicating that the death of 13-year-old Christina was not a tragic accident but a deliberate act of murder. Despite the defendants, Larry and Rita, pleading not guilty, the jury swiftly delivered a guilty verdict after only two hours of deliberation. The shocking details that emerged during the trial paint a bleak picture of neglect, substance abuse, and complete disregard for human life.

From the loaded gun found in the car next to Christina to the disturbing security camera footage showing Rita and Larry engaging in various activities while the child suffered in the sweltering heat, the case is filled with chilling revelations. The defense’s attempts to deflect blame onto drug use, infidelity, and even accusations of drugging only served to further incriminate the defendants.

Ultimately, the sentences handed down by the judge, 52 years for Larry and 57 years for Rita, reflect the severity of their actions and the tragic consequences of their choices. The heartbreaking loss of a young life and the heinous disregard for the well-being of a vulnerable child have left a scar on the community that will not easily fade.

As a crime investigator, it is clear that the evidence in this case points to a heinous crime driven by a disturbing lack of empathy and responsibility. The intricacies of the case shed light on the deep-rooted issues of neglect, substance abuse, and moral decay that can lead individuals down a path of unfathomable cruelty. In the end, justice has been served, but the scars left behind by this senseless tragedy will forever haunt those touched by it.

Which side of the fence do you stand on for this case?

Correction: Rita was born in 1969 not 1979. 😬 but still evil.

  • @moriahlyn

I was drugged by meth and you know something is off for sure but I was also pregnant and thought initially it was from that. It’s strange being addicted to something when you didn’t choose it. She doesn’t act like it wasn’t her choice. I don’t think she’s gonna just become shit mom for no reason, out of nowhere, even if she was drugged and her feeling that way would tip her off to the drugging.

  • @moriahlyn

They pay 10%of 10 grand, so her bail was $1000

  • @lizziem03

How could you take off to get an extra set of keys and be gone for an hour and to get back, and not even feel like it’s an emergency to try to get that car opened to check on your disabled child??????

  • @ginodalino1

Leaving her in the car for all those hours was heartless, but I don’t think they knew she was going to die

  • @literallycharlie8144

As a disabled little sister, my big sister would absolutely tear that girl to shreds over how she spoke about her own sister. This is the type of talk you hear when you banter with a sibling to talking about fond memories—lord knows my sister and I say all sorts of things like that to each other—but this is a court of law. Her sister is DEAD. It’s like she was just a joke to her and that’s fucking disgusting.

  • @marshapieroni6677

I don't believe for one minute she paid a penny for that child's wheelchair and bathroom

  • @kes78

If i was pregnant and found out my baby was going to have the liteny of problems.Christina had i would not continue with the pregnancy. I think Rita started using mxth whenher husba.d left how else did she have the energy to do everything?

  • @imajesusgirl7546

Rita was responsible for the kid, Larry was not. He was charged with way too much. He wasn't a sober parent. He was a single dude with no responsibilities. He doesn't belong in prison for that long. Nowhere near that long. Christina was not his child.

  • @CynthiaBowen-ju7ob

I think she didn't love her daughter and wanted to get rid of her

  • @tashaLei

Im confused! How is she 53 and born in 1979? Im 43 and birn in 1979

  • @carlyflowers595

So I’m not fully up-to-date on this case but I was wondering, did they do a drug test on the day that this happened on the mom in any case? No Child should be left in a vehicle for that amount of time alone whether it’s running or not that’s ridiculous.

  • @golds9967

So, I have knowledge on drugs and the thing with meth is it makes time go by very fast when you're high. Meaning 5 hours could go by and they only feel like it's been 10 minutes. I'm thinking that she left her in the car, was so high that she didn't realize how long she left her knowing how people are on meth.

  • @soniafoldster

This poor baby girl. I can not believe this. They had to have been just so high out of their mind. And a life lost because of the disregard for this little girl. 6 hours of her suffering so horribly is just is unbelievable

  • @jenlpn9433

Hi Annie! I actually found you on Spotify and I love how you break down each case. Im so sorry this young lady was so uncared and loved.

  • @user-dn2dr8px3d

Throughout the entire story ultimately I kind of wondered if she no longer wanted responsibility or she was just exhausted. Why didn’t she just put her in a care? It would’ve been a better alternative than what happened and then she could’ve gone off and left her life and not had to worry about it anymore she didn’t.

  • @marek11111

    53 yo was born on June 12 1979? 🧐

  • @user-wz9sp5su1g

She had her older daughters fooled….she didnt even drink alcohol….well that not what all those pics of her at bars shows

  • @user-wz9sp5su1g

So few things here….she was drugged with the meth really???? Really???? Really??? She constantly wanted to go out and party with this person and she knew he was a meth addict…..I 💯 percent believe she was binging meth and DOING IT on purpose. Now it might be the meth that allowed her to do this horrific thing to her daughter bc meth steals people's souls. It is clear that she saw christina as a burden and she was done with that burden and wanted to get rid of her. She may have not had the courage to do so if she wasnt high but like i said METH STEALS YOU'R SOUL AND YOU DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE EXCEPT THE DRUGS AND DOING THOSE DRUGS. THIS IS SO SO SO SO SO SICK SHE TOLD HER ROOMMATE SHE LEFT HER DAUGHTER IN THE CAR ALL THE TIME…..She may have thought she had the car on initially and shit maybe she even did (at lot of times when you autostart a car it will only stay on so long before it turns its self of. And it does autolock when you autostart it so maybe she autostarted it and lost the key like tweakers loose shit all the time) however, all that being said she definitely would have noticed the first time she went to go get cigarettes after leaving her in there 3H. One other quick note when you're on meth time is distorted but like I said there was no urgency when she did realize the situation. This is disgusting this lady and man deserve to rot in jail. This poor child….also the biological dad shpuld be held accountable where the fuck was he????

  • @darlenecarpenter753

As a former user, the meth usage as a contributing factor is laughable. If anything, it makes you hyper aware and even paranoid. You don’t just chill out and zone out

  • @veronicamariek1

People on meth lose track of time. My friend adog breeder killed her personal greyhoundbecause they forgot to feed her for weeks…..

  • @LeaksRepairswhenurplumbe-bn6xk

As a witness to many people becoming addicted in the late 90s , I'll say this is something I know as facts, if u are in a room with someone who's smoking meth and you breathe in second hand clouds , you'll get high from it , u can get meth in your system from kissing someone who's been smoking it , from Thier sweat as well. So it's quite possible that's a way it affected her . Had anyone taken by choice or otherwise a gram and half they'd be tweaked out of Thier mind! She seemed rather calmly walking around, so now about getting high from being around it , you lose track of time without realizing it you can talk for hours and it seems like 1 hour, you can go to sleep and eat , tho u may not sleep very long, you may not eat much…thing is we don't know, we just know that had this lady not regularly left the girl in the car this wouldn't have happened. High or not drugged or not, I heard from girls who dated boys who did meth, the girls usually ended up doing it as well and become increasingly more irresponsible and careless losing Thier homes and children….sad this was going on

  • @patricia4767

    That poor young girl 😢
Watching this is so heartbreaking, what the hell is wrong with people who can do this ??

  • @dennish3962

What most likely happened with the car IF she did leave it running with AC. If the key fob gets too far away the car shuts down?

  • @karlwarne7380

To leave an engine running in that heat would have probably caused it to seize, or cut out.

  • @samm5019

My car turns off after 15 mins. Possibly run out of gas is why it was off? No excuses though they are monsters

  • @Bee-ol1xr

I'm just starting the video, but I sure hope people hold the father accountable as well. A dead beat dad who just walks away from his family, the one bringing home the highest income, what an ahole. Just wanted to point that out.

  • @cicchiamichael

    👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🙂💥💥💥💥💥🌹😪

  • @amyg8761

LOSERS!! All of them. This poor girl didn't have anyone close to her that cared. How sad.

  • @user-wd3pf7ol4m

Total neglect and indifference to the Child, How terribly Horrific. God bless Her
Soul. Jail is not enough for Them.
    😢

  • @stacycollins1715

    When you do meth time
passes pay much faster as well. 6 hours could have felt like an hour or two so i would say they both was on meth.

  • @animallover1208

6 hours. There is no way that wasn't intentional. SIX HOURS!!!!! COME ONNNNNN. SERIOUSLY INTENTIONAL.

  • @ciicga

this breaks my heart 😢 I could say so much but the almighty will take care them

  • @ciicga

I have a baby boy just like this little angel but he is also blind. I know the struggles of caring for a child that has CP and I also care for him alone but I would never think of doing something like this. He is my gift lent to me by the almighty. So I dnt understand what’s the matter with her.

  • @mflyn801

I work with special needs adults and a few are in the same condition as Christina. We take especially good care of them. We feed them very well, we don't take them out in bad weather, we always have someone on the bus with them at all times. We love them as if they are our own and care for them as if they're family. It's not easy but it's what has to be done!

  • @kylec1411

funny how they kinda blame the man who she left instead of her. Thats pretty sad.

  • @timothygonzalez4837

This is what meth does to people…I know first hand…never ever ever get addicted to meth

  • @lenaborman6693

    They were high …. 😔😩

  • @deneilbaker

God everything is awful but listening to Rita snort in that talk with her attorney was the fucking repulsive cherry on top

  • @bryandavis5656

She was addicted to drugs, it's clear if you just look at her. She made very poor decisions that led to her child's death. She is guilty of murder. Plain and simple.

  • @mmondt9440

Your math is off. She can't be 53 and born in 1979. I'm 52 and born in 71.

  • @mmondt9440

My ex is an educator with masters degree. Biggest mistake of my life. They are chameleons, able to appear to the outside world as caring, amazing people. In the home they treat a grown man as a child whilst complaining about me making the same as her while she works 9 months out of year but she's underpaid.

  • @toxicgerl

Yeah, they didn't WANT to take care of that child.

  • @ophiecat

Rita has the voice of a hard partier.

  • @crowe2you

Plain and simple, it wasn’t even about drugs or anything. They wanted her out of the picture. She was too much of a hindrance. They knew that Child was dead well before they even went out to get her cigarettes out of the car.

  • @jesselusk2978

    She is guilty as sin
