Did you deliberately situate yourself behind Madame Georgia. I enjoyed how she made fun of Charlie and wiped that smirk right off his face!

  • @paulajay473

The judge told him not to stand because he was shackled didnt you watch the verdict

  • @sandstonehaulerscorp.9426

Rest in peace, Dan Markel, rest, easy in paradise❤

  • @sandstonehaulerscorp.9426

His mom and sister must be dreading every single time a car drives by they are suffering already just of the thought of being in jail with their son riding penpal letters😢😅

  • @sandstonehaulerscorp.9426

He got rubber band slippers on orange jumpsuit, looking like Beetlejuice for real for real😮

  • @sandstonehaulerscorp.9426

Charlie wind up looking like Beetlejuice😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  • @sandstonehaulerscorp.9426

I bet you, his lawyers, driving his Ferrari and range rover😂

  • @dingosmith9932

I'm sure I could see the words in Charlie's brain as the verdict was read, "How did this happen, how did I get here? I was a freakin' dentist …"

  • @stillwaters5671

He has regret no doubt. Most likely it is about himself. I think he would go on just fine had he gotten away with it.
It’s sad in every direction. Senseless permanent damage inflicted upon sooo many innocent victims. I have no doubt that Wendi planned to replace Danny as if that would make it ok. Wendi u are a thief. You robbed Danny and you stole the boys father away from them. Return the diamond heirloom to Ruth! It is the very least you can do. The very most is to allow them to spend time with the boys. Repent!

  • @janedixon8491

Such arrogance he didn’t even stand for the jury!
And I must be a sicko because I don’t feel bad for him at all. I hope he rots in prison. Dan Markel dropped his children off at school and never got to see them again. He robbed those children of their dad. he got about another eight years of the good life.

  • @janedixon8491

I bet the state saw some posts from us 13 juror channels

  • @janedixon8491

Charlie’s reality last night and today! 😞 bad choices
    Jeff was an amazing witness

  • @SmoothStepper22

Never listen to a nagging, whiny mouth woman. It could cost you your life Charlie!

  • @SmoothStepper22

Word to the wise. Men, know when to listen to your mom, wife, sister and know when to stand up to them.

Earlier this year in St Paul, Minnesota, the former husband of a wife, was supposedly killed by a burglar breaking into their house. But over the last 4 years, the Ramsey County Prosecuting Attorney and the FBI, reanalyzed and enhanced the 911 call plus discovered additional evidence, to prove in court, the husband killed his first wife because he was about to declare bankruptcy. Plus, he was too afraid to tell that 1st wife they need to declare bankruptcy and leave their home.

  • @whatsmamacookin4us

Great job covering this trial. How long did the jury deliberate?

  • @sherrya.1060

I was sad 😔 for Charlie throwing away his life. Also, felt sad for their children. A sense of loss.

  • @jacksparrow081

Hey ML! Does Charlie still have his dentist license or was it suspended?

  • @amc2510

Why did the judge instruct everyone to stand for the jury and ordered the defendant to remain seated? And usually defendant usually stands for the verdict reading. He wasn't asked to stand. Another thing is that the defendant was shackled and cuffed coming into the courtroom. Has he been shackled, cuffed the entire trial? It didn't look like it to me.

  • @gill1342

What about the ‘Ellen Greenberg’ case?????

  • @kevincallaghan3212

I remember your first video bud reporting about this law professer who got killed great to see wheels off justice rolling

  • @wvcarolina

You did an amazing job on coverage! And to be there to ask questions at Georgia’s conference = top top notch coverage. Great job to you and LB. Thank you

  • @NellieGCabo

Who was the Lady who gave a HUG to Charlie before he was escorted Inside,

  • @grandmasadvice3012

When Charlie said 1third of a million, does anybody else think that was 1 third of a million was his share ??

  • @BluesClues31

Your questions to Georgia during her interview were the best!!

  • @dianec690

I found myself angry at Charlie for making the choices he made. My first emotion was not the joy I thought I’d feel when I heard the word GUILTY but instead I felt sadness. Sadness for even Charlie as despicable as he is because he not only destroyed Dan Markels life but also his own. Add to that Charlie’s five year old child, Katie’s children Dan Markels children and the list goes on and on. He’s left a lot of people in pain and that is sad.

  • @dianapaxton6373

Could the Adelisons be charged on RICO charges ?

  • @rogerw856

Charlie looked so arrogant at the witness stand . He thought he can get away with murder

  • @nmikloiche

This is a modern day Shakespearean tragedy.

  • @bonjovirocks24

The video works. I watched it live & then went back to watch the verdict only. Maybe it was your cache.

  • @bonjovirocks24

You were my insomnia partner, as I couldn’t sleep being obsessed with this case. Thank you for all of the countless hours each day you’ve dedicated towards this case!!! ❤️

  • @JustMe-px9qy

ML and LB = a great team. 😀

    Thanks for your hard work

  • @JustMe-px9qy

I don’t like charlie at all but I had a little sympathy for him when he was found guilty.

  • @batchelderstreet

CHARLIE CHARLIE CHARLIE : welcome to PRISON. Don’t worry, I’m sure the LATIN KINGS won’t mind at all that you used them in your FUGAZE and laughable defense strategy. Dan Rashbaum may have seemed like a white glove attorney, but can anyone even pretend that they would want him to defend them? puhhhh-Lease….. No way Jose!

TUTO and TATO are licking their chops, waiting to have a nice meeting with you to discuss their weekly payments going forward. They are your ONLY hope for survival, in turn they will become rich!!!!!!!! F you Charlie, your Sister, your father and above all, DONNA THE DEVIL !!!!!!

  • @noway1593

Thinking of the Markels and if and when they can see their grandsons. So sad

  • @greenman6141

A thing I learned: Trust Mentour laywer's assessment of what is likely to happen.
Amongst the things that our host has said, including that the defense could go for a blackmail story, were…that the prosecutor WOULD put Magbanua on the stand – like the case of the Florida man who had 2 men from his home town come to Florida to murder, really brutally, his wife. And that she would say to the jury, in essence "does what the other people convicted for this crime say, does it fit the other evidence we have." and allow the jury to use their intelligence and common sense.

I was very pleased, though surprised, how quickly the verdict came back. I guess the defense's efforts were not particularly affective.
I loved the judge. He wasn't kowtowing to anyone's social or financial standing. And it was fun seeing him slap around Donna & Harvey's attorney, and also Chuckles' in that pre trial hearing about deposing Donna & Harvey.
I also loved hearing Georgia say "why are the defense so concerned about saying Wendy's innocence was proved."
Though my favourite bit of testimony came from Luis Rivera. When he said that the morning the cash was being delivered, he'd rushed to his girlfriend's place as fast as he could because he knew if he wasn't there, she'd take all the cash. That is some real life relationship stuff there. It also meant that his girlfriend wasn't afraid he'd hurt her to force her to return the money, which is really rather sweet, for a hit man. And I seriously doubt that Charlie would have such scruples. We know that, like most braying bullies, he likes to hurt people who are poorer and weaker than him, but when it comes to serious harm…he locks himself inside and pays someone else to do it.

The award for Most Hammy Performance goes to Rashbaum. For his behaviour while Georgia was giving her Closing. She spoke for something less than 2 hours. In that time period Rashbaum, who was right in her camera, was a perpetual motion machine. He was moving papers here, moving them back there. Spinning around in his chair to move more files from a to b, than to c, and back to a. He drank from a water bottle every 5 minutes, with HUGE gestures and lots of noise. He smirked, He gurned. He rolled his eyes. He was continually "whispering" (very loudly) to Chuckles (who was NOT much engaged by what Rashbaum was saying). He'd flip pages back and forth, make BIG gestures as he mimed more writing. He carried on as though what he was penning was such BIG NEWS that one might have thought he was re-composing the Constitution. And this all went on constantly. He wiggled so much, it reminded me of the last time I had hives.
Rashbaum's not a silly person. This must have been deliberate and done with a purpose of some kind. Since he was in Georgia's peripheral vision, I assume he was trying to throw her off in some way, or get the jury to keep looking over at him, so she would see them NOT looking at her. But i speculate. I'd rather know what Mentour Lawyer thinks that was all in aid of. To me it seemed VERY rude.
