The fact that Sarah said he abused her yet she supposedly left the zipper on the suitcase down so he could get out any time is ridiculous! No way would she push that suitcase down the stairs then sit down and taunt, curse, and laugh at his pain and despair if she truly thought he could get himself out! Then feel comfortable enough to go to bed! That woman is so full of it it's insane! Jorges family deserves justice! I feel so sorry for his mom. She seems so broken.

Dude. The videos of her talking shit to him while he's saying he can't breathe is damning. She killed him she can go to prison for life like anybody else.

Thanks for these!
One thing that has not been raised here, regarding ignorance & unawareness.
It doesn't excuse Sarah, but it is very telling when viewing her actions & real claim that this was not intentional.
This is why I can see that it was not intentional; however, please note, I still think that she is culpable & deserves the guilty verdict & sentance.
Positioning caused Jorge's death & Sarah did not even consider this when he called for her to let him out of the suitcase.
She believed that since he could talk, he could breathe & therefore his claims were not credible or even genuine.
The suitcase was not airtight, it was made of fabric, so therefore, he had air to breathe.
Ignorance is not an excuse, but her ignorance of his body positioning & real threat to his life from suffocation, is obvious & evident here.
This is the truth of the matter.
I think that this is negligent homicide, although, it is evident that Sarah is indeed, guilty of narcissistic behavior, practicing revenge, etc.
Either way, she is culpable & deserves this time out of society; time that she should be using to reflect & change her selfish, emotionally based mindset.
She should lose just as much freedom to live, as she stole from Jorge, (intentional or not)!
There are consequences for any & every decision that we make and the actions or reactions that we engage, as a result.
It is better to evaluate those consequences that result from our actions before they come due for payment, rather than complaining😳🙅♀️ that we don't want to pay them or that they are not fair or that we are not responsible for payment, when they are due.⚡🔥💪
👩🔧 Reacting to feelings & emotionally based thoughts is destructive & deadly.
Self discipline is necessary to control emotionally based thoughts/feelings & their reactive, impulsive behaviours.
Feelings are temporary & they change! Therefore, we should not base our decisions upon them.
Sarah's feelings of joy & gleeful revenge changed to fear, panic & self preservation.
She continues the same destructive emotional thinking and its' course of emotionally reactive behaviors.
The truth that convicts her is not sympathetic to her feelings or anyone else's.
It requires her to plead guilty & pay her consequences.🤔

Great interviews, interesting to see unity in reactions. Another factor is during her interview she reiterated the fact that the day of the incident was a great day for them. They were having fun, relaxing with no fighting. She admits she didn't feel in danger that day. I see no reasonable defense. Another take here is you spoke to random people yet they knew of the case. Can they find an unbiased jury in Orange county?
@brooklynrules6117
