There has been an order posted today denying the defense to suppress the wiretaps there is no pdf backup yet

Ahhhh good point. There was no need for the conspirators to conspire after the murder so the FBI had to bump them to see if they would spill. And it was warranted then and should be now. I can't imagine Judge Everitt would suppress. Thank you!!!!

Yes, Mr. Rashbaum. Let’s suppress everything that can prove this case against the defendant. Let’s not ask these special parents, Donna and Harve, anything. How dare us? How about we throw out the entire case and let Charlie go home to Mama, or to June or to baby mama? That way, Dan can continue turning in his grave. Very smart, Mr. Rashbaum. Very smart!

But I also think it should be added………Mr Rashbaum was asking for context to the comments made at the start of the Dolce Vita recording, but then seeks to suppress the wire taps that lead up to the meeting. Denying the jury an ability to listen to the progression of conversations between the alleged co conspirators which culminated in a meeting where the murder is discussed, is wishful thinking. And like you, I think the Honourable Judge Everett will order against the motion to suppress……Hey Charlie time to make a deal is now….😅
