Stephanie…Jesus you went FULL DEPTH in on this story. I've been watching video and none of them were this detailed.

I'm sure Abes spirit is rejoicing knowing all you've done.

  • @KisameOwnsYouAll

The idea of winning the lottery is terrifying. You WILL be a target and my non-immediate family is full of trash. I have no doubt they'd try to 'do something' about it. Even my parent said that if my estranged sibling knew about the money we have she might kill us and we don't have much at all.

  • @a.m.6847

    Too much extraneous information

  • @CaddyJim

I never heard the psychological angle you explained that seeing a winner just like you may encourage you to play the lottery but they but the first half is true they have to show the lottery winners to show it's real & not a scam

  • @CaddyJim

Many states don't allow you to collect the lottery anonymously. I didn't win a big jackpot like that so wasn't written up in the paper. I won $50,000 & took home $27,000 after state & federal taxes. One of those times you wish you were in a state with no state income taxes Florida Texas Nevada Tennessee etc

As a 6’ 1” white Floridian female with blonde hair, every time she mentions that it makes me cringe.

  • @maureenhawes1598

This has nothing to do with the case. However, I do keep noticing you are a fan of Ray Dunn as am I.

  • @tbanks9367

I think that if you win the lottery you would have to either leave the country or mover across the country… you cannot stay in your hometown and that’s for surr

  • @ArtTasticCreations

I'd legally change my name if I i won the lottery, then once my new name was anncounced, change it back. 😅

  • @JupiterMuffles

I remember learning about this case from Deadly Women.
I will admit, I am kinda emotionally desensitized from a lot of murder cases. However, this is one case that genuinely pissed me off. This poor guy got taken advantage of and killed for money and I genuinely hope Moore is having the worst time in prison.

RREMEMBER THE MOVIE WITH NICHOLAS CAGE IN THE 90 S.
    THE LOTTERY TICKET.

  • @colorsflight6432

People who win the lottery should immediately put their money in a trust with outlined reasons to use the money, mortgage, investment, monthly stipend etc bc then they can't just give the money out and can tell people sorry it's in a trust.

  • @TheRadiantPeachBudgets

Dum Dum would’ve been better off just taking the money and moving to the Caribbean to enjoy her life. Poor Abraham’s mom was right when she said it was from the devil 😢

  • @kathyjensen6773

This case always makes me sad 😢

  • @theplceforme

Stephanie is the best You Tuber in the the True Crime Genre. So thorough and professional. I love her accent and am trying to figure out what region of the U.S. it is from. Any guesses????

  • @critical-goat363

I'd like to know what the hell was going through Dee Dee's mind throughout her life to just LIE so much and about everything to a criminal point.

  • @lizjarvis689

The issue with the annuity tho is that none of your relatives have any claim to it if you die, n everybody knows about the lottery curse n that winners tend to die pretty quickly. Once you kick the bucket, that’s it, they don’t get another penny. So even tho the lump sum is significantly less, it’s guaranteed. Once it’s yours, it’s yours, n can be inherited and passed down to your kids or spouse. Plus, I believe you may pay pretty close to the same in taxes in the end bc the annuity raises your tax bracket every year ( I’m not positive about that last part tho, as we all know the rich pay less in taxes )

  • @asill.6668

Starts at 9:50. She talks too much lol

  • @etrosen1

Even at the beginning of this I considered turning it off cause I so easily cry. This man seems like so many men and women I have met through our life and business. So many Good ppl in our world that just can’t get ahead of problems and finances. He finally got a stroke of luck and this happens. Just so heartbreaking
Also, I’ll prob be struck by lightening before winning the lottery, but I’m sure glad I live in North Dakota and could claim anonymously.

  • @Justice-ef9sk

Greg Smith was a snake, too. I haven't scrolled through the comments yet to see if anybody also feels as I do, but I'm sure I'll find people that do. It aggravates me that people seem to look at Greg Smith as some kind of a hero, trapping up Dee Dee Moore. When in reality, Greg Smith had his hand out to Abraham just like everybody else. And NO DOUBT- he never had any intention of repaying him. Greg Smith is no better than Dee Dee Moore, he was just better at saving HIS own ass.

  • @babyface45

I live near where this happened and this story always brokey heart. He deserved to have a happy quiet life and he didn't get it. You should be able to stay anonymous that's all there is to it.

  • @lauren9004

There is no lottery curse. Also, you should ALWAYS be able to remain anonymous. ALSO, thank you for the excellent video, Stephanie!

  • @Camey71073

I remember when he won the lottery and how public his money went and that his life was taken for what he had left. Sad.

  • @stephjovi

That's a tough one. I hate how everyone used him.
It's smart that from all I could find Euromillions and Austrian Lotterie encourage people to stay anonymous. It's up to them who they tell but they don't publish the names

  • @kandizee826

That video she took of Abraham is too creepy. I bet she had a gun on him. He won't even look at her, he's acting weird.

  • @christopherbrownmaaga4668

Yes, I know Abraham Shakespeare was tall.

  • @christopherbrownmaaga4668

Abraham Lee Shakespeare and Michael Ford

  • @christopherbrownmaaga4668

    Abraham Lincoln Lee Shakespeare

  • @lisasmith7

Wow. He was a kind and simple man. So sad ❌️⭕️

  • @MichelleSML

    “A foreign country” = COZUMEL ??? That’s Mexico 🤡
