Due to her involvement in this murder for hire, Katherine Magbanua is sitting behind bars for the rest of her life, away from her children. She should spill her guts on Charles and hopefully in the future, Wendi because right now, Wendi is home enjoying her life with her two sons. We all know ALL the Adelsons are guilty

Charles Adelson is not interesting for most of us, of course he is guilty. But Wendi is really interesting, she knows she is going down in a short time. What a punishment she has got. Everybody knows she is guilty, no one hires her, her name is tainted beyond belief and soon she goes down with her familly. Poor kids. Justice for her ex-husband!!

When Katie Magbanua made the proffer…what attorney represented her? Does anyone know?

I had a one other thought.
Generally people have said that thing: Katie is damaged goods. Nothing she says can be useful unless she can back it up with some "hard" evidence.
But one thing she can say ….who exactly provided the money to pay for her team of attorneys through two trials and years of work.
That should be something that she can very very credibly sit on the witness stand and say.
And if it is the Adelson family….well, how would that fail to make the Adelsons look totally involved. This is a family whose three child, the eldest, says values keeping their money, even when it's not theirs, above all else. They even tried to stiff a Tallahassee attorney of something like $20k..and held out till he took them to court. $20k would buy one or two suits for Charlie or Harvey. It is nothing to them, but they didn't want to pay it.
So, why would they pay millions for someone who murdered their grandsons' father?

I'm sure Katie will only be used if necessary. Also Rashbaum will have to be very careful in any cross especially if the Adelsons are indeed the ones who paid Katie's legal bills or were footing Katie's kids' bills. Let's think about it. There has to be ONE and only ONE reason why Katie wouldn't give the Adelsons up. It's got to be the money!! Why else would she want to serve a life sentence while the Adelsons go on without any cares? Unless they threatened her life – which I doubt.

And that Mark Sievers guy! Florida has such evil cases. When you think of people like Mark Sievers, you almost want to think there ought to be some other punishment even beyond the death penalty!! I just don't know what it is!! Maybe drop these evil people into a den of crazy wild crocodiles? I bet people will still kill, right?
