His defence lawyer is claiming the kids went in there of their own accord they had free access to the house and there was a heater in the garage. 😡
I hate lawyers like him with a passion they're disgusting 🤮

  • @NJmommykyldyl

The absolute most heartbreaking heart case. Equivalent to Gabrielle, Brianna, and Takoda. I don't understand.

  • @josharzt4364

well start with making abortion safe and legal.

  • @kevinisika1153

    So poorly researched

  • @melodycannon9808

I actually believe the best deterrent for murderers would be they die the same way they killed. And before anyone screams human rights or civil rights-NO! They gave those up when they chose to murder someone. If they faced the same fate, the fear, the terror, the betrayal, the pain- they may think twice. Maybe, maybe not. And if not then the phrase who cares applies more. So in this case Michael and Angelina would be starved and made to sleep in an unheated basement/garage (sorry can't remember which at the moment because they piss me off that badly) with no blanket until he was face planting on the floor, then smothered for a bit. That is how the death penalty SHOULD work. Just my opinion, don't come for me.

  • @Ramalama679

If yall are here in 2023 and wondering about an update, both of the "parents" were given 25 to life.

  • @roscmon

But really? Is the upbeat coffee intro really the right tone for the tragedy of Thomas? I mean, that intro looks like something that sets up a pleasant event. It almost makes light of the topic that's about to be discussed. Like, yeah, a little boy was brutally treated and died but look how relaxing and great this coffee making progress is.

Maybe putting coffee and crime together wasn't such a good idea. The boy was tortured.

  • @dougieh3039

Dirt bag would be a step up.

  • @luvgingham

NY is the worst place anyone could live. I feel for yoo

  • @origamipein18

He should have the same things done to him that were done to Thomas! DX

  • @andreamelling5046

What came of this case? Is there an update?

  • @jillcox259

These people are evil monsters. May they burn in Hell for eternity.

  • @carewser

Jesus Stephanie, what do you use for cream, 2% milk?

  • @delilahapril

So glad that mf-er got 25 to life. Miserable prick.

  • @laurettelaliberte8864

There must be something new going on with this, their trial perhaps? I had never heard of this case, but my sister-in-law in NY is on fire posting about it this week, and said that they should put a hose on her and then lock her in a room with the AC on max. I found this video trying to find information about the case so I would know what she's talking about. Now, I'm mad.

  • @emilytroise2135

25 years to life she was sentenced

  • @aleisaetheridge8682

They were all farsle and he's a NYC Cop so he pulled all his sickening strings to keep Her from getting Those Babies because he's a piece of garbage right along with his witch evil fiance and they both just got convicted of this sweet little Boys murder but only death for them would be justice ,they both should get the electric chair .Wait till U hear all that comes out in this case and hear just how horrible these monsters r ,how sickening these two r and behaved ,they should be put in the chair soaked with ice cold water first .

  • @kawaiifangzz

Is there an update video since they have been found guilty and sentenced?

  • @Luna-rg8le

I know this is a old video but this is what I do while I wait for her latest video. I don't get how YouTube can demonetize true crime channels. It's TRUE crime as in nonfiction. It is a real story, with real people and events that happened in real life. People who watch true crime know what it's all about and still choose to watch it. It's almost like if the 5 o'clock news wasn't aloud to have commercials or make any money. They how would we hear the news good or bad? And don't get me started on the weather forecasters lol. They should get demonetized every time they're wrong 😂😂 so basically everyday. I just don't get it. Stephanie is just speaking facts with added little sprinkles of her opinion which I want to hear. It's important work. YouTube pays idiot family bloggers WAY to much money to exploit their children or they pay stupid prank videos and demonetize Stephanie? What the actual frigg?

  • @ashleeketner4408

So no sentencing yet? I just came across the verdict being read of I think Angela,2nd POS, guilty on all counts . How people can manipulate these government workers, judges etc when there is proof of physical harm is beyond understanding. And sometimes cps nosedives into cases with se much energy when there are no real problems but yet no time for kids with constant reporting and visible issues. Whether it's this little guy. Or Gabriel across the country. Anything to do wth custody of children needs a COMPLETE overhaul. There are horror stories in probably every county at this point. Clearly something isn't working

  • @deborahbell183

Monsters hope thay suffer in jail by the hands of other inmates

  • @cherylmclaverty2182

Thank God they were both found guilty and I hope the so called dad is getting his day in prison and I do know the mom tried so hard to get custody of the boys and the so called dad got special treatment cause he was a cop this is a sad sad case.

  • @aileenchu3708

I love children, they must be protected!!!!!! They bring so much joy into this world. Shame to predators & abusers . They need to be punished severely for their cruelty.

  • @amandacarter8841

I understand that cps has alot to deal with and I'm sure a good amount of people are innocent. But there needs to be someone checking over cps to make sure they are doin ALL they can to actually protect the children that so desperately need it. Instead of saying how overwhelmed they are. And then they can't comment further bc it an ongoing case or the old " privacy laws" run around. Start holding these cps responsible for letting these children down

  • @lisarenae1008

When will this ever stop…… I just saw she was found guilty

  • @jasminej2844

A year ago I would be shocked, but the subreddit regretful parents has really opened my eyes to the level of stress special needs parents are under. I’ve even seen parents with normal kids struggling to cope.

  • @sallyh.6362

Once I was observing family court. The dad wanted an order that would allow him to send the police to pick up his daughter any time the mother didn’t produce her in schedule. The mother wanted a “views of the child” interview and report done with the child by a court appt. Counsellor. That’s literally the only way a child’s opinion or statement can be admissible where I live. A parent can’t testify as to what the child said and the child can’t be spoken to directly in court. When the judge asked moms lawyer why she doesn’t follow the visitation schedule the lawyer said “when dad arrives to pick her up she screams and locks herself in the closet so that she does not have to go.” (Child was 7) the judges then ordered that the pickup point he changed to the school because “then there will not be a closet for the child to lock themselves into”. He refused the request for a views of the child report. That was the entire hearing. It took me longer to write this than the hearing took. Nothing else was discussed about why she locked herself in a closet to avoid going with her father. Not a word.

  • @maureenhaley5837

Stephanie, Understanding MMT, Congress can fund Spending for Children as well as People Planet and Peace, as easily as they do for Wars and Corporate Bailouts. We have been lied to about this since 1971.

  • @lollipoplolly3925

Plug old sparky in and get this piece of crap taken care of ASAP, what he did to a defenless little boy is appalling. I Hope he is in prison fearing for his life everyday just like this poor Thomas did.💔

  • @Kistan12

No electric chair. Give him a cold death…slowly freeze him like he did his child. And also his evil fiancé!!

  • @PAPILLON584

Love your passion and care. The same happens in France

  • @ninny90285

Whoa, I could tell from the time you sat down that you are extremely upset with what you'd be talking about — and rightly so!!!

  • @joBearCreekYoungblood

I don’t think the justice system does it’s best they do the bare minimum at most it’s truly sad that it goes out of its way to be the least effective as possible. Karma will come back on the ppl who make excuses for not taking a stand .

  • @samanthakaydecker5073

Give that pos the same treatment. Everyt ime hes on the brink of dying warm him back up a little and start it all again.

  • @dianedavidson7977

Nothing happened bc he was a cop in NY it's not complicated. The mother tried to talk to get help make reports. When no one is listening bc a bully cop is telling you everything is ok.

  • @RhythmBulzara

He got 25 to life. I'll be damned if he gets paroled ever.

  • @kaylasprettynails2848

Our cps system I'd broken. Just last week here in Princeton wv a 14 year old girl was murdered by her step.father (allegedly 🙄) and this girl was begging everyone from the school to.cps to help her and nobody would. This case is causing outrage in my community! I would love for you to check it out. She was kierra Jackson from Princeton wv.

  • @lesliefrench2227

What about calling the police instead of CPS?
