52:15 wait… why can’t he be a movie producer?? What makes that a fantasy??

Abusive parents definitely don't necessarily dole out the abuse equally among their children. Not only have I lived through that situation, there have been plenty of cases covered by Stephanie and other YouTubers where one or more kids weren't abused while another was abused literally to death. Sometimes the other kids are even drafted in to the abuse of their sibling.

That judge has zero understanding of the psyche of someone who has been severely abused. I don't pretend to know the truth but this judge sure is pretending, and she's not making any sense on some of these points.

Yes, the father's reaction live on air is telling. He knew something, he was shocked by him being found, and was trying to take some time to figure out what he needs to say to keep himself from going to jail.

Compare this to Riley Strain’s parents who would have been beside themselves overjoyed if their son was found. Brathal showed no emotion or relief or even desire to get to his son…only a bumbling, tripping all over himself defense of himself. I would like to know how young Charlie is doing now.

  • @rwilliams9304

Nancy Grace and her face be so messy!! ☠️☠️☠️☠️🤣🤣🤣

  • @carrielassiter8455

Why isn’t he saying, “thank God!! I have to get home to see him now!! “

  • @zurij6179

How u doing a interview when u haven’t seen your child in 11 days!!! My first thought would be where is my son!! These people are weird I’m glad they found him before these people killed that child!

  • @sancochita7392

Me when I was learning English as my second language:
    My wife searched
    I searched
    They searched
    We searched
    She searched
    😂😂

  • @jaybee1155

the way nancy said it will always tickle me she was not having it lmaooo

  • @katieryan3589

What the actual heck is that judge talking about? I think she needs to be re educated. Seriously. She’s more delusional than the father of there not being any isolating or torture, starving, Child, I mean little Charlie had to sneakily take food.

  • @daniellescrochet

I'm at the point where older Charles is continuing the Nancy Grace interview after finding out his son was found alive. I know people react differently, but I'm still waiting for him to ask if his son is okay. I'm waiting for him to say he needs to go be with his son. The first thing I would want/ need to do in that situation is go hold my boy and touch him, see him with my eyes, and talk to him. But all the dad is doing so saying how they searched there multiple times. It feels like he's mounting a defense, rather than thinking about his child.

  • @ShaySovaOfficial

Oh it’s 100% the Step mom. She looks Suss af

  • @rhithebee6021

The judge is so aggressive why is she talking to a child like that, let alone a possibly abused child.

  • @YvesShazLewis

So this boy was forced to workout about 3 times a day and the Stepmom who clearly needed that workout was taking pictures 🤷

  • @aspt1980

The dad not immediately ditching the interview and rushing off to see his son after he had been located says everything. I would imagine most other parents would hear that, maybe need a few seconds to process the information and be gone. If your lost child had been located after 11 days, Nancy Grace wouldn't even be a thought.

  • @brucevanguard6313

Charlie hyperventilating on TV is both hilarious and cringe ASF.

  • @melissaaponte8576

This judge is a mom or no? She should marry charlies father birds of a feather

  • @Taywanee

I had to skip through the judges part because it was just making my blood boil

  • @lisamalone8244

Is this judge related to the defendant's ? Not everyone who sits on the bench are intelligent nor empathetic.

  • @baylorsailor

I hope that judge is no longer "judging". 😤

  • @Crispybacon163

Sad about how abandoned this channel feels lately

  • @amym5114

The amount of blood on those clothes!! That’s not scratching! That’s not even a bloody nose! That’s much worse!

  • @amym5114

    PVC (leaving scars) = ABUSE!!

  • @amym5114

31:45 do not stop to talk!!! GO GET TO YOUR SON!!!!

  • @amym5114

12:36 you read my mind Stephanie!!!

  • @amym5114

Is this kid like a muscle man??
    Like Arnold Schwarzenegger?!

  • @amym5114

Side note: that lavender top ♥️ that color looks stunning!!!

  • @cshannon27

I don't understand any of it. I don't see an issue with encouraging exercise, and kids will do some weird things for attention, but something is missing. Dad's reaction seemed genuine to me, maybe step mommy is the culprit and threatening him not to tell dad.

  • @cantsay

He is the worst lier, dude just stop. You look like a total asshole

  • @samanthakaydecker5073

All these bullshit excuses from the parents don’t and never will add up. No attempt to explain the situation away will ever make sense BECAUSE YOU DONT REPORT YOUR CHILD MISSING WHEN YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WHERE THEY ARE.

  • @samanthakaydecker5073

Idk man if I was on a talk show and they said my kid has been found in my basement my first thoughts would be “who’s your source, is this a cruel prank?, what the hell is going on I need to leave right now”

  • @KCmetwo

there are many things in this case that raise red flags. for the dad to say he didn't do anything to harm his child and then turns around and admits that he did harm his child speaks volumes for one. just b/c he is a RN doesn't mean that he doesn't take the stress of his job out on his kids, it's been know to happen. what I am wondering is what money the dad and step-mom were trying to get so they could just "get rid" of the kid. they didn't dive into that at all. to sit there and say that he was lying about what he had been through, that judge needs to rethink the entire thing b/c if he had to sneak food and also going to the restroom, then there was something wrong there as well.

  • @Snowdawbvog

Why are you so lacking now? Making too much money?

  • @abbeyboeckman6315

Is this judge aware of bodily functions??? You do more than shit in the bathroom! I detest this woman so much.

  • @AshleighAnimallover

Someone please help me understand why this judge didnt get in trouble for her behavior, the dad only got 18 months probation and the stepmom got nothing and everything expunged after 6 months????!!!?? HOW JUST HOW???!!!!

  • @-_-meh69

Wow judge. Damn poor kid man.

  • @kenseysprinkle5393

PLEASE COVER THE JAILYN CANDELARIO CASE FOR C&CT

  • @AshleighAnimallover

Video request in my last comment… lacey fletcher. The world needs to hear this poor girls story but i have to warn you its very heartbreaking and tough to read about

  • @AshleighAnimallover

This case hits close to home for myself as well as many kids going through abuse. They always teach you to go to trusted adults to raise alarm but most of it falls on deaf ears. This is how kids either commit sui*ide or end up unalive. This judge blows me away so what he ate. Wow! What about the other abuse. Ppl expect abuse to look only one way and thats not how it works. Its so disgusting.

Also please do a video on Lacey Fletcher. I feel like ppl need to know her story! Warning though its incredibly hard to read about.
