As a widow with two small children I am so DISGUSTED with this woman. How dare she kill her husband and capitalize on her childrens pain. I would give ANYTHING to bring my husband back to father our girls. They miss him everyday. It's been two years and I miss him as much as I did in the beginning. Her husband deserved better. She is disgusting.

**kindly** use the ***Proper Name of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; there is no such thing as a "Mormon" Church. Mormon was a Proohet of God, and the meaning of his name is Greatness, but the Church was never his Church; this Church is the Saviors Church, hence why it's named after Him, The Church of Jesus Christ. The Latter-day Saint part, has been referenced throughout the Holy Bible.
Mormon, has been used as Slang and not a compliment in most circles (my opinion, not the churches).
Our Prophet, President Nelson, asked kindly, in addition to the Members, that the Media also reference the Church by its True Name, which is, The Church of Jesus Christ ❤❤❤❤

First, I need to say Thanks to Annie for specifying that the street version of this drug (fent) is the one causing all the problems…for a long time people have had the mistaken idea that legal opioids prescribed by doctors were the problem, when that is not true at all. Addiction rates in patients suffering chronic/intractable pain have always been low, but the hype has caused many issues for these patients as doctors are now afraid of government persecution via states mistakenly making laws out of the CDC's "guidelines" for prescribing. The CDC stated these were not intended as laws. Write your legislatures; people who need legal opioids are suffering and dying! I will get off my soapbox now and address this crime….
Why didn't Erik tell his wife what he'd done after taking her name off the insurance? That would have (possibly) saved his life. No gain for her. She's definitely got issues, to say the least, but why didn't he try to save himself, and how could he stay married to her while thinking she's trying to murder him? This makes no sense. If she was going to write that book maybe she shouldn't have gone on interviews to talk about it. And maybe used a nome de plume, not her real name…hope I spelled that right.

Honestly this case is very intriguing. If you knew your wife had recently changed your life insurance( which you were able to change back) and thought that she had/was trying to poison you. Why on earth would you accept a drink from her? Doesn't really make sense at all. There is no real way to explain my confusion about his actions without feeling like I am disparaging a dead person though. If you look at the last picture of him in this video his pupils look rather constricted. I feel bad even suggesting it may have been an accident based on the evidence however.

I actually found him in my bathroom he was only 31 years old I am 9 years older than him and he was messing with drugs probably cuz I was never home and he passed away in my master bathroom yeah his heart exploded from crystal meth this drug you're talking about is so poisonous if you come in contact with it on a door knob or anything else that goes directly into your system so it's a very dangerous drug fentanyl and it's a contaminant just like so to anybody that smokes this stuff off of tin foil just know like you're just shortening your life

First, let me just say I never want to blame a victim of having any crime committed. And as a devoted father of two I would go to the ends of the Earth to make my marriage work before I got divorced and split our family up. But if I had even an inkling that my wife was trying to kill me, I would go straight to the police station divorce her immediately and have my all movements video taped. No amount of Faith or wanting to work it out would make me stick it out if I had the belief that my wife was trying to kill me for money.

I think she is guilty and did it because she didn't like having to have her husband agree to the properties that she bought to flip. And she might have lost that law suit for the mud leading info on that one house condition. Finding that out and Eric being a contractor might have been checking that her homes were done correctly

The lawyer for the accused might need to write a book one day about having to cough up (I’m)plausible excuses for the deeds of her client. That legal load has to be extremely difficult; locating workarounds for all the evidence her client keeps handing over to her opponents.
The lawyer can certainly believe her client to be innocent; it’s a job. How to though not crack an uncontrolled smile while voicing arguments on behalf of someone who is more or less trailing toilet paper on her shoes as she apparently tries to convince everyone that the story she’s authored is genuine.
CPR needs to be performed with the recipient on a hard, unyielding, surface. She needed to get her dear heartbeat-less husband from the bed to the floor. How did she get him to the floor; with the blanket suggested by the 911 operator? OR was her husband already on the floor, and she’d like people to believe she laid down next to him on the floor and then noted him to be “cold”?
