Obviously this lawyer sucked since they didn't bring up other things (such as the accuser decribing Jonathan's room rather than Greg's) however you can't fault them for not bringing up Jonathan's prior charges as anything said between them falls under client-lawyer confidentiality

As some one who went to school with Jonathan as well I can tell you he was very uncomfortable to be around he would grab your boobs and ass almost everyday in school or would bully you if he saw ‘’skin’’.

This case is such an example of small town corruption.. johanath & his mom must have known all the “right people” cuz the fact he was the guilty one & he got away with this.. & an innocent man was charged with it.. is insane. This had to be intentional.. even tho greg is innocent & free. His life has been destroyed, his future has been destroyed. His reputation, etc.. he’s been accused of the worst possible thing. Even tho he’s innocent & free they still destroyed that man 😢

The fact that they purposefully withheld evidence that showed Johnathan was guilty is such an example of small town corruption.. I feel bad for the kids who never got justice.. I believe Johnathan is guilty but it’s heartbreaking that Greg’s life was destroyed even tho he was exonerated they still destroyed his life & I can’t imagine the trauma of being falsely accused, going to prison for a crime you didn’t commit & especially being accused of a crime like this..

This is so sad, there were so many victims in this story! The child who was abused, Greg and his family. I'm glad it was finally overturned but he lost so much because of this p.o.s. friend 😢

So there was enough evidence to convict the wrong person but not enough to convict the right one ? Sounds like certain ppl don’t want to convict the right person cause mommy has too much dirt they don’t want to come out . Ppl need to remember anything done in the dark will come to the light .

What a terrible thing for somebody to do to their best friend I think this case should be looked into with Jonathan. I wish Greg all the happiness with his new bride. What a wonderful woman she is standing by her man. I hope they have the most wonderful wife in the world❤

Courts obviously felt they had enough evidence for a conviction before while convicting the wrong person, but they don’t have enough to charge the actual criminal? Ridiculous. Our justice system is a fucking joke.

Having porn on a computer is not a bad thing, it's the kind of porn that counts. I do work on computers and see lots of porn of all kind. I'm not shocked any more with what some people are into ….. granny porn on a 20 year olds computer ….. OK. I know of a lot of people who have not came out and are married with a family "male and female" I'm not going to out them.
But some times Just phone the Police to come and get the computer because it's full of CP or BP.
