They talked about crying vs not crying suspects. 2 things. 1st, my best friend went missing for 4 days & I didn't cry until we found his body.
2nd, I had someone in my family that I was very very close to AND I found their body bc they died RIGHT NEXT TO ME in their sleep. I woke up to a dead body next to me. I freaked tf out bc I'm really scared of dead bodies; I literally ran away from it. Despite all that, I just wasn't able to cry for 3 days & I don't know why.

I know how it always looks when they lawyer up, but if I was arrested on MURDER charges I'd lawyer up immediately.

Idk why people are so mad that their state doesn't have the death penalty anymore! Unless you live in Texas or the one or two other states that actually carry out the death penalty, then all that will happen is you're going to just waste a ton more of tax paying dollars that could be used in other programs that could be of much more help. A death penalty case is a few million dollars more and to even be put to death in many states takes more than 20 years because of automatic appeals and the course of justice those appeals and rights of the convicted takes. The only states putting people to death is #1 Texas and one or two other states and unless you live in those states, the only thing the death penalty is doing, is wasting taxpayer money.

So the Husband is being charged with Murder 1,and Evidence Tampering,and Trying to Influence A Public Servant,looks like Barry tried to Bride someone that works for the State or Government,maybe a Cop or Fireman,i would really like to know who he was trying to influence.It's makes sense now,i watched a video of a Search and Rescue Team that was looking for Suzanne over the Winter called, Adventures with Purpose,and one of the Guys involved had two Armed undercover Security with him,he said that this Case was very Dangerous and the Search Teams needed Protection,i wonder if Barry either hired someone to harass the Search Teams,or he was doing it himself,what ever was going on the Search Teams were nervous to go out there without Protection and look for Suzanne,and this guy found a blue shirt that had stab wounds and a Gun Shot in it,it also had Blood and Body Fluids on it,i wonder if they have evidence from that shirt,maybe that's why the DA is so confident,maybe they got evidence off the Shirt that leads back to Barry.What ever the DA has i hope it's enough to put Barry away for the rest of his Life if he killed his Wife. I noticed Colorado has a lot of husband wife killings,i must have watched at least Four or more video's about some Guy killing his Wife or Girlfriend over the past couple years.

They have 2 pieces of clothing…her blue shirt has buckshot type holes and two stab slits in it….most likely the cell tower pings from his phone…if he had a pattern every time he left early in the morning then maybe his pattern that day was odd let alone, maybe he even turned it off which would be odd

As far as motive: maybe her medical bills & cancer were drowning him. maybe he didn't want to deal with it anymore, but didn't feel like he could just leave her.

The individuals include three agents with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation – Robin Burgess, Joseph Cahill, and Derek Graham – an FBI agent, Jonathan Grusing; a Chaffee County Sheriff’s Deputy Lamine Mullenax; and the chief investigator with the 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, Alexander Walker.
