There was no justice for that poor little girl. The drugs in her system would have subdued her during CA and SA, which I'm sure was occurring before the so-called abduction. I hope she is getting the help she needs and that maybe she will heal enough to contact her friend Megan. As for the wasted public funds, Karen should be cleaning streets or other community service for the rest of her life, along with her perverted 'uncle.' Just sickens me how children are exploited by depraved adults. Am addicted to your channel BTW. Always well prepared and succint. ❤

As much as I typically absolutely adore your videos… I wanted to say, I do not like how you stated that people abusing the system for money is "very common"… idk how the UK works but in the US it's very hard to get government assistance especially now.. they absolutely do NOT provide enough to live off of… ofc people abuse the system. But it's not common and saying that really perpetuates the stigma that people on welfare are not deserving of it and mostly always abuse the system when that is NOT true. It's very tough to recieve help and most places do not just give you a home (section 8) or give you food stamps etc.. from experience.. it's hard. I had to have everyone in my life write me notes etc just to get 100$ a month for 2 children in food stamps while I'm unable to work and am not eligible for disability yet (though greatly appreciative of the help) I don't think it's fair to say stuff like that is common when people are already do shameful to those who get assistance.. trust me I'd know.. saying that stuff causes more stigma and I do not appreciate how you went about that… I WISH it was that easy to abuse. I WISH it was that easy to get more help for my children… so many Americans already hate paying taxes to help people on welfare because they truly believe it's paying for us to be lazy etc when I work my butt off taking care of my children after an awful circumstance left me needing help I'd never thought I need.

I recently watched the movie based off this incident, which made me curious about the case. Idk if I could get a sense of the parent’s involvement by watching interviews and such directly after the their child’s disappearance bc most parents are sleep deprived, afraid and often medicated. Through my profession, education and constant binging of true crime since 2020, I have seen innocent people behave very bizarre and not at all what I perceive their reaction should be.

I'm from Wales UK and followed this case from the beginning. About a year before this Madelyn McCann was abducted in Portugal. Shannon's mother saw this and how much was raised and thought it was a good idea. That was said to be the motive and how her parents were on television and in the press for weeks at the time. A good friend of hers Julie got her to confess to arranging it. They told the police 🚔 and she was arrested. Her sentence was way too short she should be still inside.😢😅😂

That poor little girl was being used for nefarious purposes.. also no hate at all on the UK’s justice system but if this happened in the US they’d all still be in prison 😢 I pray Shannon has gotten some peace since all this

I need to say here that my husband works in social services as an eligibility worker, meaning he approves welfare. It’s actually not true that you can have more kids for more benefits. In fact, if you get pregnant while on benefits, the baby is not eligible for cash aid.

I think part of it was the mom was jealous cause the little girl wanted to go live with her bio dad. But then the biggest part was the reward money 💰. I'm so glad that all of her kids were taken away from her and she's not allowed no contact. My opinion is they should have sterilized her to where she can't have anymore kids, knowing that they're nothing but money to her. Furthermore her prison sentence and his was far from long enough for what they did to that poor young girl. She will forever be terrorized and having to deal with all the emotions and trauma that she's been through. I just pray that GOD 🙏 😪 WRAPS HIS LOVING ❤ ARMS AROUND HER AND GIVES HER ALL THE COMFORT SHE NEEDS!!!!
