As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully examined the transcript of the interrogation. I noted the suspect’s nervous behavior, which was indicative of guilt according to criminal psychology studies. Additionally, his inconsistent alibis and evasive answers raised red flags in my investigation of the murder case. These deceptive tactics are commonly used by individuals attempting to conceal their involvement in a violent crime.
Furthermore, my years of experience in analyzing criminal behavior have taught me to pay close attention to details such as the suspect’s body language and verbal cues. In this transcript, the suspect’s hesitation and lack of direct answers only served to deepen my suspicions. This type of evasiveness is often seen in individuals who are trying to avoid incriminating themselves in a homicide investigation.
Overall, my thorough examination of the transcript revealed several key indicators of guilt in the suspect’s behavior. As I delve deeper into the investigation, I am confident that these findings will play a crucial role in uncovering the truth behind this heinous crime.
@annieelise
What do you think REALLY happened?!
@joshbintrim1922
Dear moderator please do your research More than a 20/20 video and other stories slanted towards poor Jordan knowing the family for 40 years before and after the murder i can tell you Jordan never called her mom and regularly called her a bitch and i was up there a week before it all happened also neither Chris or Kenzie grew up in wampum she grew up 20 minutes from where she was living when she got murdered also Chris did not hire the tree trimmers the house they lived in was owned by a farmer the farmer hired the tree trimmers there are also other facts your not presenting s please do your research before posting a video that is swayed towards poor Jordan
@MariaVelez-is7bh
Not even a older man will have the time to do all that no way imagine a kid a 11 year kid no way in earth,
@MariaVelez-is7bh

@williamhopkins7065
Another example of how the court system dont give a hit dayum who goes down, they just clearing cases. And they wonder why you dont want to cooperate or talk to them.
@Zhambie
I'm British but the bizarre thing that sticks out at the beginning of this is how you say its normal for kids to have guns!! Sorry, off to watch the rest
@saphire9823
This is so sad. Poor boy
@brittanidoesitall
This story makes me want to sob. The thought of him being arrested at 3 am and knowing now that was the last time he would ever get to be a kid.
And then all the mishandling of the case left Kenzie, her baby and the whole family with no justice.
@GBody-sn5ok
Hi doll. š
@paulwatson2499
More often than not the police get tunnel vision on an easy target… the police should be held
accountable and charged for walking all over his rights…
@kentcooper7583
I drove by that house the night it happened coming back from Super Bowl 43. I remember it.
@Valley_West
The detectives, physiatrist, judge, & Kenzies parents need to All have repercussions. Shame.
@natasharoberson46
Basically Adam got away with murder. I feel so bad for Jordan.
@loripassos4514
THIS IS UTTERLY DISTURBING! I just came across this and I've always remembered seeing this boys face but never really knew the story. Now that I do I'm APPALLED! I've seen so many cases where dumbass police seem to hone in on a particular suspect whether they did the crime or not, and it's usually not! THEY RUIN THIS POOR BOYS LIFE! HOW DARE THEY! AND Not only that they allowed the murderer to escape justice! Our Justice system is horribly flawed and corrupted it's insane. And Despite what they did to Jordan he managed to still be successful and overcome evil with good. God Bless Jordan and Chris for their love, devotion and perseverance! I pray Jordan continues to have a good life and move on from this unconscionable injustice! I hope he wins his lawsuit they owe him everything!!

@bunited4408
Annie Ellis, you sound very inexperience, i can tell you know nothing about human behavior.. that boy Is guilty as heck.. that mentally illl boy is lucky i was not on the jury of that case, he would be left to rot in prision.
@BS.STEA.ZRTXXXOT
26:21 Annie said Jordon dropped something while running to the bus with his sister, so I think it may have been the house keys. and if Adam was in that car he may have just walked right through the front door and killed her but we will never know because they took the easy way out and accused the child with little to no evidence.
@daishahr
They needed Kathleen Zellner on that case. And yes they can sue.
@daishahr
I have to say out of all of this sick, gruesome cases Iāve heard from Annie Elise and suffer the little children. This has got to be one of the most disgusting. I can hardly even stomach. The thought of that child having to suffer all them years waste away his childhood, because the pathetic police officers that lack in their job no compassion, no sense about them. It makes me sick
@melcraft91
Sounds like her ex got away with murder at the expense of a child's life.
@ym10203040
ADAM did some how.
@Ferrachu
No evidence? Time frame? An 11 year old? No further experienced police took over investigation? Not enough to convict!
@sarahdifficult5292
I donāt think the boy did it. The cops were lazy and didnāt want to do the work. This is a huge reason why I donāt trust cops and they are mostly corrupt and ignorant
@charleywarnerjr.9305
You will never hear anyone from the justice system say sorry l got it wrong it's just unheard of literally
@Krullmatic
I think the police were good buddies with Kinsey's family. That's the only thing that makes sense as why they went after him like that.
@deelapearle70
I think it is horrible What they put Jordan through. It seems to me that they overlooked A lot of lack of evidence. And the girl can change her story and itās credible but the minor detail of his story that changed made him guilty. I donāt think so. And they need to pay for what they did.
@tatianajackson3693
Lmfao if he didnāt do it then who did ? ššššcasper like com on now
@LuzMaria95
jordan was framed. but Iām so happy he didnāt let that keep him down. and Iām so proud of how far heās come. he is a success.
@jimd8008
And they still collect their retirement(s)
@emmahood2418
What a ludicrous, vile situation. Thank you for covering it. The step sister was clearly influenced by the grandparents _ considering her fourth statement was the one that she incriminated her step brother ((after time with the grandparents)) & why TF would they want to blame him, when the genuine killer is walking free? Were they involved? The Police should be ashamed of their investigation, as the court should be. Holding a child in adult prison is against the law. Withholding rights because someone doesn't confess guilt is insanity in itself. All those childhood years are gone for him & his father. Revolting & astounding. Real killers, with real evidence against them lawyer out of their responsibilities _ yet this boy wore the consequences of Police & Court blindness & inadequacies. Shame on all of them.
@kitten113004
Sue for Jordan
@Sweet-n-Sassy609
This poor boy did not do this. He was definitely framed. Yes I think the ex's dad lied for the him
@MsJhubb
The biggest reason i do not think he is guilty is simple. We all know there are kids capable of this evil, but you always hear the "signs" people talk about after. Like they have anger issues. They hate the person. They hurt animals, siblings, themselves ect. They have diaries full of evil drawings. We never heard 1 bad thing about this child. No one said anything negative about this child and his personality. Just does not seem possible
@MarkRyanUSA
This will be the norm if ex prez trump is re-elected. Think about what he is saying all along. This is sad. Think ppl think! Innocent ppl will be accused and convicted just like this.
@sld1776
The Pennsylvania state troopers committed serious crimes. They should be in jail.
@kellywilkins2397
I heard this story soon after it happened and the way they were "portraying " it I could see why people were jumping on the bandwagon. The only other so called evidence I've heard is Jordan was seen throwing something from his jacket pocket when he was running to the bus Jordan said it was lint, the police said it was the shell casing they found all pristine under the leaves and snow. Apart from that Jordan aka roadrunner in my opinion Did not commit this crime. Putting fact before fiction in my eyes heart and brain. A child doesn't get up eat lucky charms or whatever grab their school lunch and then commit a horrible crime over sleeping arrangements with his unborn brother he'd showed nothing but excitement and love about and do something like that then sit with his sister on the bus like nothing happened. Why the crime scene was interpreted that way is beyond me. A total F.UP. Now the real killer whom I think was the ex with the black truck. Also a neighbor said if a stranger had walked past to get to the house his dogs would have barked they didn't because he drove his black truck past them and hid till the children left and did what he did and left getting rid of evidence along the way. I'm guessing now we will never know unless some great detective work gets done.
@Stephen_Strange
Adam Harvey – seems to me, needed to have been forensically tested for prints and dust and blood, the house forensically tested for him as well as the kids shotgun. Obviously should have been done, and the first person I would have questioned, especially with the strangers black vehicle at the side of the house. Certainly not the 11 year old, just because it was his gun, SO LAME and certainly cause for compensation for being wrongly accused. Adam had a restraining order against him at the time, for threatening Kenzie's life. Why hasn't he been tried – YET?
@gritsNgravy-fn5ic
Sorry, I do NOT agree. This boy changed his story TOO many times. He did it out of jealousy & anger. He was NO longer the ONLY apple in his father's life. Now, a new baby boy was coming into the picture. There was NO evidence of a break in, no one else saw this "black truck", that J.B. first said was empty, the next time, he remembed there was someone in it. He DID it, PERIOD !!
@johnwilliams-ld4to
ex definitely!!!
@oliviathompson_11
My dad worked at the childrenās jail that Jordan was sent to at the time. He said he had no remorse and refused to receive counseling. He 100% believes he did it. This case took place insanely close to me, as I have friends who go to Mohawk currently. Itās crazy to have such a connection to a case.
@dawson13852
Suspect? The x, and grandparents. the power grabs sheriffs, prosecutor, and the judges. Only one particle, and no fingerprints tell it all.
@godluvme4ever
Iām sorry I find it hard to believe that Jordan did that I honestly believe that it was the ex-boyfriend. Why didnāt they check him specially, if they just had a order protection against them what is wrong with the world and there was no fingerprints on the gun with child in it, that 11-year-old child gonna shoot his stepmom for no reason because he moved out of room that made no sense, what 11-year-old kids think to shoot the mother again when downstairs and play like I said nothing happened and one downhill racing. It is to get inside of us and then Iām going to school. There was nothing different nothing things he still had the same personality he normally had
@ConfusedCompass-lw8uw
POLICE CORRUPTION AT IT'S FINEST!!!
@RebeccaProbst-lw9bx
I think they to look at the ex more
@cindywestlake6278
I dont think he did it at all
@krissanderson174
Yea snow on truck is a questionable. Just have a private eye tail him on a handful of snowy days to pick up his snow removal tendency. I grew up and lived with winters, people are creatures of habit. They either get ALL the snow off their cars like me, or they only shovel off the minimum to be able to drive, they waste their windshield washer fluid by using it to melt the snow and brush it off with their wipers, or they waste their time by sitting in their running car waiting for it to heat up enough to defrost the snow off their needed windows. All theyād need to do is watch him on 5-10 snowfalls if that and theyād be able to know which type he is. Or ask people he works with. I subconsciously knew which type all my coworkers were
@ajtriforcegamerofhyrule8538
Jordan was scapegoated
