Those girls are exactly where they belong. Got what they did they got off easy in this life. We learn to forgive from God, but I hope they are punished in the next life too. She trusted them, they were here friends, family even. Even to this day I don't believe they realize what they truly did

This story reminds me of the girl that went to her friends house in Florida and her "friend's" ended up beating her super bad that was years and years ago. These stories are so sad 🥺

I am super late on this one but as a woman who has been in prison, my best guess as to how Rachel met her wife is that she's someone she was incarcerated with her in prison who was released already. I saw that happen a few times but what Annie said about the "inmate pen pal" situation is just as likely. I can't stress enough how common and normal it is for female inmates to have romantic and sexual relationships with each other and many of them will continue these relationships in some way or another if one of them is released before the other. Just wanted to offer my two cents!!

I wish I was subscribed to you when you did this live I feel like I’m a mini expert on this case and know every little detail about it. I’ve read the book, watched the documentaries, YouTube videos, I even joined the Facebook group. This case makes me cry every time I think about it Skylar did not deserve this and I wish she was still with us. Those poor parents my heart breaks for them. ❤️

Young girls can be catty but the fact these girls even wanted to do this to cover up something or to keep her quiet is horrible.
It really does sound like sheila was the mastermind and I'm betting she probably threatened Rachel to stay quiet or she'd be next because as far as she knew they got away with it so Rachel took it upon herself to talk to her lawyer and get a deal.
