😢 OMG 😲 this is such a tragic 😥 story…. Serenity deserved so much better! That precious little angel 😇…. I hope those 2 monsters live the rest of their lives in pure hell! My thoughts and prayers are with her father, family and loved ones ❤….. Thanks Annie for sharing Serenity's story so she'll never be forgotten ❤️! Love ❤️ you my friend!

  • @camsolberg1761

i do think there would be legal ramifications if a family member had her and did not come forward to say she was with them if there is a police investigation. (I'm assuming there is a police investigation)

  • @damienhammonds9205

Wish we could start holding cps accountable for their actions or I guess lack of action in this case

  • @shouldhavekeptmymouthshut3741

I lived both sides of the lifestyle he's referring to, it's sad to hear him say she was sheltered and didn't know the reality of what the world is. Cause it's not the reality. It's reality in his circle, but he doesn't see that he's the one living in a different world, normal to him but not to others. I was the same was, it was like a culture shock when I started seeing how the world was outside my circle, my family. It seems like it's the whole world when it's your whole world. I'm glad he's sober, but that's the first step. It takes a lot to completely change how your mind works, you're entire thought process is faulty when you're raised in this lifestyle. Keep going, keep growing. It's hard and will honestly get WAY harder when you start opening those closets you've boarded shut on your mind. It's worth it though. ❤

This case is beyond heartbreaking 💔

  • @littlemissalwsstoned

As a parent, and as a recovering addict, David is an idiot. Disrespectfully.

  • @julieweidright9571

I watch you all the time and this is the only time I literally balled my eyes out,I think your right Annie, this case feels different

  • @user-pm7eg7bw3l

I pray for serenity’s father he is a good father he was getting his life together so he could be in serinty life.

  • @user-pm7eg7bw3l

There more to the story Abby didn’t like her mom bf Kenny cause of the way Kenny treated her mom and she didn’t want to live with her and her mom boyfriend cause Kenny didn’t have running water and Kenny was a drunk also her mother got evicted from the place she was living and had no where to go except for her boyfriend house Kenny was emotionally abusive from what Abby told me

  • @user-pm7eg7bw3l

I knew Abby I use to be her nieghbor when she lived in emenence ky she was happy to be pregnant she was so talented when it came to drawing before she got with that guy she was so sweet you wouldn’t think she would hurt her child she was so excited to be a mother

  • @jenna_jenna_jenna

Heartbreaking listening to the interview with David. Him hoping she’s alive and thinking she’s just being hidden by another family member. Ugh. So sad 😞

  • @ElizabethJW

This one hit hard. Just knowing how many people were right there who adored this precious baby girl and still this was her tragic fate? It’s just so heartbreaking 💔😢 The family sharing memories about little Serenity had me bawling 😭 RIP Serenity 🙏

  • @user-dn2dr8px3d

I’m sorry, but why are you trying to rip pretend serenity‘s dad was a good one he wasn’t. He needs to step up and take as much responsibility for his behavior if he had stepped up and become a dad this may never happen but he got out of jail after she was born, he didn’t decide to get a job. He didn’t decide to not use drugs. He didn’t decide to become a member of society. He kept going down the same road. He had irresponsible and not doing what’s right he’s that he needs to take as much responsibility for what happened as her mom did, and you may want to pretend that this would’ve happened, but I’m pretty sure that if he had had custody, we would still be in the same position with us as we are with her mom having custody you guys are making it all Abby‘s fault and I’m not saying that she’s not responsible she did. She made poor decisions and ultimately serenity paid the price, Dave made poor decisions and he’s not being made to pay for them. He’s being painted as the responsible parent except that he’s not he was the absent one. He was absent one drug addict and he makes excuses for his bad behavior. I seriously hope he doesn’t have any more childrenover here

  • @GlitterBabySnakPakk

The dad is a deadbeat bum. Goes to show that so many children are left unprotected when they don’t have their father in their life. Clearly he barely ever saw her.

  • @Lenergyiskey358

Him Guilty (murder) he got 50 years, her Guilty (manslaughter) 12 years.

  • @Welcome2WaynezWorld

WTF…TIME SERVED FOR CARJACKING….?? HE SNITCHED ON SOMEONE HUGE…THATS A LIFE SENTENCE

  • @fourfurrypotatoes

This one was very hard to listen to. There are so many women that don't protect their children like they're supposed to and an innocent life is lost. It breaks my heart so much. I bet she's in heaven with her ancestors and getting love for eternity. Serenity found serenity. Rip precious. I thought of something and I think those two are similar to Casey Anthony like they took a page right out of her book with the suitcase and not reporting her missing.

  • @katiefrazier6326

the interview was very interesting… but i have to say that i agree with the father about legal ramifications to someone suddenly coming forward and saying “i have serenity and i’ve had her for the past two years and she’s safe” 1- the mother has had her custody taken away, so she doesn’t have a right to allow her fighter to be with another family member. even if she let serenity stay with another family member when she did still have custody, when that was revoked and she was supposed to present serenity, the person with her is now liable legally for not presenting her. on top of them not legally being able to keep the daughter and not turning her over to the state, they would be charged with interfering with an investigation etc. there would definitely be legal consequences for the person who has been keeping serenity. so i don’t agree with your statements that “i don’t think they would get in trouble”- they DEFINITELY would be in trouble. so i believe that if this is the case, the person with her would not come forward because of the punishments they would definitely receive after not speaking up for years.

i feel so bad for the dad. i know some things he said didn’t make complete sense, and i don’t think he was following stuff you’d ask completely but it seems like he’s just really lost and hurt. he’s trying to make sense of something that doesn’t make sense, especially if he’s refusing to allow his mind to go to the place of bad stuff happening to her. i so hope some more answers come up, he deserves closure. he’s a child too… he was a child through all of this and still is. i don’t think he just took the easy way out, i just think he felt like it wasn’t his place as he wasn’t really a true person in his daughters life. and now he regrets that so much.

  • @snsimms84

From the beginning this reminded me so much of Codi Bigsby who didn't get any coverage. He was gone for months in Hampton VA before he was even reported. It's a shame. Children's cases always hit me the hardest. Serenity had so much life to live 😢

  • @altapeasley1804

Annie you said Harmony….you are seeing similarities as well…..😢

  • @sairakhan1754

Ok so basically dude was getting high and trying to sleep/live in his buddies car for so long that his buddy had to call the cops to get him out

  • @TheScrillz

This is a really sad case. The mothers boyfriend was the one who made this all possible. The mom liked bad boys and she definitely found one. The father was definitely not trying to make changes in his life to be in hers. Sad all the way around. Especially from CPS. The system has been broken for so damn long. Most case managers love helping kids, but hate the work load and the lack of resources.

  • @user-qe2cj5tl7d

I was confused a few times during the interview…. Annie you did a great job guiding the conversation back to the subject at hand 😊
…. so much info but very interesting ❤

  • @shelly6290

I have a situation just like this and can't get no help…. anyone want to help me?

  • @shelly6290

No family member is going to keep serenity from authority…. with the trouble they could get in…no way… I've cared for several of my grandkids in hard situations but would never break the law because I would not see them again…

  • @shelly6290

We need to listen to how he believes she was abused.. the Mom… you would be shocked at the control Men can have on these Mama's especially if they have hurt the child…. my daughter is in this situation for years I've done everything..more than you can even imagine to try and get her away … and have failed…my heart breaks for Daddy… he's got a lot of important information believe Him… I'm proud of his almost sobriety..😅

  • @user-wd3pf7ol4m
