As a meticulous crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I carefully analyzed the transcript of the suspect’s interrogation. The suspect’s story spun a web of deceit and inconsistency, revealing their attempts to obfuscate the truth.

In this particular case, the suspect claimed to have been in a different location at the time of the crime, but their alibi quickly unraveled under scrutiny. Witness statements and forensic evidence painted a convincing picture of the suspect’s involvement in the robbery.

As a seasoned investigator, I noted the suspect’s body language and intonation during the interrogation, which further corroborated their guilt. Their nervous fidgeting and evasive responses only served to deepen my suspicion.

In conclusion, my careful analysis of the transcript has provided valuable insights into the suspect’s culpability in this crime. With further investigation and evidence gathering, I am confident that the truth will be revealed and justice will be served.

Doing something so heinous, because he was unhappy they moved from Tennessee, he cant be rehabilitated.

  • @Mrs50Racerchick12

Weird how no one "noticed" the whole weird scenario!

  • @Fergie66813

I can't Believe no one in the office at the School was Watching the Cameras. He's Running Around the School Alone looking up to no Good.

  • @msveeip

I'm a teacher, AND HE IS A PSYCHOPATH!!! He will not change if he gets out.
Now, the lawsuit suing the school for "real time" camera monitoring and people monitoring the halls during after school tutoring is unrealistic. That would cost school districts a fortune. Don't get me wrong, it would be awesome! Realistic? Not at all.

Well, hes gotta eat. These kinds of people rarely go on hunger strikes.

How disturbing. This child needs some serious help. I don't know how I feel about minors being charged as adults or getting life without parole or even the death penalty. I don't believe it's possible to tell if they can be rehabilitated at such a young age or not. In instances of like felony murder for example ( in Wisconsin that's a person committing a felony that accidentally results in someone's death) shouldn't lead to life sentences for anyone imo, and definitely shouldn't result in the death penalty, but it can and does in some states. A minor child is a minor child, the government needs to make up their minds on what that means lol. Instead of charging minors as adults, i think they should revise the laws about how long a minor can be held in custody like past the age of 21 or whatever it is.

    Hi Annie Elise
I know i'm late with watching and writing my comment…
But i just can't understand that you can say everything that this guy did to Colleen. And other channels have to mute words that YouTube think are to bad for us to hear.
How is that possible? But I'm glad you can just tell the story exactly like it happens.
O i heard only the word r*p* muted.
    Because that's triggering?

As someone who doesn’t always agree either jailing juveniles for life lock him up throws away key

  • @user-laurengift

I think he was irritated because she was being nice and helpful, and taking interest in him, and he knew he was going to do what he did. So he wanted her to stop talking to him, so he didn’t have to feel guilty. The kid doesn’t have a soul. He very much planned that. He didn’t stay after in her class just for help.

  • @ippy_fluffy

  • @nancydelathouwer9919

if a persons decision making isn't formed by the time that they are in high school I would say that they should be getting special help. his family had to have seen signs that he held a monster

  • @nancydelathouwer9919

maybe Phillip was the reason that his mother took them up north.

  • @nancydelathouwer9919

the jury would have to have been all psychiatrists to decide if he was mentally ill.

  • @nancydelathouwer9919

when i was in 4th grade i became a latch key kid while my mother worked 2nd shift in a factory. i cared for my younger brother. then my father who lived 2 hours away died when i was in 7th grade. then when i finally lived a short distance from high school my mom decided that we would move clear across town into a shitty house that we had to live in while it was being re-modled. none of this triggered me to kill anyone. that was during 1960's and 1970's. what is causing young people to be triggered so easily? is it poor nutrition? is it social media? is it vaccines? maybe all of the above.

  • @HamHock1913

What I’m interested in is how do these psychopaths become one? What was Phillip upbringing, etc.
