Hi i just watched scott prterson from you he wasnt a good husband but being a cheater i dont think that necessarily makes him aurder i dont think there is enouugh rvidence to convict ii dint necessarily think he is innocent but there isnt enough to convinct

I believe Scott is guilty, but I wouldnāt have voted to convict him because their was no physical evidence , and I remember a woman driving by her house and seeing a woman in black pants talking to some guys that was across the street from her house , it was the neighbor house that had been broken in on Dec 24th, some say it was the 26 when house was broken in , but that canāt be because their were reporters at Laci house long before daylight and their were nothing going on at the house that had been broken into, I do believe Scott is guilty but I wouldnāt have voted a guilty verdict, because they couldnāt show evidence that he done it,

Listening to the podcast episode and Iām still thinking heās guilty despite his āinnocence projectā. Havenāt finished the episode so Iāll come back and editā¦ heās at best a very awful person. Didnāt help in the investigation and only hindered evidence. Heās a severe narcissist or one of the ā¦paths (socio- or psycho-; donāt know the difference but itās one with no empathy or sympathy at all).
Edited- I now believe there is enough reasonable doubt that he shouldnāt have life in prison. He should most likely be let out of prison because there were too many witnesses and that prison phone call is just chilling.

He's guilty as h- ll. He got rid of his wife period! Laci was beautiful! He didn't want a divorce because he'd have to pay child support & lose at least 1/2 of what they owned! You don't have dye your hair & have 15 grand on you just because!! He wanted his cake( Amber) & wanted to eat it to! What about him making concrete blocks in his garage?? You don't go fishing on Christmas Eve! & close to where her body was found! He needs to stay in jail!

Undecidedā¦. I canāt say with the evidence that has been added that he did it. It sounds like thereās a possibility that somebody else couldāve broken into the house killed her. Thereās her in the marina later but she wasnāt found right away. I donāt know Iām confused because before all along, I thought he was guilty but now I have questions about that And Iāll tell you if he was isnāt guilty 18 years of his life has been ruined, and most likely the rest of his life has been ruined and that would be truly sad but if he did it, he deserves everything he got

While I personally think he is guilty or involved somehow, I don't think there is enough evidence to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt. If he gets a new trial, I do believe he has a good chance of a not-guilty verdict or a hung jury. Unless there's evidence we are still unaware of after all these years…

Honestly, this is the one case that I always questioned. Imo I wouldn't be able to convict him. Yes, he's a shit human and a cheater and liar, but there's too many other scenarios that could have happened.

So sad. I cant imagine losing my child and grandchild, let alone in a horrible murder and the detectives arrest what's easy and manipulate the evidence just to get a conviction.
Even if I discovered he was a cheating pig I personally would still insist on the PEOPLE who stole my daughter and grandson from me be the ones arrested. If for no other reason than to protect the women who they murdered after Lacey.
