As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully examined every detail of the transcript before me. The suspect’s alibi appeared shaky, with inconsistencies in their statements regarding their whereabouts at the time of the crime. Additionally, their demeanor during questioning raised red flags, as they seemed evasive and defensive.

It is well-known in the criminal world that perpetrators of this type of crime often try to deflect blame onto others or fabricate alibis to cover their tracks. This suspect’s behavior mirrored this pattern, leading me to believe they may have something to hide.

Furthermore, upon cross-referencing the suspect’s phone records with witness statements, I discovered discrepancies that pointed towards their possible involvement in the crime. The timeline of events did not align, raising suspicions about their credibility.

In my experience as a seasoned investigator, these clues often lead to breakthroughs in solving cases. I will continue to delve deeper into the evidence and follow every lead to uncover the truth behind this heinous crime.

What in the actual hell is happening with youth today?! All anyone seems to care about is social media fame, and at any cost.

  • @Lilyandmoomin

I Wonder if these two thugs got a psych exam ?

  • @kristinamercado5737

Both of those boys have really scary eyes. Definitely darkness behind them

  • @karenjohnson2126

UPdate: at least 1 pleaded guilty. one showed genuine remorse and had some serious family problems – deserted by mother – he was sentenced 25 years to life. The other was sentenced life without parole – he did not show significant remorse.

I live in this community and it is very painful to read about this horrible happening. Not only is it horrible for the murder but it is also horrible for not only her family but the family of the 2 boys that committed the crime. You have to wonder how they could be so stupid and what they hoped to accomplish with doing such a thing. The only thing the y accomplished was destroying their entire lives and the life of this sweet person and her family. Someone said to me that teenagers have a tendency to act before they think. That is obviosly the case in this instance. But unlike all of you, I also feel sorry for the families of these two boys that did this horrible thing. They also suffer. Obviously the boys needed a lot of psychological help that they did not get and brought a lot of shame to their families as a result.

I think there is too many young kids killing ppl! I truly think they need to be trailed as adults!! U do adult crimes, u do adult time!!! These lesser sentences caused by these kids isnt a good example…2 yrs!! 2 yrs for premeditated murder u have to be kidding me!! 😮

  • @EJLJ19

There honestly isn’t much difference between a 16 year old’s brain and a 19/20 year old’s brain. They definitely should be sentenced as adults. If you’re old enough to plan and execute a murder then you’re old enough for life in prison.

  • @jasonwilliamson5780

Good video but it must be an old one because both teenagers got life sentences willard miller got 35 years with the possibility of parole and Jeremy goodale got 25, and no I wouldn't forgive them it was evil and they knew what they were doing, you don't have to forgive murderers to be able to move on with your life

  • @user-iw8vr5ij8y

I don't understand fighting and killing ive never wanted to hurt someone else that bad.ive gotten angry before andgot over it. But never took any action to to hurt anyone. I don't understand that level of hate not good. Ive always had more respect for my teachers . I raised my daughter that way and grandkids . My daughter loves being a teacher now has been a loving mother and always loved people and loves teaching, i hope and pray nothing like this happens to her

  • @robertpigott5312

The creators of these monsters, the parents, should go to jail.

  • @retnamyoga

I just can't find the profanity in the English lexicon to describe these 2.

  • @ConnieKelsey

Review: Voice is whinny and annoying and too much in love with her own image. She is on the screen over 70% of the time. Conclusion: A wannabe!

  • @dovecastillo8105

This one absolutely broke my heart may her kind and sweet soul rest in peace!!

  • @user-sm8by9wj2n

Hi Annie! This case was just adjudicated and a lot more details are now available about what happened and who did what. Would you consider doing an update on the case?

  • @lisa.user-xm7kz2tb6x

Annie, you've talked about the victim's family. WHO were this child's parents? They may have helped build this child/ignored this child to figure out life solo. 💐RIP Nohema.

  • @Belle_Ndebeledoll

Hi Annie, can you do an update on this case, Miller has been sentenced and Goodale will be sentenced next week. Thanks 🙏

  • @ashleyolney3092

I read online that Willard Miller was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 35 years. Jeremy Goodale is still yet to be sentenced but I hope at the very least, he receives the same sentence!

  • @boydnelson1961

So great are you Annie!!!. Very Sad cases but you do them with Grace.

  • @EllisInWonderland.

Rest In Peace Nohema Graber🙏🏽♥️🕊️ Sending many blessings to her loved ones for strength, comfort, peace, and love. Condolences for the loss of your beloved.

  • @debragoodschubert8226

    They both pleaded guilty!!!

  • @debragoodschubert8226

I’m from Fairfield, Iowa! This was a horrible experience for our hometown. Nothing like this has ever happened 😢 Her husband just passed away June “2023”

  • @kristenscherer1114

Jeremy was NOT in Mrs. Graber's class, only Chaiden was (literally nobody calls him "Willard," he goes by his middle name.) Your "reporting" is a joke.

  • @kristenscherer1114

That first photo of "Jeremy" is NOT Jeremy. Do basic research or don't do a podcast.

  • @BlackGoddess112

In my opinion, I don’t think I could forgive the person who killed that very special person in my life and I like how technology works, they was mad about something so small and how to probably something that can be fixed if you work.

  • @Marc816

    Naughty boys!!!! VERY naughty boys!!!!!!

  • @maxspears6030

RIPower Nohema Graber. You received justice today. Condolences to the Graber Family and to all her loved ones. 💔

  • @barryg4927

When I watched the uncut court TV part of this on the sentencing of both of these demonic pukes… First of all the brain child behind the murder had no remorse whatsoever. To add insult to this poor family’s tragedy, The husband of the murder victim just died of cancer a few months ago. The family friend reading the impact statement at the sentencing hearing spoke about how this was a preventable death because the murder victims husband became so despondent and so depressed at losing the love of his life that he had all kinds of signs and symptoms of cancer but he chose to ignore all of it because he just didn’t care about life anymore. If they had caught his cancer early he would’ve easily been treated and survived it. So these two daemonic evil little sociopaths psychos not only took her life but indirectly killed her husband prematurely. Broke the hearts of everyone of the family members and friends and community and then created fear and other teachers out there afraid now of male students that are failing. The collateral damage that these two pieces of human sewage caused is immeasurable. And I’m glad they both got a life sentence do I disagree with the state code allowing the potential for parole after almost 30 years in prison. Given the details of this crime I find no way in my opinion that you’re going to rehabilitate either one of these kids. And I hope karma and it’s wrath comes running right over these two guys in prison just like a freight train. They both deserve it…

  • @maritzasanmartin7775

Update Miller got 35 years. Good. Fker.

  • @antiegonz6007

Moms trying to get him off on a technicality….. She’s evil 2!

  • @antiegonz6007

Miller was bragging that his IQ was higher than all the correction facility workers?! He’s entitled, evil & lacks remorse

  • @CL-hl8ui

Looked this case up when I saw the kid got life in prison

  • @karenb2382

    Disgusting devils.

  • @dahisano

They should get the death sentence with a baseball bat.

  • @scottbattaglia8595

And i dont think you can fault him for not wanting to live with hate, he is obviously a Christian….lol I mean you can't say he isn't living by it for real, im just happy one of them hasn't cornered me in a store to tell me all about Jeebus! Those kids are scumbags, and as far as the family; how sweet of a family!

  • @scottbattaglia8595

The sick part, all the time he spent stalking and planning the murder, he could have spent a quarter of the time studying for a good grade, and killing her aint going to change your grade

  • @jamesreber9089

Wish the state of Iowa where im from Ottumwa 45 min.east Of Fairfield would bring back the death penalty??

  • @ivanmiranda3337

I taught Spanish with her. Rest in peace amiga!

  • @davidwoermansr

The motive was 2 evil minds meeting and becoming friends

  • @Prplpassions

I disagree with your statement “it’s not about a fair trial”. Everyone deserves a fair trial. That doesn’t mean these boys don’t also deserve a life in prison.

  • @sharonhoyt2133

Two big teen boys use baseball bats to murder their elderly teacher. Wonder if their parents are proud of them.

  • @leighyorgason6702

As a former teacher I am absolutely horrified. I am afraid that murder is becoming way too common and people are becoming desensitized to it. If these teens do not receive maximum punishment I fear for the lives of other teachers who give bad grades.

  • @bonniehall578

Murder is an adult crime so they should be tried as adults.

  • @izabela1961

Life in prison for both of the brats.

  • @marycahill546

April 18/23. Just watched this pair both plead guilty to first degree murder as part of a plea deal. The motive is that Miller got a bad grade in Spanish class, which brought down his average. Miller spent 2 weeks planning the murder, and he enlisted his buddy Jeremy Goodale to assist. Nohema was stalked to work out her routine. Miller brought a baseball bat and murder supplies, and met his partner in the park. They ambushed her there. Miller hit her with the baseball bat first and dragged her off the trail. Goodale saw she wasn't dead, so he finished her off with a second blow to the head. Then they took steps to hide the body in the park, and cover up their tracks. I think they both are psychopaths who thought they would get away with this. For the plea deals the prosecution is recommending 30 years with the possibility of parole for Miller, and for the assistant Goodale not less than 25 years with the possibility of parole. Goodale broke first to confess, so that's why he is offered a better deal. The judge will receive pre-sentencing reports before he decides. He does not have to abide by the plea deal, and can give a longer sentence if he wants to. The lesser sentences are in view of the boys being only 16 at the time of this crime. Very chilling crime.
