UPDATE: THEY WERE INDICTED ON FIRST DEGREE MURDER CHARGES. For the record Arhonda Tillman use to live in my house in Phoenix , Arizona a few years ago before Regis came along and took her out to Florida. Arhonda is not all there , she is slow and has extreme issues and is child like herself. Regis was messing with her knowing shes not mentally right in the head. Arhonda was never suppose to have a child in her custody, she lost 2 sons to CPS here in Phoenix and so Regis got her pregnant then took off to a different state so they could keep the baby with no cps involvement and now we see why she was not to have children in her custody!!!!!

Can I ask a question? Do we know how tall the mother was? I'm 5' 7 and weigh 140 lbs. I wanted to know if her being 144 lb is considered fat?

She didnât âfall through the cracksâ she was ignored. They drop the ball in unsafe situations. Then they overstep in other situations.

I agree with you here Annie. If people are neglecting children, their ability to procreate again should be taken away. Children don't ask to be born and they deserve so much better!

I will never understand how parents can do things like this to their kids. It's so sad. I feel that people like this should be starved in prison so they can feel what their child went through.

CPS takes children away from families where they donât need to be taken away and then they leave children with families that they need to be taken away. Itâs ridiculous.

If the mother and father are both responsible for taking good care of the child and they don't then they should both be forced to get sterilized. End of story. Children don't ask to be born. If you are aware of any abuse or neglect of a child, get off your butt and report it asap.
