Dan Rashbaum's Defense theory "extortion" combined with all of Wendi's ongoing actions … begs the question … if the Adelsons or Wendi … always knew or suspected worse case scenario … Rivera (their original paid/hired shooter) … would simply go down for a RICO crime … (and an unsolved case/crime for the Markels). And, Latin Kings NEVER upset with Adelsons. Done and Done.
All the Adelsons Free. (Almost SG & KM) Rivera's role never fully exposed. Was he presumed to be the shooter b/c a Latin King. Regardless of any motive.
And, RICO … "good enough".
But, never "good enough" for the Markels … of course. Or, their 2 grandsons. Or, Dan's friends. Or, FSU? Or, the town without answers.
Did ~6 of 7 nearly get away with this crime?
Under RICO and a 12 year sentence for 1.

I knew once the case became more known, we would have people like this. I’ve seen someone else attack a couple of great creators. I find it funny an “educator” feels they know anything about the law. You were the first person who covered the Dan Markel case. Fanci as well before she had a channel. All 3 (including the other creator) of you have gotten unnecessarily bad commentary in other channels’ comment sections and I did respond. I feel these types feel want to make it personal. The only people this case should be personal for is the Markel family, his close friends and loved ones. Why can’t people unsubscribe without announcing it. Guess they are looking for attention. The Dan Markel community was never like this before. I have the upmost respect for you and have been subscribed to you for years. There are several “trouble makers” in the community now. I think sometimes things do need to be called out. You provide factual and correct legal information about cases. I noticed from those types of comments these people are looking for attention & they show jealousy and love creating Drama. Doesn’t belong in this community which is about JUSTICE FOR DAN MARKEL!! So many of the YouTube attorneys and commentators are intolerant of any idea that is in conflict with their way of thinking.
Some of them are downright hostile.
Katie Cool Lady (who I usually like) has gotten rather arrogant and mean spirited.
I get the impression that they revel in the debacle and love saying, “I told you so”.
It’s funny how some of the commentators have become part of the long and drawn out story of Justice for Dan.

The State should raid Rashbaum's office and obtain the Adelsons files supeona Rashbaum back to Tallahassee put him under oath and have Judge Everett ask him why he tried to derail this case

I’ve never understood why laypeople file bar complaints based on what they have seen watching a trial on YouTube. It’s a great way to get judges to rule no more cameras in the courtroom.

Do people not remember the ridiculous panic when in the media room and thoughts were that Charlie was doing well and what if omg the jury believes that mumbo jumbo coming out of his yap he is now serving LWOP ! How can you silence someone who already did what they have done lmao what is done is done ! Employing students at FSU and giving them opportunities to learn and improve their life experiences which is a commendable thing and nice to see fresh faces !ML you’ve always done you so ✌🏻Enjoy the day !

I am shocked that an educator is unable to determine an objective and credible source from a sensationalized one. Moreover, I would be embarrassed if I were her to provide such an example to students when it might become quite clear that it was my own personal bias and parasocial attachment to the other content creator that triggered me rather than an honest assessment of the facts. It’s important for experts to call out those who are misrepresenting the truth. Period.

Listen please without taking this as a personal attack ML—You are criticizing other channels for criticizing Rashbaum because these folks don’t know the law as you do. While that’s true, you yourself are missing a larger point—these channels and their followers are like virtual juries of peers. We “peers” are also not familiar with case law, judicial procedure, and other aspects of the law. But we have intellect, critical thinking skills, and native judgement. We are reacting to what happened in front of our eyes when the trial collapsed. There is no reason to mock the other channels or their followers especially since there are many who follow both.
There is so much emotional investment in this case because justice for the Markels has been a long and agonizing process. We have empathy for this family and rage against the Adelsons. To see the next step—Donna’s trial—upended at the last moment due to foreseeable preventable circumstances was painful and it’s unreasonable for you to argue that unless one is an attorney you must keep your uninformed opinion to yourself.
Both you and the channels who are angry at you are doing a disservice to the Markels by making this feud public and nasty. Each perspective has a place. Personally attacking one another is juvenile but I believe it’s all generated by the emotional impact of what happened last week.
