The intricate web of clues and forensic evidence paints a vivid picture of the crime that took place. From the precise placement of items at the scene to the meticulous planning involved, it is clear that this was not a random act of violence.

  • @bicassual

this might be the first video of yours i've seen where the authorities actually did their job lol

  • @skiewalker1033

Having anti social personality disorder and narcissism ALWAYS = A killer. Always. Very sick monsters. Not even human. These people have signs. Watch out everyone!. They blend in. I can identify them as I know the signs.

  • @mollycote1021

So very sad. He should have never been let out! How disgusting his courtroom antics! He says his property; it’s your Mommy’s, not yours killer!

  • @Pepper0077

His attorney is thinking some stuff…he is also now questioning his job choice and retirement.

  • @Pepper0077

    They didn’t check the turd?😂

  • @Pepper0077

This has been a whole year ago. I need to watch the rest of the video. I was out after he said “things that may or may not have happened” or some other BS. Yeah ok.

  • @Pepper0077

Ok, so his defense said since there was someone else helping him, so he shouldn’t get the death penalty. What?? There is no honor amongst thieves, so that big oaf would have been singing like a canary if someone else was there-unless maybe it was his brother.
I watched “Cold Justice” often and Kelly Siegler explained about circumstantial evidence. She took pencils to represent each “coincidence” or questionable excuse or especially evidence.
So: 1. she was found to have been on his property(one pencil)
    2. Her DNA was on his helmet(two pencils).
    3. Another victim came forward with the same MO(three or even four pencils now one for the victim and one for exact supplies).
    4. Adult diaper(5 pencils).
    5. Hay in her hair(most likely from his barn-exact match I am sure)and his semen was near that same hay(6 pencils).
    6. Just being a sexual creep and gross with underwear in bags, possible porn set lie(8 pencils).
    7. 12 jurors-12 different people in a court of law thought he was guilty(that is def a pencil, so 9).
I have to be honest. I didn’t pay enough attention to all the physical evidence, but have you ever tried to(I would say no to about 99% of us here) break a handful of 9 or more pencils? That’s a strong even circumstantial case-which it was not.

  • @chililmama89

I’m so sick of our justice system! How many innocent women have to die from the hands of these abusers that shouldn’t have been let back into society to begin with! This a fuckin crazy!

  • @TheOrginalPrincessColey

I’m sorry but 10 minutes to ride a bike ONE MILE?! It takes the average person to walk a mile in 15-20 minutes so the math ain’t mathing

  • @blanc0196

He definitely had help, wouldn’t be surprised if his brother was involved…especially since they both share that weirdo of a mom. But I’m sooo glad the justice system didn’t fail this young girl and she got justice. I just feel soooo bad for her family and her bf because no amount of punishment or money can alleviate that pain

  • @Tofyta990

Now imagine for a second if people like him stay put away for at least 50 years for crimes like the one he committed the first time, an innocent young woman would still have her life and an entire family wouldn't be so broken, just imagine protecting good people not monsters. And once again it all starts with abusive parents and a dysfunctional family raising him

  • @thecraftyrn

What a beautiful soul, I feel for Josh and all her family!!

  • @ketakool11

An the fact that she is white ,played a part as well ..most missing black women ,dont get that much attention 🙄

  • @kell8_

The beauty of the scenery that surrounded them knowing she would soon meet her demon and demise is what will always stay in my mind. 😢

  • @tam2729

    this is so unbelievably sad

  • @aalihte3378

May 20th 2025…i am going to mark my calander. I cannot wait. What a disgusting monster he is. As is whomever helped him.

  • @M_S_40

Good behaviour my ass!! He is dangerous monster! Pure evil! Poor girl my heart brakes for her. Rest in peace 💔

  • @karlag8312

I agree 1000% there should not be good behavior for violent crimes. The jails/prisons in the USA are a joke, go to any Latin American country or Asian country they treat criminals like criminals and that’s the way it should be. Also before destroying the disgusting barn they should have gone and inspect for other potential victims. It is obvious that’s where he took his victims. Now we won’t know if there are more victims. In my opinion there are more.

  • @Itsbundybih

His lawyer sitting there hating every second of his job this day 🤒

  • @mamaseesa3122

Lol calm down a little bit. My husband has zip ties, rope and masks. He's always needing rope to tie down things in the truck – trash for the dump, his 4wheeler, etc – and he's always bringing random stuff like huge zip ties home from work (construction electrician), we used those to tie shut plastic bins we took on vacation. He uses masks in winter when he's hunting or shoveling snow.
This guy was clearly a nasty piece of work, but don't start saying that anyone who has zip ties and masks is automatically a kidnapper. 😂😂

  • @DoNkEy_LoVE

I always trying to think outside of the box for stuff like this even though it might not work in court but it would not surprise me one bit if he had some type of I can't say a limb but he probably could he had human DNA skin from somebody else and he scratched her hand across it because the sad part is we have social media and just TV and just life in general know what is used against its in court so it'll be easy for him to be like well I need to make sure there's other man skin under her fingernails

  • @DoNkEy_LoVE

Reasonable doubt is only used if you don't have anything solid I've never liked the reasonable doubt argument being in our justice system because it's used here and there some cases they have no physical evidence very little circumstantial evidence which means there's reasonable doubt but a case like this there's plenty of physical 100% evidence so I know defense has a job to do but I don't know how they can hear a case like this and all the things that are stacking up against them which cancels out reasonable doubt

  • @DoNkEy_LoVE

10 minutes rest in peace Sierah

  • @DoNkEy_LoVE

I'm condemning men.. And I'm a man… Can't hang out with Mom's anymore either… This is truly disturbing I've never made a face at a video that I can remember when you said that his mom and him watch explicit videos together I was like you I just kept saying oh oh my god ewww…

  • @user-vp7jz4ec6i

This pig should have had zero rights (speaking at the hearing??)

  • @moxley6253

Someone jacked up your nose job. Jus sayin

  • @karakolles4872

Real justice in this case would be for this James Worley monster to suffer like Sierah did. Truly disgusting. How horrific for this young woman and the family that continues to grieve the loss of her, and in the terrible way they lost her. It is truly horrendous. Unimaginable and beyond disgustingly evil. The judge should not have allowed this monster to speak for 45 minutes and tell the absurd story he did. If I were Sierah’s family, I would have gotten up and walked out of the courtroom too.

  • @TT-zu5pr

They listed her death as the 23rd bc that was the day they found her and unlike tv shows they can't determine exact time of death. My brother overdosed but wasn't found for 3 days so his DOD on his certificate is the day we found him not the actual day he died. Even tho we KNOW he passed on the 11th, it's listed as the 14th.

  • @audryfromn6441

My heart is so saddened 🙁

  • @tcorde02

I'm so upset her family had to sit through 45min of gibberish and lies from that piece of garbage.

  • @christinasmith3699

His statement was his witness testamony. He is already guilty and he is trying to retry the whole case at sentencing🤮. Just shut up.

I had to fastforward past his comments. I could not listen to him.

  • @christinasmith3699

He keeps saying "No dead bodies" when the police are looking for a person not a body. He jumped to dead real quick.

  • @brittaniejones1623

Her family is so strong. Idk how they sat through 1 minute of that psycho’s monologue without trying to get to him….
May this beautiful girl continue to rest in peace…

  • @craigcho6797

Why waste time talking to this liar, the women’s under clothing was probably from other victims, sick monster !
