Expert Examination of Sarah Boone’s Testimony in Trial – scrutinizing every detail for inconsistencies and potential red flags. In the case involving the murder of her boyfriend George Torres, Boone claimed his death was accidental, stating she only intended to scare him during a drunken argument. However, evidence suggests a different story, raising questions about Boone’s credibility and the true nature of the crime.

She records her actions that can convict her but doesn't record these alleged threats that could exonerate her. Jorge was the victim and boone was and is an abuser. I pray to god that the jury sees through boones lies and convict her so she goes away for life.

She was abused, yes. And those pictures were terrible. But she has also been arrested for abusing Jorge and we aren’t seeing his side. They were definitely toxic together. But did he threaten her that night, no I don’t believe so. She wants us to think he just happened to get loud and threatening in the one piece of time that isn’t taped. While in the video before and after he sounds calm, getting weaker, begging to breathe. She has to prove that she was in fear at that moment and past DV doesn’t prove that to me, not when she went upstairs to bed instead of out the door or to the phone.
She can be a victim and still be guilty.

My two cents: I don’t think Sarah planned to kill or meant to kill Jorge. But getting drunk to the point of blackout and letting your drunken warped emotions take over to the point of torturing someone, then passing out and letting them die still deserves a severe punishment. The only thing the jury can really be in doubt of is intent to actually kill. Sarah is not doing herself any favors by trying to gloss over the facts. If she just got up on the stand and was honest and said, yes I accept responsibility, yes I have a problem with alcohol, yes I have anger issues but I truly did not mean to kill him, a juror like myself might give her some concessions. Unfortunately her personality disorder prevents her from humbly taking blame, admitting she’s a blackout alcoholic, and showing real remorse and so she is going to get a harsher sentence.

It’s so sad George can’t speak for himself! I don’t trust anything she says! She could say Anything & George paid the price…. Pure evil

  • @kimhutchins70

Suitcase has zipper side down when she took the video. Sarah didn't flip it until after Jorge stopped threatening her. Then how did his hand stick out of the zipper? Impossible!!

  • @ilucyb2616

ML… Sarah Boone's case is here ..I thought I would be so into the trial. Im not so interested. I'm also working alot with long hours (11 hrs). I miss you …hopeful I will catch a live soon. ML was Jorge's family at the court?

  • @joannekropf3436

My 2 cents: IF there was no video she might have a defense…..but, the video exists. Anyone with a pulse, at least one brain cell and an ounce of humanity couldn't sit, any not only watch, but video record, their significant other begging for air/and life …then ignore them and go to sleep with a seemingly clear conscience. In my opinion, because the video exists, nothing else matters. She absolutely should have jumped on the plea offer and she's going to be very, very sorry she didn't.

  • @Lei3195i

5:29 Yes that is a very good point about being "notorious"!

  • @Lei3195i

I remember Sarah's friend was in one of the chats. If she is here I just want to say hi and I was thinking of you. This has to be difficult. I don't know how this will go or how it should go. It has to be anguish for so many of you including Sarah's son, Jorge's whole family, and even Sarah's ex husband. So, Sarah's friend, I'm sending you well wishes and prayers if you want them. 🤍

  • @kado6051

The attorney did do a good job and clearly established rapport with Sarah where other reputable attorneys failed in their droves but for me she let him down. Trying to present as an upstanding member of society looking for a job while relishing the story of her injuries. She was better than expected though, committed to Jorge despite the saga of physical violence and harmful effects on her son, a common enough pattern in domestic violence cases, and one some jurors may get.

  • @Fergie66813

Who Could say all that while Trying to save every bit of Air they had.I Re-watched her Cross again she can't Remember anything defense asked her.But not anything on Prosecutor asked or the made not Since.

  • @tommeredith7462

Owens loves true crime and watches Court TV and other podcast.
His plan maybe is to launch his own podcast and do big things in the future.

  • @robyngravesaltoom

There is some reason they showed only stills from the smashed tv video…and no abuseris going to invite the victim to record evidence against them. I hope the prosecution reveals the truth. That was undoubtedly a toxic relationship but there is a great deal of evidence showing she was the primary abuser with the control in the relationship

  • @tommeredith7462

Prosecution Will Jay didn’t feel behind the eight ball so he got to the truth of the matter in a short manner of time.
He didn’t want to beat a dead horse like Owens did at every turn.

  • @matthewnewton8812

I hate this business of second guessing people’s psychology. “You would remember” this, if such and such happened. “You should remember” that. “You ought to remember” etc etc. None of us have EVER been in a situation like this. You have no frigging idea what you would and would not remember under extreme duress. It’s truly awful to be basing your idea of OTHER people’s memory on your conception of your OWN memory under radically different conditions.

And the whole “body language” thing HAS TO STOP. It’s fake junk pseudoscience.

  • @robyngravesaltoom

She claimed he said "I will effing end you" that is word for word the exact phrase Ashley Benefield said at her trial. She had a much more believable claim to BSS than Sarah does, and yet she was convicted.

  • @Jessica.Rachel

Really? She was emotionless and psychotic and she couldn't control herself from snarkily making comments that gave away her self centeredness and pathological need for control. It's a sociopathic defense and she doubled down on her cruelty. I can't agree at all, she should have taken the deal.

  • @Nefertiti0403

    She’s not believable

  • @Brooke2000

As a woman….it was very telling …the photos of black eyes…etc. smashing the tv….She was abused mentally , emotionally and physically by this man.

  • @Dee-ny6uo

I don’t find it credible that Jorge threatened her when he was in the suitcase, gasping for air. Obviously, he must’ve been terrified, not angry at that time. The last thing you would do is threaten the only person who can save your life when facing imminent death.

  • @helenstewart4050

I thought this lawyer was very effective especially on the short time on the case even if the defence doesn’t work I was very intrigued by him ! I agree on the judge and I didn’t get to see the prosecution as was busy . ML whether she should have taken the deal you did her a great service I believe ! Thanks ML ✌🏻

  • @Dee-ny6uo

I doubt her testimony that she didn’t get out of bed till approximately noon time after going to bed before midnight. That would mean she was in bed for 12 hours, which is a ridiculously long time.

  • @AdamGoNoles

Great video ML, can't believe how fast this trial is going. Those photos of her injuries were compelling, I'd give her the minimum and say move on no zippers when you get out

  • @baconbacon3967

Good morning, ML! I got here just in time for the end of your Live stream. Now — going to go back to listen. Take care and great to see you!!!
