This case is incredibly disturbing. Who do you think was involved and what do you think really happened?

  • @angelmahaffey4906

Jason probably knocked Nicholas off and the family was aware of it. If so, Jason knew it was Nicholas because he was the one to get rid of Nicholas' body. Can you imagine if that was the case what Jason thought when they told him Nicholas had been found and that he was alive hahahaha. That is a true butt pucker facture situation for of Jason until he laid his eyes on Freddy Boy and knowing he was an imposter. I really hope they do find Nicholas at some point and that he is still alive. Doesn't sound good though unfortunately.

  • @MCConfuz

Wonderfully narrated piece! I was right there with them!! Thanks Annie 🙂

  • @dietdrpepper15

Oddly, this time hearing about this case, I get the feeling Nicholas ran away, 3 tattoos, very problematic home life . If he did, hope he is happy and healthy.

  • @rovaughnhill2342

The fact that he was a grown man with “girlfriends” in high school, and the family knew is sick also.

  • @Demina420

Steven Stayner comes to mind … That was high profile ( as high as it could be back then) that absolutely broke that family, besides what steven lived through then what cary did…. Then to have steven pass away after being hailed a hero and being returned alive

  • @stephenmcgraw8871

Enough with the "bestie" thing–what are you,12?11?Come on………..And I hear Charlie Parker plays one helluva saxophone……

  • @emilyelizabeth4542

I think Jason and the sister did something to Nick and the mom just knows about it and was helping to keep it covered up.

  • @nlafleur75

I enjoy your coverage of true crime! I watch you more than other crime shows! Wish I knew what happened to Nicholas! Thanks for your hard work.

  • @plgervaisable

Absolutely impossible that his mother didnt reconize him… she knew… she lost one child she probably didnt want to loose another one to prison…

  • @ronikaclack7521

    What about the 3 tattoos

  • @cherylrice5122

People are crazy!! Love your videos

  • @tanyablank1

He looks a heck of a lot older than 16 in the first place

  • @richsadowsky8580

At the very leasr, the family was covering for the brother. They seized the opportunity to close any missing person case still open.

  • @_-.RAVEN.-_

Hooowwwww tf do they let someone continuously get out of jail and pull the same shit!? Especially an international felon lol… Makes no sense. I think Jason did it….

  • @bajacowgirl3170

Don't they just DNA test? So stupid. First thing they should have done in Spain before releasing him back to the family in the US.

  • @sherryparis5647

This family isn't the first one that accepted a child that wasn't their child. Maybe want it so bad they are blind. I do believe the brother probably did something to his brother he wasn't going to call it out.

  • @AngelaEatsMusic

37:34 This sounds like the plot of the movie "Orphan 2"…not finished with the video yet, but I'm wondering if the family knows that the "real Nicholas" is dead (maybe had a hand in it) and are grateful that they won't now be caught 🤔 I could be wrong. Let's see!
EDIT: I still think I'm right. Sadly.

  • @GallifreyGinger

Weird weird weird. And Jason did it.

  • @user-du5xc6zj6b

The brother is the one that killed him. 😢

  • @hadessah8643

Definitely the family knew what happened. I can see one person being on denial but the WHOLE FAMILY? Yeah right! This family had some guts. They were not afraid of who this man could be. Since they were not afraid I can only assume they themselves were criminals too. Also denial doesn't work that way but covering up a crime does. Sadly the FBI didn't have enough evidence to go after them. More than likely Nicholas is not alive.

  • @tw2346

He looks like the character in sling blade.

  • @Peanutandjelly.2121

Fake Nicholas is crazy but that family did something to him poor kid how horrible

  • @Redwood-vi8ho

What a crazy crazy case all the way around 😮

  • @jesserussell9286

Can you pull in the early nineties didn't just let their kids disappear and call it last parenting LOL I don't know where the hell this girl grew up but that's not true at all

  • @EmmaAnsonia-oo6tb

Once again Leah Ingham Wrexham please

  • @awakenthewoke1091

37:02 and realize that they killed the poor kid and Frederick was their solution. Could be wrong but all signs point to that 😳

  • @samcommander4249

Sounds like the family killed the real boy and wanted the new kid to make it all ok

  • @JulieRushworth

As a,loving Mother, if i did not see my child for years, i would recognise them 100%, well a loving mother would.
Dna testing! Yeah too easy to close a case

  • @liztracy1954

Maybe they thought they would make money with a TV documentary so they wanted to continue the charade.

  • @crimibarbs

Why on earth didnt Spain take his fingerprints the first time before the “sister” took him to the US? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Absolutely bad job done by Spain once again. Jason killed Nicolas. His family probably knew or assumed.

  • @1988jpgirl

I can't imagine my child was missing and never coming back.

  • @worklessalvation

23:25 well the fbi is covering up for ritual child abuse cases… So i would not put my hopes in them

  • @sharonlandry7314

    I think Jason killed Nicholas.

  • @lisas5094

This story is crazy but it’s always nice to have a break from murder stories, I know there is still a missing person but I like that it’s not so heavy. ❤

  • @Towardsakhirah

I feel like family did killed him and hide the body and to avoid charges they just play alone with this whole Fredrick drama

  • @tamaraholmes9642

Is this a movie? You have gots to be joking it’s super obvious that’s not Nicholas come on now denial is a river that runs deep…. Either they killed him the (Nicholas) because even if he ran away in the past nobody is going to wait two weeks to inform the police and also even if he was abducted they wasted so much time looking into this obvious stranger when they could have use the police /FBI to look for the real person… and also shame on the police because he was missing 2 years and it seem as if nobody really cared to look or find him but a stranger come along and they have every resource to look into this individual is crazy and heart breaking 😢
