Wow. Crazy did they not process DNA or was that not enough. I find it hard to belive he didn't leave any with a violent attack like that. Also I feel like he would've had injuries right after the attack. The police didn't interview him!?

So I didn't see an update on this story ..I live literally 5 mins down the road from this trailer and within a week of him being arrested the brother passed away while in the hospital..I have watched you for months Annie and somehow missed you did this story I just noticed it today

I certainly hope she is right about this memory. Just remember the case were the wife woke up from a coma and said her husband did it. He claimed he was out buying fast food for them and found her severely beaten. She was VERY sure her husband did it. She truly believed he attacked her. He was convicted on her testimony. He went to jail. It turned out he didn’t do it. It was a complete stranger.

Thank God he's off the streets. Looks like a hills have eyes character . Feels like he would be danger to anyone who doesn't look like him and if he can do that to his own sisters. Not surprised. She was strong held on and took him down. Have fun in prison .hope they make u feel at home . 😆

She lived in a mobile home. That tell us she had nothing to envy. Then she complained to her brother not to vandalize that little property of her's. She did not sent the cop at him…
So the level of reproach that he can have against her is that she politely reproach him to vandalize her home pledge for him not to do so…
On his part what she can reproach him is attempted murder with a savage attack also abusing her thrust having letting him in.
So this person is a very lethal citizen and there are no amount of possible victimes surely innocent that WE would condemn to death by letting him free.

Look up jose Pasqual-reyes. A 12 year old girl just escaped a murderer. 2 bodies found in the trailer. And other ppl were there! I'd love to hear ur take on it.

You forgot to add her brother died while in police custody. You keep referring to the ax or hatchet as a murder weapon. It's a Weapon because she wasn't murdered.

I've had some issues with my brother being physically and mentally abusive to me in the past. It's one of the hardest things, I'm still not over maybe because it continues but at least the distance has stopped the physical!! And "My mother" is in total denial when it comes to my brother!! My aunt was killed by my cousin with a hatchet, then stole her car drove to another state where the cops found him and shot him. This sorry kinda hurt to hear. Thank you for bringing awareness to the evil out there

Did you see he died yesterday!!?? He was in the hospital. He didnt spend much time in jail at all. They're saying it's from "multiple health issues" and his living situation prior to jail was very unsanitary.
