Charlie NOT securing secret audio or video tape evidence of him and Magbanua discussing the alleged extortion during the 26 months from date of murder to date of Magbanua's arrest proves ONE MILLION PERCENT that this defense was a sham, a fiction made-up after-the-fact and doomed to fail.

Rashbaum said he actually believed that Charlie was being extorted. How dumb can a lawyer be? I’m just said it took years to get the Adelsons behind bars after they had enjoyed years of living the good life after Dan Markel was assinated. I hope the state has enough on Wendi to get her next. I really do believe it all started with her.

No matter how many times I’ve watched this the defense could never ever explain why these two characters would plan an extortion/ AND a murder , and just happen to pick out Dan M in order to get money from Charlie on payment plans. You couldn’t explain that in 1 million years.
On payment plans no less . only thing I worry about is I do believe 100%.The phone calls will prove Donna was involved, but I don’t think they have enough proof or evidence that she planned the murder. They can prove how much she hated him but I’m hoping they have more evidence as to the conspiracy

I am probably the only one who thought he was extorted from. That woman's gang leader boyfriend hated Charlie and even said so on the stand. So why would he agree to help him? Katie set him up with that gang to do the murder and then threaten him not only probably with violence but to do exactly what they are doing now which is to frame him. Since when do gangs take payment plans anyhow? If this was a ordered hit by him, they wouldn't say pay a little now and every month lol. You don't go around saying I am going to hire a hitman then actually go and hire one.

This so much BS. When your client is on trial for their life you don’t make it a cliff hanger. 🙄 Imho Dan Rash sold the Adelson’s a bill of goods. If you listen to jail calls Charlie admits Dan blew so much smoke up their butts. They let him hire that JOSH guy saying he’s the best blah blah blah. These two don’t understand trials… Dan is in it to become the next Jose B & will go 0-2 on this case
