In the latest update on the case of Aiden Fuchi and Tristan Bailey, it is clear that the evidence against Aiden is mounting. Aiden, a 15-year-old, is accused of the brutal murder of his 13-year-old classmate, Tristan, by stabbing her over 100 times. I truly believe he thought if he got caught he'd go through juvenile system, & do a few yrs. He said I might go to prison for something big, not long. Was a weird way to phrase that, mabye thought his age this couldn't happen. The reality is hitting him when appears, & transferred as an adult, & held on 2nd deg just then. I wonder about the 30 day comment, why a month, why not that weekend, or the next week. To be looking for blood to be her 1st thought, says there was 12 plus cameras to watch someone inside. The meds he's on show likely Schitzoaffective treatment, prob what caused weight gain, he's on high dose drugs here.. Think court was an act, but was taking previous experiences. I don’t doubt the hallucinations, lithium at his age is extremely unusual. She should've faced more responsibility, not just no accountability obv by way so casual talking, recorded about why he's out then, if they had sex. But 1st deg murder slightly different what was her end game, & why 1 piece clothes if gonna do something as dumb.

That pretending to hear voices ….which I don't think is real….but anyway..was the demons telling him to tell his friends that he was gonna kill someone in the woods within 30 days? And all the other crazy things in between and after the murder ? Looks like he enjoys prison food!!

I wonder if they’ve medicated him. He seems lethargic. What a shame that his family couldn’t have stopped his horrific actions before he murdered Tristan.

Aiden looks drugged and pasty jail house white gray skin. If they are drugging him that can explain the weight gain. He’s no longer the BMOC cocky kid after 9+ months in jail. A’int so cool anymore. No social media to boost his ego.

He’s still being defiant. He told his lawyer “no, I don’t want to sign it” when told to sign for his court date. His lawyer responded “just sign it!” I couldn’t make out what he said after that.

His mother bears some responsibility in his behavior and she is still his mother he is still her child so the least she could have done was shown up He didn't get that way on his own

He should be incarcerated forever and get physiological help. This kid is broken. There is definitely something wrong with him. Whether he gets help or not, I do not believe he should ever be trusted. God Bless this young girls family. I pray that eventually they will heal and find some peace.

you know to stab someone 114 times, he had to take a couple breaks. Think about it. What a monster. AND if you want to know how to raise a monster, cover up for your children so they never have to face consequences over the little things.

Yeah well…that cross tattoo is on his middle finger. So it means FAWK God.and people gain weight in jail cuz there is nothing else to look forward too during your day usually. When I spent 90 days many years ago…I couldn't eat the first week then when I was awaiting my release. Between that I chowed down. I loved food . Having a pop tart made inmates jealous of you.

Idk y this always crosses my mind when I watch criminals in court. I always noticed wether their hair is cut or not. .because you have to have someone send money for you to get a haircut.
