I’ve been watching your videos for a while and I decided to go back in your channel and start from the beginning and I can tell in this video that you are out of breath and that baby is pushing on everything in there and giving you less lung capacity and I feel your pain. Those last few weeks can be brutal.

It makes me so damn angry that so many people heard him say these disturbing thoughts and actions, but not a single one of them told someone!!! These were not even semi disturbing thoughts, they were full blown and extremely scary thoughts! I just dont get it….all they had to do was tell someone, just one person and this could have been avoided! This is absolutely heartbreaking!

I hope a year later the baby has proved me wrong but leeeet me tell yoou…. my first from pregnancy to delivery and up to this very day at 10 years old she has been so easy, and it's all just been a breeze. I would up with a pandemic pregnancy, and from the very moment of conception to this very day, everything has been the complete opposite of my first! 😅😮💨

Prelims, in most states, are a hearing to see if the case should got to the higher court for (potential) trial. Witnesses can be put on the stand and examined and cross examined. The judge is typically a magistrate that is elected. They’re not always lawyers, but they usually have to have a magistrate that is a lawyer for a murder case. So if the magistrate in the jurisdiction where the murder took place isn’t a lawyer, they just move it to one that is a lawyer.
The standard of proof at the hearing is; did the crime indeed occur, and is the accused more than likely not, the one that did it. The standard to determine whether or not to go forward isn’t “beyond a reasonable doubt”. Its preponderance of evidence (like in a civil case, which magistrates also hear). Is the accused more than 50% likely the person that committed the crime kind of thing. If the evidence is lacking, the charges can be dismissed.
Now, the magistrates that aren’t lawyers, you might think, how can some schmo layperson, basically be a judge for serious cases? After they’re elected, they go to a school to trained to do it. Typically they’re elected in November and don’t take the bench until January.
In most jurisdictions, the incumbent wins time after time and is the local magistrate until they choose not to run again. They get pretty experienced then. Communities typically don’t change magistrates often. They usually stick with one.

What has me wondering is if Aiden's friends reported his threats to kill someone, what could be done to prevent a crime from occurring beforehand? I don't know that the law can arrest a person before a crime is committed.
