As a meticulous crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I carefully analyzed the transcript of the suspect’s interrogation. The suspect’s alibi seemed shaky at best, with inconsistencies in their story that raised red flags.

Furthermore, based on the evidence collected at the scene, it was clear that this was not a random act of violence. The methodical nature of the crime indicated that it was likely premeditated, adding another layer of complexity to the investigation.

Additionally, witness statements painted a troubling picture of the suspect’s behavior leading up to the crime, suggesting a potential motive rooted in personal vendetta or greed.

In conclusion, the puzzle pieces were starting to come together, revealing a calculated and cunning individual behind the heinous acts that had rocked the community. With every new piece of information uncovered, the web of deception grew thicker, but I remained determined to unravel the truth and bring justice to the victims. The hunt for the perpetrator was far from over, but with my attention to detail and relentless focus, I was confident that I would soon be closing in on the culprit.

    When will it end?!

  • @dyhero

He should not be charged, or if he is. It should be as a child and they should get him mental help.

  • @brittanidoesitall

In regards to the 17 yr old not speaking up, from my experience growing up in an abusive home, parents use scare tactics to convince the kids not to say anything. From threats to accusing them of separating their siblings and the possibility of being put in separate homes than your siblings. When I did have the courage to speak up, my siblings were too scared to tell the truth so when CPS would come I was the only one speaking out. So nothing ever came from it and you end up getting punished severely for “trying to break the family apart” and guilted. It really is a tragic situation

  • @emmaLouise..

Omg beautiful lady look at you now chic ❤️❤️

So while living in Germany there is a program in place by the government where after the child is born the government sends a letter that must be returned signed by a physician saying they were seen at the right age markers. The German government also gives a child stipend though so to keep up getting the benefit you must turn it in also but it keeps people more accountable. I feel like the parents should be held more accountable for her murder than her brother I feel like he was just trying to free them or bring attention to the fact his parents were horrendous

  • @fabiolavillaperez6515

I don't think that kid should go to jail He's been caged long enough most of his life I think he should be free I hope to God that they don't give him no life in person I hope not

  • @Roechellecathers

Yea that sounds Nice but i was 12 when i had my 1st set of Twins after being taken by a grown man my mother got food stamps n child support tell i was 18 life stopped as a child for me no one Came i wish this was different I'm 34 now but sadly No

  • @lauralye4

Sounds like prison will be better for him than his own home was… Prison is a step up from what he has known his whole life

  • @ryguy746

My mil lived above us in the same house, she couldn't tell you a single thing about my children. Jist saying, some grandparents aren't worth a damn no matter how close

  • @Cathy_the_mami

This one is such a trigger for me… I was never able to report my abusive father. The one time I called the police, my father talked me out of telling the police the truth by telling me that if he goes to jail, my jobless mother would not be able to support me and my siblings.
Letting my father get away with years and years of abuse (until my early 20s) really messed me up mentally. I fight every day to think healthy thoughts and find the joys hidden in the world.
I regret it till this day, not reporting my father..

  • @nicolewhite5039

Haven't got through the video I just wanted to let you know that you did say it rt😊

  • @carriepratt6164

Ok I can’t believe this case I am from this county and raised a daughter here and I know that Gwinnett County will definitely take you to court if you’re child misses too much school so were these kids never enrolled in school?? And the conditions of this home… All of this is so redicolus and heartbreaking!!

  • @carriepratt6164

You are saying Gwinnett County right lol I actually live in Gwinnett County too but anyway I am a huge fan of yours you are my only true crime source podcast and YouTube! Thanks for your work I think you are amazing!

  • @jenna_jenna_jenna

I’d be more than happy to have to report information on my children if it meant that other children in situations like this, could be protected from these horrors.

  • @dawncraig3340

More regulations won't stop this. Look at all the kids in the system that slip through the cracks. Look at how often abuse is reported by teachers and nothing happens. Look at Harmony. More regulations just makes it more difficult for good parents.

  • @LauralynnSolle

In MD, when I pulled my daughter she has to submit paperwork from the school program or all her notebooks 3 times a year and be physically seen once a year. I have never understood how a state could NOT have these precautions!!!

  • @tomcastle5675

Geez your authoritarian ideas are scary. Something should be done but registrations never play out well, if history matters.

  • @peggywilliams2049

I agree. I think Nathaniel should Not be harshly blamed for this and he should receive the help and treatment he so needs. 😢

  • @addieperryman

I’m sorry but I totally would be an injustice for this abused child to get life or anything else BUT juvie. And even then I don’t think he should get it. He prob has the mentality of a 5 years old at best maybe up to 10. He prob thought the fire would’ve just been big enough to get help. The mom should be charged not telling the fire fighters and putting locks hindering safety. Free him or charge as a minor for gods sake. The adult is for evil people not scared little boys

  • @shaynabaurle1627

I feel absolutely awful for the boy who started the fire. I feel like the fire was a cry for help and considering his lack of mental capacity and such, I don’t think he even realized his sister was in the bathroom. I feel that was an accidental homicide. The parents should be held full capable for the girls murder on top of the abuse.

  • @lorifintel9784

The grandparents are to blame as well. Silence is complacent.

  • @ashleighzirkelbach2592

Why haven't thousands of people gotten together and rallied outside the courthouse and jail to free Nathaniel it should be the parents being charged with zoes murder not him

  • @jamesermlich7447

Wether they charge him or not i feel better that he's away from those monsters receiving food and medical at least from DOC

  • @user-nb1yj1rm3g

This is so upsetting! I pray that God will send this child a good attorney to defend him.

  • @elizabethrymer9213

I feel like depending on the reason the 15 Yo set the fire this should be treated like a Gypsy Rose Blanchard case.

  • @loloboukher5544

The grand ma lies how don't you know you grand kids are suffering

  • @dannybernstein1088

Unfortunately why I agree with you a billion percent look at the climate we're in and look at the denial of everything and the denial of government overreach by the government and the dark state and I hate to bring that into everything but that's the reason why it will never pass because you going to have majority of people in legislation that will just never allow that reach to happen I mean look at Florida alone with all the laws they pass do you really think they're going to allow government to stick their nose in their business like that sorry about it being political but it's just the point out of reality

  • @user-hx6tg2qz9k

The grandparents are completely ridiculous 🙄🙄🙄🙄

  • @livierrodriguez5494

I truly think that child needs treatment and help.. I don't think that he really knew the out come of what he did, he probably acted in a moment of desperation. 😢 My prayers for this children and their parents. 🙏

  • @kathryncumberland

I'm sorry, but the grandmother is full of sh*t. A kitchen can't be "spotless" to one person and also be in the condition described. As close as she lives, she had to know that something was wrong in that house.

  • @kathryncumberland

Just starting this and I lived in Louisville from 2000 to 2010. I grew up in the next town over (Conyers). You did say "Gwinnett" correctly 😁

  • @jessiesimmons398

In Texas, kids have to go to the Dr and dentist if they have benefits. Otherwise you can lose your benefits. I agree that they should have some kind of system in place to check on children annually

  • @vanessarivera032

Grandma is delusional! Seriously they got scared no they ran away because they didn’t want to do time in jail, which is what they deserve now a 15-year-old boy that never had a chance of living his life is going to jail just because he wanted to escape the situation, I think you had mentioned that he had been locked in his room since he was 5. I’m not excusing what he did, but he probably didn’t realize that his sister would be killed. He was probably hoping that everyone would get out and they would get out of this horrible situation. She would’ve been able to get out if her door wasn’t locked. It’s very sad!

  • @taniaryan3696

You’re so young in this 😮

  • @scarletlightening9569

They are guilty and that poor bot that lit the fire should not go to prison maybe to a psych ward for along while but he did what he did for a reason clearly

  • @sheilaparrett2718

Beautiful ? She was malnourished, dirty . The grandparents are to blame also !!! Not the poor 15 yo, he was probably trying to save himself and siblings ..

  • @sheilaparrett2718

The family failed them too !!!! Someone had to have known 😡😡😡😡

  • @AdamTheTruthSeeker

What about holidays, they NEVER seen them. Yeah those grandparents knew something. He looks like a chester.

  • @AdamTheTruthSeeker

    They knew something no doubt

  • @Melody_On_Pawz1

The 15 year old should be put in a state hospital for evaluation

  • @heididewet4479

    Love You're show

    South Africa 🇿🇦 ♥️

  • @lovesnhugs

The messed up part of this is in GA parents can be fined and serve jail time if their kids miss school due to illness without an "excused* written note. I wonder if this played part into these children not being enrolled in school or if they were ever enrolled in school.

  • @joddenelle

I don’t believe it’s very fair that the 15 year old was charged with murder he was just trying to make an escape route for himself and his siblings such a sad case! 😢

  • @shelbyhenkebeauty

Unfortunately I have to disagree that the grandparents didn’t know, i personally know people and my own family that live close by but do not keep in touch at all, do not follow on social media etc my own brother lives across town and idk what’s going on in his household members lives, so it is possible to not know

  • @jeraldinepritchett4727

Maybe he was thinking that firemen would save them all from the fire, and the abuse. Seeing them as heros you know?

  • @jessicabest589

Ugh less government not more…. these poeple are not morally in charge of me or my kids. They are all garbage humans anyways, neighrbors take care of nieghbors yall, dont suggets more government encroachment

  • @carlamarlene2927

I can bet the grandparents were told "these are OUR kids, we'll raise 'em our way if you dont like it, stay away" which is what they did

  • @carlamarlene2927

I think "nutrition" needs to be added to the types of abuse.

  • @marleneprats1147

My heart breaks for these children and I don't think Nathaniel should be charged,he's needs to be admitted into a juvenile mental health facility,he probably felt that his only escape was to set the house on fire 🔥 poor teen probably thought that even jail would be better than living in that house of horror any longer may his little sister RIP 🙏 I hope that those parents to get put away for the rest of their disgusting life's,I wish they would get treated the same deplorable way, they deserve no sympathy!!

  • @sberry80

I think the 15yr old has a good case for "not guilty due to
insanity " maybe he thought that was the only way to stop the abuse, or it was the only way to "help" his siblings. This kid needs help, not a life sentance in a prison cell
