Did anyone else tune in to the fact that she wanted a copy of his statement about her? I did. She was calling the police to their home simply for a documented source that she would tool for supporting a claim of self defense. Unfortunately for her, she didn't know that he had 911 on the phone when she shot him, either due to her irrational rage or her, 'To he[[ with the consequences, it's my way or the highway, I'll win at any costs', mindset!
It is so evident in her behavior as she purposely, comes into the garage to hear what the police are saying to him & trying to get a copy of what he had told them.
Blocking his access to their money so he could not leave or go anywhere else & then knowingly, locking him outside of the home with his daughter in his arms. He finally gets back inside because the police came and told her that she can't do that shite & he goes to the garage to get away from her, trying to fix the door or whatever she has destroyed, but, he[[ nah, no peace is he allowed to find; Mrs. Control Freak has not won yet…..she angrily gets a gun and goes into the garage & shoots his righteous arse because the police sided with him & now he thinks he is right because the police said he had a right & forced her to let him back into his house!
That is her damn mindset. She is so easy to understand because I know she thinks with her feelings and serves their demands.
She makes me sick. Of course she will lie & plead not guilty & everyone will cry about every mental disorder that sticks to soften her penalty or glaze over her guilt!
Bull shite.
Here is the only disorder that applies here:
The disorder of no self discipline of your emotionally out of control feelings & emotionally reactive, impulsive, deadly behavior.
Murder is wrong.
These not guilty pleas are wrong. Our criminally friendly, emotionally based courts are wrong for permitting mitigation, litigation, manipulation & negotiations of the penalty for pre meditated murder! Period! There is no law when you can negotiate the penalty for breaking it!

LE cannot help you. You must defend yourself. He was very calm and obviously an abused husband. The kids were obviously abused by the mother mentally and physically. The first time LE came out the son wanted to get in the car with them. He seemed desperate to get in their car! He was trying to communicate something was very wrong.

The cops came out 4x. Clearly they cannot do anything until your dead! You MUST protect yourself. He should have left with the daughter and went to family or friends or even a hotel. He should have been armed as he knew she was mentally ill and spiraling. The mentally ill spiraling can often lead to someone getting murdered. Protect yourself! He knew he needed to leave with their kids but didn't do that.
