Stephen Webster you can file a Bar Complaint on Wendi now. There is no time limit of filing a Bar complaint. As an attorney you have an obligation to file it if you know she violated the rules.

My son lost all contact with his son , through parental alienation , His partner manipulated everyone , as well as the child , with the final breakdown being , she stood behind him as he followed her instructions , Nana , he said , i really dont want any more presents from you ,and im not going to do family stuff anymore , bscause i just dont believe in it , He was only 11 , Hearts were broken all round , The mother won , and comenced to break her own sons spirit , God help him , ❤

The plot thickens! If Wendi was found to have failed to disclose financial information the judge could have ordered bank statements etc. Remember how entangled Charlie's finances were with his parents? Complete financial disclosure could have been a real threat to the entire family if there were financial crimes. It wouldn't be just Wendi who needed him stopped. Now I think they is way more to this story than Donna's desire to have the boys in Miami. Maybe Wendi "wanting her kids back" was the story they sold to Katie.

In all fairness asking his attorney, even suggesting, that he wanted to go to the children’s home on his days he did not have the children, and say good night to them is INSANE! And REVEALING! And what’s this about a holocaust diamond ? Was it something he gave to his wife at one time and now wants it back? To bad so sad. This guy should not have been killed (NO DOUBT) yet he seems he gave as much as he got …. equally. Not a saint, not a hero. Sure seems he was keeping the vindictive ugly behavior going the same as Wendi.

This testimony is heartbreaking…Dan was first and foremost a great Dad…. Wendi is the most hateful, egregious and spiteful woman, who didn’t give a fig about her children.. Nauseating
