Bodycam footage captures an Illinois man, identified as Kenneth Gohmann, who was found by police after allegedly passing out in his vehicle, which was left in drive. Upon awakening him, police asked Gohmann to perform field sobriety tests. After observing his impairment, they believed he was under the influence and later arrested him for DUI.
