Hah end of episode 4 I am that person …. 2 years later, new subscriber, binged in a single night the first 4, absolutely fascinating don't apologise Stephanie I am loving this ❤
When Buck decided that he wanted to go with Clyde, with or without his wife, it had me thinking that maybe Blanche was mistaken when she said he loved her more than his family.
Two hypotheses that I think would have made bonnie stay: emma ask clyde to break up w her or clyde to finish of his own free will, he didn't finish bc he didn't want to, B&C was destiny bc if it weren't for that he wouldn't have movies and music
I’m sorry, but I’m a bit confused. You keep insisting Bonnie isn’t a murderer because she never “actually killed anyone”, even though she did take part in illegal acts in which someone was killed by someone else she was doing said illegal act with, which in a literal sense is, in fact, correct…..however, you have said, both in other videos of this couple in crime and in others, that under the letter of law, any person taking part in an illegal act in which another person taking part in the same illegal act kills someone, which is absolutely correct. However, when you have said this fact in the past, particularly during this series of videos, it’s been in reference to a male participant vs when speaking of Bonnie, a female participant. Why would you say that Clyde is guilty of murder while staying outside in the car during a robbery in which the jeweler was shot and killed, but say Bonnie is not guilty of murder while being an active participant, holding and even aiming a loaded gun at people, during a robbery in which people were shot and killed? One could even make the argument that she would be more culpable than the person who stayed out in the car the whole time during each incident because, once again, she was an active participant, who held and even aimed loaded weapons at people who were victims of the crimes being committed by the group she was a party to. Just wondering your argument for the competing narratives, that’s all.
I don’t know if you still see these posts but I just wanted to let you know that this is my 5th time watching this series since you released it… I love your old content and all your new stuff but I keep going back to these deep dives… thank you for sharing your story telling talents with us! You’re truly awesome! ❤
I love all the videos you make but this series is still my favorite! There is so much detail. In the 2 years since it’s been out I’ve watched it 3x at least. I hope you do more historical deep dives someday! ❤ I appreciate all the hard work you put into your channels!
There are few things that can embarrass or disgraceful a town in Texas other than a sheriff determined to make a name for himself, focusing on and fabricating evidence against a person or group of outlaws, ending up falling flat on his face with all his lies and incompetence landing flat on top of him. Making him, with a face full of mud, retreat with his tail between his legs. 😂😂😂
I didn't think I'd be this invested in the story. I originally saw how many parts there were and was put off by it, but now that I've started, I'm more than happy about how many there are.
Wow. What a bunch of weak men! Most criminals are. It's sad that Buck and his wife, paid for what went on by listening, and keeping the wrong company, even if blood related.
WD was 16, a minor. Today we would say he was groomed by them , no? At 16, could he even give informed consent to join their gang of outlaws? He was a kid.
@StephanieHarlowe
I think this was my favorite part so far! Let me know if it was yours, and if not, which part is your favorite, up to this point?

I believe BONNIE may have fired a gun in Joplin and then again when Smoot smot waylaid them outside of Dallas, but she never killed anyone…
