As a meticulous crime investigator, I meticulously scrutinized every detail of the transcript in front of me. The suspect’s alibi appeared flimsy at best, with inconsistencies littered throughout their statement. Their stuttering and stammering only served to raise further suspicion.
I noted the suspect’s nervous body language, the beads of sweat forming on their brow as they struggled to explain their whereabouts on the night of the murder. It was clear to me that they were hiding something, and I made a mental note to delve deeper into their past to uncover any potential motives.
The nature of the crime itself, a brutal homicide with no apparent motive, suggested a premeditated act of violence. The lack of forced entry into the victim’s home indicated that the perpetrator may have been someone known to them, someone they trusted.
I could feel the pieces of the puzzle slowly coming together as I analyzed every word spoken in the transcript. The suspect’s lies would not deter me from uncovering the truth and bringing justice to the victim and their grieving family.

I think he killed her dismembered her body and concealed all and any evidence, tried to influence people in either not giving information or trying to get them to lie for him. It is just so sad that he has been able to manipulate Suzanne's daughters into believing that he is innocent and of course alienating the from their mother. Just a complete selfish, egotistical Narcissist who obviously doesn't even care about his own daughters emotional and mental well being. It's all about Barry and it always was.

I think the charge “trying to influence a public official” isn’t bribery. I think it’s simply him telling them the bobcat story. I followed a case where a man killed his step daughter and he got that charge for lying about what happened around the time of him concealing her body.

I totally get the girls loyalty.. However I'm sure they know of his behavior toward Suzanne.. more than anyone. It's just so sad Ave selfish of him to spend their inheritance on a team and to drag them thru this.. they will have to testify!

I think he should face 1 count per public servant, not 1 count for all of them collectively. I don't see how it is any different then say getting in a pursuit with an officer. The officer can write you for every time you ran a stop sign for example. If you ran 3 stop signs, you get 3 tickets for it, not 1.

I believe the DA is adding every possible charge to withhold bond, show Barry’s true character, and set the stage on the reality about their marriage behind closed doors.
Barry is so much larger than Suzzanne, and he could’ve easily overpowered her physically to keep her murder clean and quiet. There really is no need for a weapon other than his brute strength.

In my opinion we shouldn't have to wonder now about how Suzanne died.
I think Barry's weakness are daughters and if they choose to defend their father… I suggest starting to speak to them with arguments, try to change their minds, contact them through social media, friends, neighbors, school.
I think the greatest penalty for Barry will be finding a way to take his money (poor chances in America as long as, for example, he didn`t pay taxes) and make his daughters disown him.
I don't live in America, I'm not as polite and nice as you are.
I think you guys are too understanding with his teenage daughters. They are the key to resolving this case as soon as possible and finding out… where Suzanne is. I think if there was any chance to talk to even one Barry`s daughter… it would certainly not hurt Suzanne's case, and who knows, maybe it would help.
You can charm the viewer, I think you could charm these girls too, if only you had a chance.

Annie I dont know if you heard but I was watching the livestream on the interview room..And he has not only hired private counsel but it was the attorneys for the girlfriend of Patrick Frazee in that case..And they have represented other husbands that have killed their spouses..So let the chess game begin..But I think Linda Stanley is an amazing DA and I believe she has the checkmate already planned out 4 or 5 moves ahead of Barry..

I keep thinking about the tools that Barry was supposed to bring to his workers in Broomfield. He can't argue that he forgot them in a panic over Suzanne, because that contradicts his timeline. He allegedly became panicked while already in Broomfield, when the neighbor told him Suzanne was missing. Therefore it doesn't make sense that he forgot the tools. So, what happened to the tools? I think they may have had blood on them and he had to get rid of them. He may have first tried to clean them off with bleach in the motel room; hence the chlorine smell. But then he may have panicked about giving them to the workers because he realized that law enforcement would test them for blood. So he had to dump them somewhere. That's why the workers never got the tools. Furthermore I think something went wrong in his planning and he had to think on the fly and he did something in a rush. I believe that's why Morgan Gentile detected a great deal of panic in Barry's voice.

Ugh this monster is A MAJOR PIECE OF WORK. Hopefully he goes away for the rest of his life at minimum. It sounds like he has dismembered her in order to hide her remains. I only pray that I am wrong and they are able to locate her and she gets the justice that she deserves. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
