As a meticulous crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I delved deep into the intricate layers of this case to uncover every piece of evidence. From the faintest fingerprints to the most obscure footprints, nothing went unnoticed in my relentless pursuit of the truth.

The suspect’s alibis were dissected with precision, their stories scrutinized for any inconsistencies or discrepancies. Surveillance footage was meticulously analyzed, every frame studied for clues that could lead us closer to the perpetrator.

In a case of this nature, where deception and cunning are key components, my attention to detail proved invaluable. The crime scene was combed through with a fine-toothed comb, every minuscule shred of evidence catalogued and studied.

As the investigation unfolded, it became clear that this was not a crime of passion or impulse, but a meticulously planned and executed operation. The suspect’s motives were shrouded in secrecy, but my thorough investigation slowly unraveled the threads that tied them to the scene of the crime.

In the end, it was my meticulous attention to detail that helped bring the perpetrator to justice, ensuring that every iota of evidence was presented in court to secure a conviction. This case serves as a testament to the importance of meticulous investigation in solving even the most complex and intricate crimes.

  • @annieelise

BREAKING NEWS! There are 2 more unreleased notes.

One is reportedly in digital form and is another suicide note that does not 100% parallel with this note.

The other is a hand written note from Roberta to Brian that says “burn after reading” on the envelope.

The contents of both notes is unreleased as of now. However the note from Roberta was in the van and later found in the family home. SHADY!

All he had was fear of punishment

  • @anntaylor5736

Why would she be furious that HE was the one waking her???

  • @anntaylor5736

When he hit her he left the head wound, when he pushed or kicked her in the river she may have hit her wrist– she was gasping for breath cuz he was holding her under water. He had trouble carrying her cuz they were fighting. She was angry at him when she came to and the fighting escalated– then he strangled her.

  • @anntaylor5736

The notebook doesn't look like it was submerged in any water.

  • @anntaylor5736

Let's read between the lines because this account of his is all lies.

He hit her in the head and kicked her and tried to drown her in the river, then locked her out of the van (like hes done before)
Finally strangling her and leaving her body to be eaten or torn up.

His biggest fear was getting caught and when it looked like he'd be found out– he killed himself, leaving written lies, changing the narrative in hopes those thinking he was guilty would feel bad.

This guy is a true manipulative sociopath

  • @anntaylor5736

It's the most fake letter ever!

She did not fall into the creek. If she lapsed into sleep she stops "violently" shaking?! Bill sh&&

  • @ericjohnson9431

To tell the truth I didn't believe that was his body or that he is dead

  • @erica8936

Whole thing is bullshit. He should have been a MAN and told the truth since he killed himself anyway. He's a coward.

  • @francesmartel7948

I think it was written for him to try and cover up his crimes.

  • @annettelacey7913

He is sickning,i dont believe a word of that bull**

  • @augustrosepriv892.

Let's look at this in a different direction: (I still believe Brian's alive).

Brian's friend said he was good at being off the grid.
They heard a gunshot in September 2021 (false alarm, apparently).
He inflicted himself, and was eaten by alligators/crocodiles.
His fake parents waited a month, to tell us he killed himself..

Which gave him enough time to fake his death, changed his name, and get off the grid.

We all know that Creek Story was faked.

  • @augustrosepriv892.

That creek story is 1000000% fake. If he was truly a hero, she'd be alive…not beaten or strangled.

  • @SOLIDMANSS

  • @donnapavina8803

    I agree with you 100%.
He wrote a delusional account of a murder.

  • @christyg3013

Xana's mom doesn't quite seem like someone I would rely on for her memory. I think she believes what she's saying, but is likely confused.

  • @Crime.punishment14

He’s a devil. Poor Gabby. Breaks my heart for her family.

  • @margieunger1350

Temps don't drop to freezing in august

  • @trishachapman8023

In the first place his parents shouldn't have been helping him I have always told my children you do the crime you do the time because I won't help you unless you prove to me that you didn't do it so as far as Brian goes he is full of BS he has more BS than Texas with all the cattle it has

  • @agelessice8072

    I don't think he's dead….

  • @mcfrenchfry2196

Banana’s! Lol your the Best AA
He on the other hand is the WORST! why kill her you Jack wod. Makes me mad and Sad

  • @jillijane9793

What a POS. He loved her so much he left her body out in the open and took off. What most likely happened was she was trying to dump his loser as*, and he got mad and killed her

  • @susanswarts1407

Right, she fell in a creek and the pain causes her to plead for death. Yeah, they worked on it together. Sounds like cut and paste of thought.

  • @jenniferharen2688

Wow. If any of that was true. My husband would burn the woods down to get attention and help. Even if I begged for the pain to stop he couldn't harm me.

  • @charlenecampeau947

    It's all bullshit grrrr…f@cking coward 😤

  • @moondogclips3127

Am I the only one that thinks he killed her in the van? He is describing carrying her body to the place where he left her and he dropped her in the water. It is ridiculous they would not bring a flashlight together. It was dark and he did not have a flash light because he was carrying a corpse and did not want anyone to see. He might have lay near her to make sure the coast was clear to go back. It is a story of half truths, no shocker there. Most murderers tell half truths. What a tragic trip.

  • @Vonninator

I think his parents helped him write it. I don’t think he’s dead I think the family know sone high up people otherwise Brian would never have been allowed to refuse to speak during a murder/missing person investigation. No ordinary person can just say. I don’t want to talk. Wtf smh.

  • @denisemasciarelli1543

I think this is a bunch of bs!! He’s a murderer! Will you find out what the letter Roberta wrote to him said , please!! I love your channel I found it a few months ago cuz I’m a true crime junkie too. I think my family thinks it’s weird!! Love listening to you!!

  • @alorralora

What a load of pig s##t !! No wait, that would be an insult to pigs! If people went around strangling other people whenever they got a concussion, we wouldn't have anymore football teams!

  • @linnnothinmorenothingless7625
