Bryan Kohberger appeared in a Latah County, Utah courtroom Wednesday for a motions hearing. During the hearing, the attorney representing the accused quadruple killer told a judge that his case is “challenged,” they don’t have all of the discovery, and compared the case to playing “52-card pick-up with 100,000 decks of cards.” The state fired back claiming Kohberger’s team has everything they have and they’re doing their best to turn over anything new they receive. The court set discovery deadlines for May.
