As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully analyzed every detail in the transcript of this case. The suspect’s alibi seemed to be riddled with inconsistencies, casting doubt on their whereabouts at the time of the crime. The victim’s statements painted a harrowing picture of the events that transpired, shedding light on the brutal nature of the assault. Furthermore, forensic evidence pointed towards a potential struggle at the crime scene, indicating a volatile confrontation between the perpetrator and the victim. This type of violent crime is not uncommon in this area, making it imperative to thoroughly investigate every lead and piece of evidence to bring the perpetrator to justice.

Any new updates 12 months later??

  • @deborahbeltz718

No DNA in the house supposedly on the knife sheath but no real proof yet, they are hiding it in court?

  • @Annaffable

My first exposure to Jennifer was her coverage of the Karen Read case. I don’t agree with her opinion of that at all and I’ve heard her make many factual errors in her coverage. I’m sure she’s very knowledgeable but after that I don’t know if I can believe or trust her on any cases now

  • @collegeri

I LOVE THIS WOMAN! So interesting to listen to.

  • @ryandecastro1659

defense claim its alegent touch whic is false from the evidence given by the prosecution its single soiurce dna

  • @Deepblueseas-s5l

Wow that gave me chills when Jennifer said BK had an ID hidden in a glove at his apartment that relates to 1122 King Rd. That confirmed for me he is the mass murderer..the real murderer always takes an ID. Thats a known fact. I was so shocked when she said that.

  • @pamronning

Why would an expert witness taint a case like this?

  • @pamronning

Theirs is not bring forth facts

  • @REDDEVIL9269

Its such an insight having a professional to help shift through all that noise

  • @ms.steveygolden1118

PPE was NOT warn on & off throughout the investigation. No hair nets or shoe wraps over shoes either. Transfer might just be that easy.

Annie I am a fairly new follower. You’ve become my new favorite site in the true crime community. Your channel is just amazing. Your research is impeccable and the way you present each case is so engaging. You also provide such a necessary service to the victims and families in these cases by telling their stories so they are not forgotten. Thank you for such good quality material.

All speculation..Can't wait for the trial so actual evidence can be seen and heard.

  • @KM-fe1eu

Yea after watching the movie “Mr. Brooks” with Kevin Costner… the lack of a blood trail doesn’t surprise me and it’s part of his plan that he probably takes a lot of pride in.

  • @KimBTown

People tend to like to argue. Add that people like to play ‘Devil’s Advocate’.

    “Yeah but …”

The common tactic = Federal Government commits Brady violations, withholding exculpatory evidence that will exonerate the suspect and the judge is in on it. The bad people in high places have really thought it through and know exactly how they can manipulate the system to benefit them and those who pay them off such as the cartel.

  • @Tiange678

I am way behind. Annie is very thorough. Your guest is brilliantly amazing.

  • @angelatemke9160

Can we just appreciate Annie’s tan here! ❤

  • @AmyNana66

Lady, I want you to know your voice is so soothing to me. I love watching you. But. On nights insomnia raises its crazy head, I rewatch an episode to go to sleep. I'm a grandmother to 5 teen boys, and mother to 2 adult girls, and you remind me of my eldest when she was younger. Thank you first for the episodes you take such care in publishing, and second for the insomnia "medicine." I admire what you do.

  • @Ali-gb7mf

    Coffindaffer has no credibility.

  • @Ali-gb7mf

I will not be subscribing to your channel. You are biased and have made up your mind that BK is guilty regardless of all the mistakes, errors and lies by law enforcement and the total lack of evidence. Good bye. Enjoy your tanning.

  • @akmankalash

How do you have touch DNA if you’re wearing two sets of rubber gloves?

  • @Mandymoon111

They literally have nothing if he did this, he did not do it alone, the time is off they was killed between 2:00 and 3:00 and the cops know that and that's what they said at the beginning because that's what it is. The amount of evidence they have is ridiculous that says they did not do their job, they should have four times that amount and for Brian not to get no blood in his car it's crazy crazy how can we say he was there when we have no evidence except for the DNA what about the other DNA that was not tested why are officials doing this why why is it still a sealed case if you have your man why not let it be unsealed now that he wants it unsealed they still won't let it be unsealed I don't think Brian did this and if he did do it he definitely did not do it alone especially in 8 minutes 🧐🤔😤

  • @shan5769

I'm not one to ever comment on anything on the internet but …. how could Bryan's touch DNA get on to the knife sheath if he was wearing gloves ?

  • @elkigirl123

Great guest, a good question I would like to ask her if she were on now is why have the defense had so much trouble getting discovery, such as the other dna evidence etc. even more than a year later. Regarding the other “unknown male dna profiles”, when the defense asked for them to be turned over the prosecution claimed in court that they didn’t have anything to turn over because they didn’t run dna on those or something along those lines. The only way they would know of the presence of these other DNA profiles much less that they’re male or different individuals is because swabs were taken in areas investigators thought were important, dna tests were run on these samples, and human DNA profiles were found and compared. So they obviously have those dna profiles and need to turn them over if they haven’t and seems like there should be reams more dna evidence to be handed over etc. Not to mention all the interviews, bodycam, video etc.

  • @elkigirl123

Law enforcement and journalists have different roles. It isn’t the role of good journalism to be a mouthpiece of law enforcement but to research impartially and factually.

  • @elkigirl123

It’s always great to see the journalists and content creators who understand and uphold the presumption of innocence since the discovery in this case hasn’t even been turned over yet much less a trial held or perpetrator convicted. It’s equally irresponsible to make claims one way or the other regarding guilt or innocence before that time. As far as members of the public researching public information themselves in a lawful manner I think it’s inevitable when so little has been released and it can help promote transparency and justice. Naturally law enforcement protect an investigation for various reasons but when the investigation is over and a case is brought it’s time for everything to become public record and transparent. Journalists have always had to fight for freedom of information though, it’s the nature of their job and the important role they have, whether professional or amateur, they serve a separate function from law enforcement, good ones maintain a presumption of innocence for all parties and of course don’t cross lines that would threaten or defame any party including the accused. Official coverage often tends to just echo the press statements of law enforcement in the beginning since that is the readily available information, often we hear more of the defense case later. It is ironic when some media try to claim that amateur journalists who don’t just parrot the prosecution line as a forgone conclusion are conspiracy theorists when those people themselves make more money talking about the case and even use the amateur coverage as subject matter.

  • @rickhammel9541

Coffindaffer is so off on the Karen Read case that it destroys her credibility.

  • @sankey8888

This lady should be on CNN or Fox 🙄

  • @bucksdiaryfan

The split screen created the illusion that the host was sitting behind and above the guest. When the show first came on I was a little way away from the screen and I was thinking "that's a strange setup" until you look closer and notice they are in two different locations.

  • @CrimesqueChocam

I think the evidences are very weak to lead to Kohberger. One thing I noticed is that if he was a criminal justice phd student he clearly wasn’t the only student interested in answers like that or making those kind of questions in this area. It does though lead me to think that he might have come across the actual murder. Maybe through the online research…To me it’s hard to believe that a murder would plan and execute what we think it’s ALMOST a “get away with murder” situation for its first time so “flawlessly”. And IF, the actual murder came in close contact with Kohberger before the killings the “killer” could possibly think that Kohberger was the perfect scapegoat that he could frame. A dedicated student hungry for answers and interest in serial killers wouldn’t be scared to listen to his very own “Case study” or even to have close contact with him right after his murders so he could have access to the answers he needed while murder’s adrenaline was still running in his blood. What it takes to get One drop of blood 🩸 purposefully left in the sheath in the crime scene, not in a hidden place, but made very easy to be found under the corpses by the forensic team…and calling Kohberger for a ride after murders. Which could lead me to believe that killer murdered the first 2 victims much earlier that morning and got trapped inside the house once the last 2 victims arrived waiting for them to go sleep. TikTok activity doesn’t prove anything, but DoorDash does. What if Murder Requested Kohberger to come pick him up at a different address right behind the target house. That way he could pin him to the location. He waited 15 minutes in the car and that was when the killer speed his exit not having time to kill one of the survivors because he could risk to miss his ride who was already waiting outside for 13-14min. Obviously these are all my guesses. No ofense, I’m not protecting Kohberger. For a matter affect in my opinion he remained silent during his arraignment not in protest, but because if that is the case in the eyes of justice he is guilty but not the actual murder. This Papa Roger is possibly another way for the murder to continue framing Kohberger and misleading the investigations by getting attention away from him. It’s not a manifesto. Like, Kohberger to me doesn’t fill the Columns to be the murder. He’s strictly vegan and asexual, which for me it’s so weird to be characteristics of a murder. Anyways, nothing is out of the table yet, but the justice system is often making huge mistakes alike.

  • @sherryparis5647

Can people be charge for releasing fake information or faking tapes

  • @Justin-eq7yu

The trial will show loads of evidence against Bryan

  • @Lilacsangel

I believe it’s the psychics that are creating the conspiracy theories.. About drugs and other people. Bryan Kohlberger would not develop a friendship

  • @ninamills6435

Love your hair point cut, beautiful, love your tan! You are telling us this horrible story, helping us to decipher,❤

  • @MD-fg5wd

I think he placed some sort of tarp on the floor, removed everything on the tarp then left

  • @MareRS357

I remember seeing a reporter on Sunday November 13, the day of the killing of a the four students, that a camera caught a car that look exactly like Brian Kohberger car in a street perpendicular to 1122 Kings Road. It went by four times.

  • @richardbutler9217

You might be interested in an overdue critical analysis of the worst offender conspiracy theorist, Huda London, and her outrageous Mental Health and Crime podcast. GET A CLUE just did a good critique of her unethical disinformation performance. I have been critical of her but she blocked me. She now has over 300 Idaho 4 videos in the past 4 months, 1,600 crime videos in last 2 years. That doesn't leave much time for her mental health services. Im very skeptical.

  • @shondaet

This was a great interview. I really enjoyed it.
