Upon further investigation, it has been determined that the claims of kidnapping on Thursday, July 9th, 2023 are unsubstantiated. The individual in question, identified as missing, denies any involvement in such an incident. Additionally, there is no evidence to support the alleged sighting of a baby on the side of the road.
It has been confirmed that the individual did not leave the Hoover area during the time period in question. The statement provided asserts that this was a singular act committed by the individual themselves, with no outside assistance.
The individual expressed regret for causing concern to the community, search volunteers, Hoover Police Department, and other agencies involved. They have requested prayers as they work through their personal issues and strive to move forward.
This case remains ongoing as we continue to gather more information and conduct interviews with all relevant parties.

I prayed so hard for her and her safety. She obviously has some mental issues. Otherwise, she might be seeking attention in a sick, selfish way. Her parents should not “fix” this by paying the fines and damages for her. If in fact she isn’t suffering from mental health issues, she should be required to complete a minimum of one year of community service. Her nursing career is over. No one will hire her regardless. She cannot be trusted to care for patients. She should never be allowed to care for children either.

MY CLIENT has given me permission…to try and cover her ass as much as possible regarding the shitload of legal trouble she has likely landed her dumb ass in. She is sorry she wasn't smart enough to pull this off and deeply apologetic now that she has been caught and made a giant fool of herself…and then lied some more and that didn't work either.
