10:36 now minus is over you though right? She’s the MOD she’s over you ..
10:50 and the situation she explained to you does that sound typical.
10:57 I mean override is a simple process.

From the sound of this lady it seems she should be elevated to MOD and minus should be demoted

This can be a huge lawsuit on chase.

  • @dairisarias

The monumental coverup from the powerful Chase Bank is insane. Oh Lordt! So many missed opportunities to stop this woman from committing this senseless crime is mind blowing. And seriously don’t think for a minute that Cynthia wasn’t involved in this..she knew Emilia was stealing that money from her father and she was gonna come after her by extortion. That’s when things got hot for Emilia . Emilia is the mastermind of it all. Sad, sad, sad. Karma thou… she’ll see!

  • @renee9937

    Great work as always 😊

Mentour Lawyer and LadyBug… a massive THANK YOU for putting this all together over three episodes. What an incredible tribute to Cynthia and Sean.

Thank you for showing us what an incredibly impressive woman Emily is and how big a paternal figure Gerald was.

Cynthia was not perfect. We know now why they lived in the neighborhood they lived in. We also saw that their neighbors, while it wasn’t some white picket fence area, they cared enough to help the police find these sacks of excrement named Amelia and Josh.

Rest in Peace, Cynthia and Sean…. and Gerald. May Emily and her family find peace 😞

Anyone who still can't see that Cynthia was being fraudulent is simply so naïve they need to apply for a disability check! People who can't see Cynthia's culpability are the same people who fall for Nigerian scams. The bank being so slow to react could have prevented the murder as well. So many people including the victim contributed to this culminating into murder. Cynthia was talking to a teller manager she could have asked her to transfer her to the fraud department. I know I know I'm blaming the victim! I sure am along with the lackadaisical response from the bank. They should have called her into the office the moment they saw she put those transactions through. I worked for Bank of America for years and that never would have happened they pull people off the floor the second they spot an irregularity even if it's legit but questionable.

I used to think this detective was great but after hearing how impatient and cold he was with Mr Stack, this guy now pisses me off.

Guy lost his daughter, his grandson both to violent murder. He suffers from serious dementia and he had his money stolen from him.

I get that its hard to have patience with someone with Alzhiemers but at least show a little empathy and be professional.

  • @polaroidwhite9037

    This detective is a hack….

  • @TheSkeetergirl

Embarrassed to tell you I knew nothing about this. Thank you.😊

  • @polaroidwhite9037

How is that vile, murderous, lying whore not in jail?

  • @tammytellez3481

    Hey James
I love hearing these videos,I watched their police interviews on your channel and now I’ve gone back to listen to them as I try to rest but the interviews on these newly posted videos I’ve never heard before,it’s really good!!
Thank you, you’re always working to bring us news…

  • @seahawkgal5052

It's disturbing with all the problems going on with the poor gentleman's account that nobody within Chase bank thought to investigate what/if they could do to remedy the issues. Sounds crazy that two $25,000 checks went unnoticed by so many when Amelia had asked to override the amount she was authorized to override!

  • @imgrateful7142

They all have the same lawyer? Provided by the bank maybe?

  • @williambiggs9752

Damn that was a loving grandfather because he was willing to give him 60k because that’s where he thought the money was going. So sad he has to die knowing his daughter and grandson was murdered but at least he still has a granddaughter.

  • @just_nate_8694

Thanks M L for covering this case! I've been into this one since it happened!

  • @luckewoman0348

I've been subscribed for a long time and this is the first time I've watched a series you've done on a case I didn't previously follow….for the record I just listened to the past 3 videos posted and surprisingly this told the story very well! Normally I would have to Google from other channels and see what I could learn to fill in the blanks….but I had no blanks to fill, here! Excellent line up of videos!😊

  • @chrissearer1896

Great Job, Ladybug! I voted for you not that other guy…😂 Today is a Day that will live in Infamy!💃💃💃💃🤺🤺🤺🤺🤺🤺💥💥💥💥

  • @danlowe8684

ML…great post!! OK, after listening to the last interview, I have a theory…Was Cindy extorting Amelia for a chunk of the take to stay quiet? Cindy spoke directly with Amelia in the presence of the reviewing banker. Cindy told her to 'close the accounts' (that no one knew about) and Cindy would speak to Amelia later that night. There were numerous calls and texts between the two gals. Cindy then went out of her way to say 'thank you' to the manager. The money never went back into grandpa's account and everyone was happy. The security company's investigation resulted in only a written warning to Amelia over a fraud that huge? Then, Cindy states she is going to go the bankers on Monday to expose Amelia's fraud, after expressing what a great job the bank's staff did? Not adding up.

One more thing….it’s amazing the respect a high powered corporate lawyer gets from these detectives compared to some low paid public defender. They are asking the lawyer if it’s ok for them to ask certain questions lmao

  • @refrigerationguy

Mentor lawyer. I have been watching your videos for several years and want to tell you this video is very informative and interesting. Thank you for posting!!!!

  • @andrewvanderhoof2531

  • @carabeck3671

This was literally the first true crime case that I ever saw. It had gotten me hooked. This case was my into to this world.

  • @monkfan72

Do we know who it was that came to Mr. Stacks home?

Thanks for the upload. Very interesting information.

  • @mollycuddle9990

Thankyou for posting these, it’s important to understand the whole situation, to look at it from all angles, not just to see interrogations or trials and to be left with questions. To hear from the folks who dropped the ball to facilitate this eventuating depravity. Although all these employees are innocent, it should be imperative for the bank to review all of these interviews and for Chase to make a statement about what happened here. The family deserve that, at least.

    A salute to you #MentourLawyer 🏆✨

  • @dejuhvu1793

Can someone help me understand who the “heavier set woman” and 2 men were that went to the grandpas home? What were they doing there?

  • @andrewvanderhoof2531

Never heard these interviews of all bank staff…..killing it ! Thank you sir.

  • @Two_Deep

    This video rocks 👍

  • @boon240

I feel like everyone around the grandfather wanted his money given his condition. I'm not a grandfather yet but ain't no way would I be giving my 21 year old grandson 50g like that.

  • @Two_Deep

    Thanks #mentourlawyer love your #truecrime channels 👍

  • @JennWatson
