There’s seems to be some confusion on whether or not Brooke had an ultrasound at the Obgyn’s office. From what I tea in different places it said her doctor wanted her to come back for an ultrasound, however I was not able to watch the whole trial so there may have been different information presented there. Either way, I never want to provide you with details that are untrue, and I would never do it purposely. It doesn’t come from a lack of research, it comes from different sources stating different things. Thanks for always being patient with me and respectful when you point out inconsistencies in my videos. And those who don’t know how to be nice about it, well… that says more about you than me 😘

  • @May32676

Sounds like a nice concept but ur coffee def freezing by the end of the video

  • @overwhelmedmama1962

Sounds like Brooke and her mom were the most selfish people. Out of touch reality, possibly even sociopaths. Seemingly no sympathy or empathy. Poor baby girl. 🙁

all the evidence proves brooke just has a stillborn and didn't kill her baby, her anorexia killed her baby and her doctor should have tested for growth restriction when she went instead of just doing a pregnancy test and telling her to come back in two weeks, her not having a plan for a sudden pregnancy doesn't make her a murderer and you taking stuff out of context to push that idea is disgusting. giving birth at home isn't wrong, not knowing you're pregnant isn't wrong, having an eating disorder doesn't make you a bad person, and having a stillborn isn't the same as murder. with how many women are being charged with murder for having miscarriages right now, this video is literally just disgusting and needs to be removed. a fetus isn't a baby first of all and she died before she was born, and calling the police after her baby died wouldn't have brought her back. her doctor should have done more tests then did a C-section. she came there with a history of an eating disorder, had been bleeding, had zero prenatal care, didn't even know she was pregnant, ect. not doing more tests was just insane and the doctor should have been charged with something. videos like this should be removed for false information. you all literally just hate women and want them put in prison for no reason

I have been a subscriber of your channel for a while. This came up as a suggested video.
As soon as you said that baby had homicidal trauma, and then she lit the baby's foot and her whole body caught fire….
    I couldn't finish this one.

  • @Mandy-nt2cs

Guilty. She's GUILTY. She was grown enough to have sex, she was grown enough to call 911. It's 2023. There is no reason to kill a baby.. in the womb or out. There's no need to have a baby you don't want. We all know what makes a baby.. and there it's so easy access to preventatives, especially when you live in

  • @salliemoran6240

I’ll be at her high school tomorrow for my granddaughter cheer competition!

  • @deewood5127

I wonder how she was able to deliver a baby, clean up, and bury a baby without waking her parents?…IMO, she had help possibly from her mother ?

  • @ChiM97

Can we stop with the "i feel bad for brooke" bc I don't she knew she was having sex she knew she was pregnant and still decided to go about things the way she did. She couldve carried the baby did all she could in highschool and gave the baby up for adoption. I dont feel bad for her or the girl that killed her baby in the hospital bathroom

  • @sherimaldonado1889

I was pregnant 9 times and never had a child. 3 stillborn, 4 miscarriages and 2 surgically removal of dead fetuses that died in side and didn't complete a miscarriage. It was heartbreaking, and when I started menopause I realized I'd never be a mother. 😕

  • @jennyray1476

I find it very convenient all these young girls who get pregnant and then hide their pregnancy for 9mths always claim they had a period the whole time, all claim they had no idea they were pregnant till they gave birth, and all are just so lucky the unwanted baby is stillborn at birth 🤔

  • @blueeyes4233

You think a baby who is pale, no umbilical cord attached was alive?
Have you ever seen a newborn baby? They are purple when born.
I think this was a stillborn baby. I think she mad a terrible decision but I think she was too scared to share her pregnancy with anyone.

  • @thewolf2153

Someone, white, black or brown, without that privileged background would have been crucified in the public square. Yes, race also can play a role, but money plays a way more important one. The legal system is geared toward only those that can afford justice.

I know this video is old but I need to Comment. I'm not defending anything. Brooke had an eating disorder since like 8th grade so that will obviously effect brain development.

She was evaluated at some point & was stated to be vulnerable to people in authority & that she would say whatever they wanted. She was diagnosed with Dependent Personality Disorder.
After watching her police interviews she was 100% manipulated by them. She also seems a bit childlike Not to mention that having an ED while pregnant puts her at a higher chance for miscarriage/stillbirth. Your pregnancy can be 100% normal one day & the next a stillbirth can occur. Its tragic but can happen.

The prosecution couldn't prove their case. I watched the whole trial & the documentary… i believe her daughter was likely stillborn. The medical pathologist person lied about charred bones & the police ran with it, this was corrwcted later on. I normally agree with Stephanie, but I can't on this one. Brooke needed medical & psychological help, & space from her mom. Again I'm not defending anything but after actually having watched the trial my opinion is different than if I hadn't.

  • @BK-2003

I feel bad for her tbh. Her parents were probably against abortion which could’ve prevented all of this.

  • @RGale60

I agree with you with this case.
Accountability for her actions legally & therapy.
    RIP Annabelle

  • @angelang222

Brookes mom seems like the biggest culprit here in my opinion.

  • @sarahmelissa4253

    Her mother seems very narcissistic.

  • @domicadom8865

Why she didn't call for help when she realise baby is coming out.
She clearly wanted that baby gone bruh…
And messages clearly show mother new about this…
And she was like happy after this my belly is back to normal woho😐

  • @its__destiny

The fact that she didn't buy diapers, baby clothes, or blankets shows she had no intention of caring for a baby.

  • @lailaderpton9816

How tf did she give birth in a home with 3 people in it and no one knew

  • @levitillman9507

Brooke should hang out with Casey Anthony.

  • @ninaxwings

Dear God, I remember this one. I am currently pregnant watching this went from true crime to body horror for me. I thought she killed her baby the first time I heard ab this case. This time I want to sympathize but I’m having a hard time finding reasons. I get having an image obsessed mom. I get not wanting a baby young. I don’t get why mom didn’t just disappear her to another state until she gave birth and arrange for the baby to be adopted. At the least mom knew.Jury’s still out on dad.

  • @horncow4160

I feel like you're a little judgmental based on your own experience and personal bias. Brooke is a product of abuse, apparently scared of her parents and probably not terribly bright. And the whole "she was 18, not 16" is pretty arbitrary as there's not a whole lot of maturity difference. I've had an unplanned pregnancy before that I ended up miscarrying (no I didn't do anything to try and cause it) BUT it was a relief to me because finding out at that time in my life was a nightmare for a variety of reasons. Not everyone is ingrained with the automatic maternal urge.

  • @metalmarc777

    She's guilty…It's more than obvious…

  • @charliekezza

There wasn't any evidence that the baby was born alive but there also was any evidence to prove the baby wasn't born alive either
