Please look into the case of a missing person named Deanne Hastings. She has been missing for 6 years. An artist I follow posts about her often, especially on the anniversary of her disappearance since he was close. I hope that him and others affected by her disappearance will find closure. 🙏

Nah. Still don't agree with you. Which is fine. But hey, I also read ALL their texts and she didn't help him for A WHIle. It was years. And also, she was 17! 17! Thats so young and way too young to be put on the responsibility of another persons life. I would truly love it if you could do a deep dive into HIS behaviors too. Its completely draining when someone constantly use suicide against you, which he did, all the time. Including threats. I don't agree she handled the situation well, and there are a lot of things she could have done to possibly save him a lil more time in life, but I cant agree with a world who holds a 17-year-old responsible and harassing her, and not recognizing the struggles she had. "Mental issues" in my opinion is not a term to throw around as if it means only one thing. I have plenty of them. And from what you have told us about your social anxiety, you too have mental issues. So please be specific when you speak about those issues. Yes, Michelle clearly struggled mentally, but that per sei is not a reason for her behavior. The fact that she did not get help is a BIG reason to why all this happened. And about she not wanting help… Well, that's the thing with struggling eh, you don't always know that you need it nor how to get it. The fact that she was so desperate for attention is SAD to me, not awful, but SAD. Had she been 50 years old, sure, I might would have had a different take on this case. But she was 17… and we don't truly know what online interaction is doing to our brains and reality. Im glad she's out and I hope she gets the help and support she needs.

Lori and Chad never went in to hiding,they've been living their life just like they've always done,but without the kids,plus Chad is surrounded by his Cult members who believed everything he said,and from what i've heard Chad goes away to other states on business,so who knows how many places he has to hide at,and i don't really think the two of them really cared,they probably thought they could pray it away.

Sadly, I’d guess that the whole 5 days to produce the kids rather than just arresting chad and lori was probably due to the FBI being a very underwhelming disappointment. Criminal minds def lied to us lol. The FBI probably doesn’t care that much and probably isn’t helping as much as we all like to assume. So the state / local police did what they could! And it works! But also we don’t know what is happening behind the scenes legally, we don’t know what they found in the house etc. Maybe a stubborn judge wouldn’t sign a warrant or they just didn’t have enough yet? We don’t know 🤷🏻♀️
I mean the FBI knew Nikolas Cruz was threatening to commit the shooting and …. didn’t care! So a kidnapping possibly without enough evidence to prove homicide could make extradition difficult. The police probs do not have clear evidence that this case is a homicide and not just a kidnapping – like yeah we all have common sense, it’s been MONTHS and nothing but the courts need actual evidence which would cause this nonsense to happen.

Concerning Michelle Carter, not only is she an awful person for manipulating that boy to kill himself but she was also absolutely weird and calculating when it came to other people. I hope your right @Stephanie I hope she does something worthwhile with her second chance, however i do tend to take a rather pessimistic view, I do think the fact that she was able to push someone that far might encourage her to try doing something like that again. I really hope I’m wrong.

I think Michelle has a life sentence playing the last conversation she had with this poor young man over and over and over again. She was supposed to save him but she wanted him dead because she wanted attention. Sick. How do you live with yourself after this. He seemed like such a nice young man. I lost my oldest son to suicide.
