  • @ArtTasticCreations

I really hope I don't find a dead body. That would traumatize me for life.

  • @user-hb5je1pl1v

  • @sarasilly

You should talk about the feet that were found on multiple beaches in Washington state.

  • @critical-goat363

I honestly understand killing the dog after it hurt his chickens, as a chicken owner myself. Beating it to death was a little excessive…..

  • @jasminerussell9732

This girl is mad the time I thought I seen a dead body in my room I’d be gone no way I’d be seeing all that and not put 2 and 2 together wth

  • @sandyshirley5079

This ended suddenly. Is there a follow-up? Part 2?

  • @skystanlake173

Randonaut told me to go down a neighbors long driveway. Like no.

  • @Gigibaby88

Damn maybe I should move to Rochester. You think $1,500/mth is a lot for a 1 bedroom? I pay $1,800/mth for a 1 bedroom in NJ and my cousin said that wasn't bad for my area 🤔

I know it’s been awhile since this video came out but I wanted to correct one thing. Alki is Indian and a lot of cities etc are hard to pronounce if you didn’t grow up there or live there for awhile. It would be pronounced Al (like the name) K-I (Hard K and I). Also, yes rent is crazy in WA but especially in King county areas like Seattle. People use to joke you couldn’t rent a room there for under $2k a month years ago. I’m sure it’s way more now. This was also around Covid and we were under an emergency mandate that rent couldn’t be raised and people weren’t required to pay (most did) and the landlords couldn’t evict tenants. My guess he was upset he couldn’t do anything. They knew he couldn’t and refused to leave. He either killed them to make the room become empty or he was paid off or helped whoever was upset with Cash and Jessie. Either way he gained something with them being gone. Also, I love your videos, just found you and you do such an amazing job at what you do. Thank you.

    Love the Scooby-Doo reference!

A friend convinced me to go randonauting and it was so eery. It could have easily ended very badly and I would never do it again. It is so unsettling that the app was targeted toward young vulnerable people.

  • @candyfairy3974

    Omg 1500 for a room?

  • @kfjw

It surprised that you were surprised by the rent in Seattle.

  • @stephjovi

Having watched a stream with 3 lawyers talking about their ADHD makes me wonder if you're ADHD too. From the way you describe yourself 🤔

  • @Seth-Michael

What is the name of the song on your intro to your videos? I absolutely love it and can’t find it anywhere. Thanks friends

  • @HoneyBee-br6hi

Dam 1500 a month for room.

  • @tornotto

"They had no where to go, that's why they stayed there." This resonated so, so deeply with me. Yes, rent is that high in the Seattle area. And while cost of living is somewhat compensated in wages, I know first-hand that you can't live off of your wages if you don't have a higher-end job; I was making well over minimum wage, working full time, and still couldn't cover my own living expenses without a roommate, and this wasn't even near the expensive parts of town. This was before COVID, post-COVID, raises that many of my friends got didn't even match inflation. Seattle can be so beautiful, but it can be really difficult too. So many people can't afford the cost of moving. My heart aches for how trapped Austin and Jessica must have felt.

  • @pageycakes7093

I know there’s nothing you can do about it now, but it’s pronounced Al Kye

  • @tiggirl19

I honestly want to know why the other "renters" were curious as to why they acted/seemed afraid of this couple. I think that says a lot there, especially the person who asked if she needed to lock her area up again? Did this couple do or show the other people that they needed to be scared of them, or was this all just "stories" that the "landlord" created about them? I also would like to know why this guy wasn't flagged at all with any law enforcement issues, especially when his daughter was trying to get a restraining order against him? I think that law enforcement did a lot of wrong things here, but they also tried to do some good things. I think that there's too many red flags with the guy that owned the home, and he should have been thoroughly investigated by a lot of people or companies, weather or not he lied on any applications that he filled out. I do know that when everyone was in lockdown, no one could really work as they did before, and maybe the couple was having a hard time trying to find a job.

  • @megsalex4017

it's actually pronounced like Al-eye beach

  • @Jaya-zn7vr

This story is so weird! I want to know more…..?

  • @vegan_guac

The fact that somebody stood around just watching a psychopath kill a dog with a hammer says a lot about where society is going.

  • @ginettedejesus6861

$1,500 per month to one bedroom in a house????

  • @kjjjj5202

Instantly made me think of the Sarah Boone and Jorge Torres suitcase situation. Which was absurd af! I’m guessing this one ends up in a dead body being put into a suitcase. Rip to all the people who’s life was taken too soon at the hands of another!

  • @wilmeotto5954

If I find a dead body in a room I'm renting I'm not going to the owner I'm calling the cops??!

  • @roses.6600

Alki is pronounced Alk-Eye. Just so you know lol

  • @Kittykodama

Okay you mentioning animal crossing and Pokémon go in one video made me fall more in love. lol

  • @skylarj3374

I walk past their little memorial on the beach almost every day on my way to work and back. It is still tended for and I always see it clean and decorated <3

  • @locumdo

In watching the last few videos, it just blows my mind that so many people in the cases were aware of the murders that had happened, and no one called the police! I just don’t understand it.

  • @lyraboulester8665

Can you please give a heads up about violence to animals? Very triggering.
