Quick update: James Brenner has been charged with aggravated murder. Dylan’s phone was found at the bottom of a pond located near Brenner’a trailer. Investigators found footage of Brenner in a blood stained shirt cleaning a gun and his blood covered hands. Dylan’s mother stated the time stamp would place the video half an hour after the call with his grandmother ended. The boots and shirt had Dylan’s DNA on it. All I can really say is that this is a horrific tragedy. He deserved to see his crops grow, he deserved to live his farmer life. My love to him and his family, always.

Btw, everyone in Utah definitely are not Mormon lol. I live in Utah, Salt Lake City, and I'm not Mormon, my family isn't Mormon, none of my friends are Mormon, and other than my incredibly sweet neighbors, I don't even know any Mormons lol. There definitely is a large Mormon population here, but so many of us don't belong to it and never have.

From personal experience, box elder county sheriffs SUCK. They just suck. They don’t read you your Miranda rights, they’ll search your car without a warrant and claim there’s probably cause, and they’re always putting the wrong people in jail. Not to mention they hire officers who have to Google how to spell words, for their reports/booking. They just suck. They’re no good.

I've read that James Brenner has been charged with the murder and desecration of Dylan's body. He's currently going through the court processes, and it appears the prosecution is quite certain he is the one who committed the crime. They also found Dylan's phone in the bottom of a pond near the farm. He was caught on video covered in blood cleaning his gun, also covered in blood. I don't know that the current evidence is strong enough to convict, but the evidence I've read about is certainly concerning and I'd be taking a much closer look at him.

To be perfectly honest….the way this "PI" is talking about Dylan, his family, the fella Dylan supposedly was staying with, etc….he seems to be seriously desperate for media attention…so he's saying the most sensational things he can think of for shock effect to get himself more attention on him….not what the attention needs to be on…finding Dylan…its just plain despicable! 🤬🤬🤬

I personally went and slept in front of that saddle bar cus I was out of gas and it felt really sketchy. When I visited Lucin while documenting ghost towns, didn't take long before authorities found out and far from politely told us to get lost somewhere else….. definitely a sketchy place to live alone at 19

I imagine you would have drilled a well if you bought property to farm on but water rights would still come into play. You can own one piece of property and someone else own the water rights.
