Former Delphi, Indiana Sheriff Deputy detective Kevin Hammond looks like the Bridge Guy. Hammond was investigating Kegan Kline prior to the murders and Hammond had access to Kline's cell phone information. Richard Allen is being framed.

As a female who grew up in IN there was lots of times I was asked for inappropriate images/ videos from insta, snap, and kik. Scary to think that at the time I thought I was talking to people my age, it could have been some "sick fuck". As an adult now I understand why my mom would constantly go threw my phone as a teen, I am grateful to her now for this because it is the reason I never got groomed/ convinced to send inappropriate things due to me being terrified my mom would see, so I would instantly block them. Scary to think of what could've happened if I had fallen victim to this kind of thing. Thank you for not sugar coating how important the topic of grooming children on the internet is. I hope that no one I know/ grew up with became victim to these scumbags, sad to say, but many people I knew probably did though. This story hits so close to home for me.

Keaganoccio had info on Libby. Keegan Klein sold or traded this info to "Bridge Guy Rick Allen". This is why he was parked at the gas station to complete the deal. Do you think Libby was on to their scam and wrong doings where the bad men felt like they had to silence the girls. Bridge Guy sounds passed off at them when he said " down the bridge".

I can't even begin to describe the level of hatred and anger I feel when I hear of any child abuse but especially sexual abuse. As a mother of a child with autism, I'll do anything to protect my son and its high time we start sentencing these monsters to the fates they deserve. One of my own family members was a convicted child molester and was released time and time again until FINALLY, he was given exactly what he deserved. Word is the father of one of the girls found out and beat him to death. His body was found in a dumpster behind his work but, the cops all decided it was suicide. Can't say I disagree with it. Good on the father for protecting the town's kids when the state kept releasing him!

Having been an awkward 12 year old girl if the "Andrew Shotts" guy had reached out to me, being so cute, asking me to meet him at a bridge with my friend I unfortunately. I was a senior in high school in Indiana when this happened. I remember it being on the news and twitter and everyone talking about it in class. I remember we were all so proud that there was that video the girls got and we were sure the sicko would be found and punished quickly. Years later, we are still waiting for anything to happen. RIP Abby and Libby, two smart and beautiful young girls that should still be here.
