Apparently last month (Feb 2024) Diana didn't show up to her arraignment for serving 14-months due to not reporting a missing child. From what I understand, after the arraignment Diana would've been let go from jail. But she refused to show up. People are speculating about why she didn't show if things were pretty much in her favor for getting released. One theory is she did not want to be released for fear of her husband. Another theory is she's afraid of public backlash. But she could also fly back to Moldova if she wanted to. Strange that she is postponing release from jail. Someone on Reddit was in jail with Diana. They said she gets a lot of money on commissary and doesn't talk to anyone.

Maybe she sent her daughter to Mexico to some family members or something, if any 🤔

I mean madalina was last seen at home in her room where she initially went mysteriously missing and if anybody who would know her whereabouts would be her mother and or her father, they know more than what they're telling and should be held accountable for the disappearance of Madalina if she was infact murdered and her body was disposed of, I would say some where in the lake and or in the area where they lived or live at currently, I know they searched the inside of the house the outside of the house what about under the house did they search outside under the house? 🤔

The mother told the school that she was coming to the meeting and she was going to bring her daughter madalina with her to attend the meeting at the meeting the mother did not inform the school that her daughter madalina was missing? The mother and father should be held accountable and placed under
thorough investigation, I mean that's child endangerment negligence, you name it 🤔

If an illegal is a victim of a crime in the US, they get a green card automatically. My sister is a SA probation officer and it's been more and more common that women are claiming DV and SA to the police simply to get a green card

  • @SoulShiner1115

In my area, school resource officers are city police officers that are posted at the school full time. Knowing that the school resource officer knew what was going on and didn’t do more pisses me off to no end. They could have done so much more.

  • @jacquelinestowman4777

19:53 or maybe, the mother had presence of mind to give authorities clues. I disagree with how judgmental you are.

  • @jacquelinestowman4777

Being someone that was in an abusive relationship, your abuser getting mad is so much more than just being mad.

  • @angelgirldebbiejo

The parents look like loser people….. so many people shouldn't be parents.

  • @MrsMaryIrby

    I'm a mother I love my daughter so much 💓 I can't understand this…

  • @vicster3758

I think the step father was possibly abusing Madalina and did something to her and her mother helped cover it up.

  • @Stonefoxxloxxz

Poor baby may God protect her 🙏🏼

  • @kimknotts2877

My ex husband isolated me as well as emotional and mental abuse and gaslighting. I thought I was crazy and alone in my problems. Even when I did have friends and family. His family backed him up even when they knew he did these things to me and his 4 kids. You don't know until it happens to you, how hard it is to get away. Especially when they monitor or manage every cent you can spend and what to spend it on. My ex even would exchange my face foundation with a color that wasn't my shade to fuck with my mind and tear down my self esteem! I shit you not. Little things like this matter when you have none to begin with. They want to make you look crazy or like your exaggerating things. They make you the bad or wrong person in every situation and they try to become the "hero" when others are looking.

Are there any updates from this case?

  • @Emma-lb1vf

I did not know you could report a person missing when you yourself are in an entirely different country…

  • @irenestrmnss4496

WHY DID NOT THE MOTHER THEN GO WITH HER DAUGHTER BACK TO MOLDOVA , IF SHE WAS ABUSED ? DID THE MOTHER KNOW SO MANY IN USA ? OTHER MOLDOVIANS ?
ARE THERE SO MANY MOLDOVIANS IN NORTH CAROLINA ? THAT SHE COULD TRUST.
PASSPORT, CHILDREN CAN ONLY GO OUT OF COUNTRY WITH A PARENT I THINK. EXPENSIVE TO GET FAKE PAPERS.

  • @irenestrmnss4496

JUST LOOKING AT DUDE AND HIS
" LADY" , THE MOTHER SAYS FAUL PLAY ALL THE WAY.
CREEPY , DISGUSTING , DISTURBING DUDE. TYPICAL : MOM WITH PRETTY YOUNG DAUGHTER, AND A " STEPDAD" OR BOYFRIEND. SUDDENLY THE GIRL GOES MISSING OR DEAD ???!!!!! CLASSIC

  • @SD-oi9gr

As much as I wish your theory was what happened but that’s not the world we live in. Being realistic she is already dead but until she is found that way I will pray that she’s alive. That poor poor child. Some people should never have kids.

  • @LMarieUNC

I’m at the VERY beginning, so there’s undoubtedly a lot of information coming that will make me feel dumb later due to making a comment prematurely, but if my DOG were missing for even 30 min, I would act! Hope I don’t eat my words 😭😬

  • @lg8498

I really enjoy your humor….. "Hes like Michigan older dude" 🤣.
I really hope they get some answers.

  • @veramunoz2412

I would love to request for you to cover a story that nobody is willing to cover.

  • @Rainbowofthefallen

Just commenting for the algorithm ❤️

  • @hope9204

It’s likely that she was in the burn pit and the stepdad left to destroy evidence or they both scattered her remains throughout their travels

  • @psychicrenegade

I've been exposed to a LOT of narcissists and violent abusers. I can spot them a mile away. That guy…is definitely giving me abuser vibes.

It's kinda like how an ex-addict can spot a drug user from a mile away…and how you can tell someone is genuinely kind and gentle. This guy is creepy, slimey, and definitely a bad guy. Why did he want mail order bride in the first place? I would bet that he wanted the woman, but not the child. He did something to that little girl. He could have dropped her body somewhere on his Michigan trip…or just taken her there and sold her into trafficking…I don't know. But I do know…he did SOMETHING.

As a former elementary teacher, we were required to reach out after 2 days to the parents/family about absences. On first day of absence if I actually had the time to sit down or if my overwhelmed mind (I was teaching a class of 18 5-6 year old kids alone, no assistance) could remember to shoot a quick message to the parent I would send like a “Hi there, we missed ___ today in class! Hope they feel better soon!” And I would get a response and know that the child was ok.

After like a few days out of the week we had to report to principal with details on absence. Which I did every single time. I think the principals were overwhelmed with discipline and other admin duties they always ran around stressed.

But after not hearing back from some students (especially if I knew there was trouble at home) I would be more persistent in getting a hold of parents. Turns out this student was out of town on vacation for a few weeks with dad since he was off and parents had been split up. It wasn’t even like a holiday or school wasn’t out, parents just decided that this kindergartner needed a two week vacation instead of learning basics needed to continue on 🤷🏻‍♀️ ok, cool. As long as student is safe and healthy ok 👌🏼

There was another family who brought their kids randomly throughout the year. We could never count on when they would be in class so we always had an extra paper or supplies. For assignments just in case the kids came to school lol. They had several kids in the school from kinder- 6th grade and all teachers struggled with this. My student had 80 absences in the year, automatically setting them to have to repeat kinder. I called the parents, dad was put on the phone and he cussed me out/yelled at me that their child had learned everything they needed to learn and would not be held back.

I was so startled. I do so much for these kids. Worry about them, make sure they eat, teach them life skills to help grow their independence, buy them snacks, water bottles (every week out of packet or else these 5-6 year olds wouldn’t have water all day due to water fountains shut off from COVID) buy them supplies, etc.
    parents were unresponsive.
I say all this to say that teachers try their best on their end but there is only so much they can do. The parents have to respond too. After watching true crime I worried about all my students and sometimes the “what ifs” would creep up. Lol

  • @mnaylor81

Mail order bride or she wanted a green card

  • @mnaylor81

They get a week off for thanksgiving three at the least.

  • @nousernamesarevalid

Every school I know gets the whole week off for Thanksgiving. So, that would total 10 days out of school.

  • @nikkyro03

It was Thanksgiving break. It seems like a long time for the school to do something but School wouldn't have noticed anything for at least a week already due to school being closed.

  • @kittikat2318

If she is deceased, what if the mother buried her daughter somewhere she could find her again, somewhere in the mountains they both loved, and that’s what the selfies were for? So she could remember where she was. I hope not but she kinda looked sad in the photos.

  • @kittikat2318

I don’t know about other states, but school resource officers in Colorado @ least, are full police officers. They are just fully assigned to the individual school. Bigger schools have between 4-5, smaller schools 2-4. They can make arrests, carry guns, cause they’re full on cops. There’s security officers, separate from & not related to, the SRO’s. If I was that cop (if indeed they are a cop in this state) I would call backup officers & have themselves interview her further. I cannot understand why, if you KNOW where your child is, why you wouldn’t just explain it! If she went back to her home country for whatever reason, cops would be able to keep that confidential IF they can verify she’s where the mom says she is. Sadly, I think something far worse has happened to Madalina.

  • @claudiapeters6877

Resource officers are real police officers. The truancy officer for the school and the resource officer should have made a report to DFS at a minimum . Ball dropped big time!!!!

  • @Kristy90

I really miss the pink coffee maker

  • @samanthap4600

It always catches me when you say Adidas lol… in UK we call it add – ey – das 😂

Sorry for my random input that's totally not relevant 😅

  • @aleisaetheridge8682

Ive seen far to many cases like this where the man marries these so called mail order brides that r single Mothers and the man is not attacked to the Mother at all but wants the child and not because they couldnt have their own children and lived kids ,if U get what Im saying ,disgusting and sickening men and the Mother seems to not understand whats going on until its to late .

  • @aleisaetheridge8682

We could say that Casey was a good loving Mother if We went by pictures and maybe video also but It we all know even though She smilied with Caylee for pictures ,She wanted to be able to party and go anywhere She wanted to go and not have to be a Mom 24 7 ,whether She claimed to love Caylee r not ,She still caused het death .This story is so sad and another horrible case of a parent not reporting their child as missing until they had no choice in the matter because of other people looking for the child .I believe if youve not reported your child as missing for many many days ,Your the one that did something to cause that chikd to be missing and not anything good and U should be locked up until that child is found alive and well r locked up forever if they arent ,thats what I think Dont come fir me .

  • @Lilttlemspretty99

A little late but this case happened about 2 counties away from mine and we still haven't heard any updates from local news. I remember when I first saw it, I had a very strong gut feeling the stepfather was involved in her disappearance and the mother was complicit. Thank you so much for covering this case and bring attention to it 💗💗

  • @laceyw9983

"He's like Michigan older dude" 😅

  • @AbraSings

My kids get a week off for Thanksgiving. I wonder if that's the case there. Just thinking out loud.

  • @MsJoLollipop

Jesus, the amount of red flags that mirror my life is incredible, however our marriage is good. I stay at home, the bank account is in his name as is the house because I have past debt were trying to clear and I don't want any liens from anything unexpected. Sometimes it's abuse, and sometimes it's just financially sensible.
