As a highly detailed crime investigator, it is clear that the evidence in this case points towards Darley being the perpetrator of this heinous crime. The inconsistencies in her various accounts of what happened that night, the lack of evidence of an intruder, the presence of her fingerprints and DNA at the scene, and the suspicious behavior she exhibited all point towards her guilt. The lack of a clear motive for an intruder to commit such a crime, along with the seemingly staged nature of the crime scene, further support the theory that Darley may have been responsible for the murders of her two children.

Despite Darley’s claims of innocence and the efforts made by her defense team to raise doubts about her conviction, the evidence against her paints a damning picture. The fact that she continues to maintain her innocence and the support she receives from some individuals including her ex-husband, add layers of complexity to this already baffling and tragic case.

The details surrounding this case are controversial and continue to be the subject of intense debate. The truth behind what happened that night may never be fully known, but the evidence and the circumstances surrounding the case certainly suggest that Darley’s conviction may have been warranted. As a crime investigator, it is important to consider all angles of the case and analyze the evidence carefully to determine the most likely scenario that took place on that fateful night.

The fact that there are people who disagree on the truth in this case blows my mind. Which side do you believe? And why?

  • @CatherineShoresHMN

What if Darin did it for insurance money? Why did he have pants on when she called for him?

  • @michaelredman9599

jodi arias sang too,,,so did that girl that killled the lawyer—-

  • @michaelredman9599

darrin knew she did it imo

  • @michaelredman9599

    darley=narcissist—only her

  • @michaelredman9599

darla was a spycopath just like casey

  • @LaffeeTaffeeGG

If I remember correctly, the two boys had life insurance, and their murders were an attempt at insurance fraud. Also, the father is kinda a piece of shit. When his two sons were killed and his wife was being taken to the hospital, he commented to the cops "doesn't she have good tits though?" Like bruh, wtf.

  • @kaylamorris7381

What if her husbamd and her had planned it ? He was there right ?

  • @nothingworksworks3511

She doesn't seem a person of substance. A person who had nothing to cling to when the storm set in- the storms of postpartum and financial stress. Just an empty vessel. Feels guilty to me.

  • @susanbrooks9317

I don't believe that Darlie was given a fair trial. An interview with one of the jurors set it off for me. She did not like it because darly had breast augmentation after having her children. Many women do that after they have had their last child. What does that have to do with anything? Just because the juror didn't care about her appearance, doesn't mean that Darlie felt that way. This trial had a lot of conjecture and no facts. You may be surprised to know that the Innocence Project is being involved with this case.

I think she may have known something but I highly doubt she was capable of the injuries incurred on her children. Also she has been in solitary confinement for over 20 years and never once broke down or confessed…they hardly questioned Darin. I believe he is the one who organized a hit on his family. There is another theory but I don't want to get into it.

  • @nickr0785

She is guilty as sin. I'm horrified that she is still on death row as of 3/25/23. Living on the tax payers dime, enjoying her life while she killed both of her kids. She has not even been charged with the killing of Devon's murder. Her ex-husband is in denial, stupid, or slow if he believes she is innocent ..

  • @TapManDancer

Darlie said that when she was young she always knew she was beautiful – but I thought she was a very unattractive young woman. And very arrogant. I think she definitely is guilty. With a very boring personality.

  • @tuneaddicted

100% guilty. Non of her story makes any sense, and the finger print found later was determined to be hers. She also celebrated in the front yard tossing wreaths that people had left for the boys around and laughing, according to a neighbor. She is an actor

  • @andystar3429

I think she wanted to exit her life and her kid’s lives. But she couldn’t do it to herself because of her selfishness and narcissistic personality, so she made up this bizarre story with the intruder. This is beyond sick.

  • @melissahall2366

In recent time I've heard so many stories of evil parents. The level of cruelty dist out to their own offspring, just keeps going. to the next level. Stopping them through laws, police , courts' ect.Ever being able to "inflict" time & time again. Has to be the best way our species has!!!

  • @Js_views-

Someone depressed during the low times like the shallow 304 she is and has always been. Don't marry 304s because they do things just like this.

  • @praveenpulikutti

I don’t think Darlie did this.. she has no motive to off 2 of her kids.. one of her son was alive when police came,, if she did it, then why call 911 when one of the kid was still alive? The graveyard birthday party is strange but that doesn’t mean she is guilty.. one of the juror even said that they found her guilty based on that video.. really.. she had no prior history of violence.. if she faked her injuries, why go for neck.. there are far less risky parts to fake an injury.. where is the husband in all of this.. I dont know who did this but im certainly not convinced that she did it..

  • @crystalwilson3466

I've always thought she was guilty. But you mentioned who goes in a house and kills children when adults are there like no one. Tommy Lynn Sells a serial killer who was put to death in Texas in 2014 did just that. So, there are psychos who do that very thing. Angel Maturino Resendiz was also executed in Texas is another. Not saying this is the case here but who knows. I think the silly string fiasco and the smiling is very off putting. If it were me, I still wouldn't be smiling.

  • @DexterAdventures

i def think she is responsible! BUT there is a thought in my head that wonders if the husband had a business partner that was loosing everything too and could have played a part in it. but he wouldn't have any gain except to hurt their family… … just thoughts bouncing around in my head, I'd would have to dig more into this and their lives and what not but just a thought i had.
