Another 911 operator that needs to be out of a job. Her attitude! Seriously! I think that supervisors need to consistently listen to old recorded calls and see how they really act and treat people when no one (a supervisor) is around and can hear. So many of these people do not belong in this job – that tells me not enough emergency call/911 supervisors are listening and supervising should include listening to past calls, current calls as they happen, etc…it's ridiculous the way some of these operators act – and unfortunately, there are far too many 911 operators that don't belong on that role. I can't imagine being a parent in that role and having someone speak to me like that when I'm in that situation. These 911 operators need to consider how they would want to be treated and talked to in the same situation their callers are in. It's just disgusting how some of these people act.

Not saying he (Sam) is innocent but I have seen plenty of people pick up cigarettes at stores to smoke….

I see a lot of people getting mad at dispatchers because they seem "emotionless" or "waste time asking dumb questions" when in reality they are doing an excellent job.
It annoys me because they must have never heard an actual bad dispatcher.
This was a terrible dispatcher. Completely annoyed, combative, not interested in getting any information about the actual situation.

You'd think the operator was receiving an annoying call she deemed unimportant and bothersome from someone she knew rather than talking to a panicking mother who has seen her son deceased before her. What a bitch that operater is and I hope something was done about that

I think Sam's case is questionable. Were I on the jury I might have trouble coming to a conclusion or I might have said there is reasonable doubt and let him off.

Although Anthony can't fend for himself anymore, it's a bit sus that he got arrested for burglary and also murdered at his home. He was obviously into a life of serious crime. Did they ever consider him a suspect?

This reporting has many inconsistencies…however, the mention of "Cass Allen" being Johnny's best friend and boyfriend of Sharita is the farthest from the truth. Sharita was the girlfriend of Johnny's friend Rueben. "Cass, Castro or Charles Allen came into the picture towards the end of Johnny's life. I am curious to where this name came up for this reporting because his name is has not been mentioned anywhere in the trial or in the dockets. (Not sue if any of the other stupid podcast has mentioned him while glorifying two young deaths). Anyway, Allen is a real POS and he has actually worked along with the mother MC on setting up people and intimidating them with a gun to their head. Allen has always been on my radar. He has some videos of him trying to rap.

This stupid dispatcher!!! Why hire a complete robotic AI idiot to do a job like this?!?!? She sounded like they were complaining about not having sauce for their nuggets or something. This is horrendous. I’m so sorry to their families and may they receive justice for this horrible tragedy. 🙏😢

Ewww that Dispatcher seemed bothered, as though the Mom was in the wrong for freaking out over what she is seeing and the police were there too. Absolutely heartbreaking. Ugh, and I’m sure she still works there. Gross.
