Highly detailed crime investigators have determined that Megan Amirowitz assumed the role of caretaker for her father during his battles with alcoholism, which ultimately led to a tragic altercation between the two. While the prosecution argued that Megan intentionally poured a harmful mixture onto her sleeping father in a fit of anger, the evidence presented during the trial was largely circumstantial. Despite this, after just four days of trial and two hours of deliberation, the jury reached a verdict on July 15, 2023, finding Megan guilty of the crime. The investigation into this case revealed a complex web of emotions, family dynamics, and potential motives that ultimately resulted in a devastating outcome. Megan’s Breaking Point may have been reached, but the truth behind the events that transpired that fateful day may never be fully known.

I don’t think she knew the damage that would be done by the contents of the container.
@chrisfalx3251
There’s a lil more to this , I mean was he passed out drunk , mouth wide open and she got some into his mouth and stomach enough to kill him? I work with lye at work , did you get her hands on some formula to make it stronger or something I think that’s what they mean by mixture. How long would it have to sit on even a naked person to cause harm ?
@thomasadrian9854
2 hours?? That’s awfully quick…..
@Kittieku
She put up with it because she chose to. She got away with everything staying with her dad. She always got her way. I dont think she did it intentionally buuutttt she was old enough to know that was going to hurt him. I hope she gets help and is able at some point to have a decent life. She's going to live with what happened so that's another punishment.
@marjoriewilkinson7814
Hate that I've been away from yr podcasts for a month to come back and find that I know have to pay! I'm an Elderly woman on a fixed budget….I'm gonna miss U😢
@bettyc.9614
She should have done time. She is 19 she could have left. She was angry because he was too drunk to drive her to her hair appointment. The whole thing is crazy!!
@annamoore836
Is the narrator Cindy Crawford's daughter?.. the resemblance is uncanny
@candaceharris6322
I really don't care
@michaelhubbard6129
I feel for her and the father was a piece of s***
@markwadleigh8671
Drunks are horrible to deal with in any way. Shouldn’t outta murdered pops, but I can understand the impulse
@unicorns1959
Having grown up with an alcoholic father and my 3 brothers are alcoholics, I can sympathize with her. It's not easy 😢
@kathymartin4160
I bet he was messing with her. For a long time 😊
@msledyog2176
The judge gave her probation for killing her father. The judge is a disappointment for. justice
@conniebell7987
I’ve been reading these comments and have to wonder: do people just not know how to spell in this day and age?
@Johngoodman454
Love the videos
@ThePrettyUglys
I love looking at you!❤
@debcromlish3630
That is a heavy load for anyone, but she is a child. That's too much for an adult, let alone a child/teenager. She's only human and it's unfortunate that this happened, but I honestly don't believe she knew what she had done. Until it was too late. I notice that I haven't seen any support for her. People make mistakes. She's human. She will live with this the rest of her life. This is why alcoholism, even though a disease, destroys families and lives. So sad 😢
@CaseyMarie11-11
Please, please can you link the full episodes in a pinned comment? 9 times out of 10,if I have to go search for the video, I'm not going to bother. Now if i can just click a link and be good to go,ill watch almost every time 😁
@howard7689
Maybe it should be okay to disolve alcohaulics , we can call it late term abortion.
@GirlWthGlasses
She's better then me, when one of my parents became an alcoholic I ditched that parent… I also fully left home so I kinda ditched both of my parents.
I do love the fam but I like doing it from a distance of an entire town away. 😊
If I were her I'd have taken every dollar in the house and hopped on a bus and never come back. Lol.
@susanpugh5265
I think her brother may have had a hand n the death of his father! She suffered years with her dad,but she always took care of him! Her mother should have had more involvement with her daughter! You don't just decide kids up like they're ponds in a game of chess! The father loved all his kids, the mother should have had all the kids living with her& full visitation for the father. She never did anything intentionally!
@kev8346
Annie is so pretty
@gailhitson7340
Her father may have tortured her with his alcoholism. She should be evaluated by an impartial Psychiatrist.
@Destinyirus278
I’m sorry I grew up with an alcoholic father also. I don’t know what she’s gone through but when I read the case & the details about how she attacked him.. it’s very dark. She is guilty. Just because we can sympathize with her doesn’t mean she’s innocent.. sorry just my opinion… but there’s so many other options than what she chose to do
@user-qx9qe3tv6p
I think they should allow her go have you ever tried living with alcoholic parents it's not easy and she just couldn't take it anymore I think she should get probation and that's it let her go she's got to live with it let her decide
@dirtinmyeye6505
The judge's sentencing remarks gave me hope for our justice system.
@terridemaio7334
She Won't Re A Fend
@nathanangerson8595
Women aren't even close to caring like they were in the past
@dontmindme633
This is the dumbest case ever. She had no intent of murder or even harm.
@user-fy1md3ow6j
So haw did she kill him ?
@lauriedaniele5967
Yes she was found guilty but the judge gave her second chance
@chrystalmoore2501
I still think this is fishy! I think it was someone else.
@jmcattpisanodance6295
I watched the trial.
@ruthcook-bj8xr
No excuse for what she did. She could have made a call have him hospitalized a few days,instead of murder
@macb.43
Just from this clip, I’d say, she won’t reoffend, she needs help more than punishment.
@annmcneal7804
Alcoholics are hard to deal with. And then she’s just a kid dealing with that much. She did was wrong but still.
