As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully examined the transcript of the suspect’s interrogation. The subject’s answers were meticulously dissected, revealing inconsistencies and potential lies. This type of behavior is often seen in cases of premeditated murder, where the perpetrator attempts to cover their tracks with falsehoods.
I cross-referenced the suspect’s alibi with witness statements and physical evidence, finding numerous discrepancies that cast doubt on their credibility. The suspect’s nervous demeanor and evasive responses further raised suspicion, suggesting a guilty conscience.
Upon further investigation, it was uncovered that the suspect had a history of violent behavior and had been seen arguing with the victim on multiple occasions. This volatile relationship added motive to the crime and solidified the suspect’s status as a prime suspect in the case.
In conclusion, the transcript analysis painted a damning portrait of the suspect, highlighting their deceptive nature and potential involvement in the heinous crime. The pieces of the puzzle were coming together, and it was only a matter of time before justice would be served.

I just wondering, if they had evidence of dropping the trash, why police didn't check what was in the backs that he threw out 🤔

It's very interesting to watch these today in 2023. Berry did have an affair. After he sold that house she was arrested for trespassing on the property and taking a package off of the porch. And in my opinion and many people's he got away with murder. After the preliminary hearing, there was determined to be a conflict of interest in the Chaffee County Court and the case moved to Fremont County Court. The case was ultimately dismissed because Chaffee County Court failed to provide evidence to Fremont County Court. It's so interesting after he was already facing charges for trying to influence a public official. The woman he supposedly had an affair with is denying it eventhough his truck was parked there overnight multiple times and they got a hotel room in Colorado Springs. Maybe she Is loyal or maybe he paid her off. Maybe he paid off someone in the Chaffee County court and successfully did influence them. Chaffee County is very small and he had a known personal relationship with the prociding Judge on his case. Patrick Murphy. It's interesting to have grown up in this community and see the potential corruption.
The first sheriff to respond to the morphew home was Zachary Tucker. He is a murderer who got away with it himself. He was just out high school at the time, not even old enough to drink legally yet. His sister was still in high-school and dating Kade Riefenberg. There was underage party going on. Kade and his girlfriend Kaylynne, Zachs sister got into an argument and Kade ended up hitting her in the face. Zach saw this and was obviously upset. He gathered 4 of his friends and followed Kade when he left the party to walk home. When they got the park, mcphelmy park, commonly referred to as town lake park the 5 Boys jumped him, They apparently knocked him out and then threw him in the lake. It's a tiny lake, it has a little man made waterfall the leads into a creek. Before they tossed him in the lake they took his belongings out of his pockets, his phone, his wallet, his pack of cigarettes,and his lighter. They stacked one on top of the other and left it by the lake. It being a party the police interviewed of 200 people. The coroner ultimately ruled Kades death an accidental drawing. It made no sense because he was an experienced raft guide. He regularly rafted class 7 rapids and most of the guides drank not usually on work trips, but for their own recreation many people in the area "booze cruze" which is just drunk rafting. Being 6 feet tall Kade could essentially walk across the entire lake. He was fished up the next day by a grandfather and grandson. He didn't make it to the waterfall. There was no current.
The Tuckers oldest brother Corey worked law enforcement at the time. Corey was then dating his now wife who is a friend of mine. I would hang out at her house frequently, along with the Tucker siblings. Zack and Kaylynne both told me this true part of the story after lying to law enforcement about it. Fast forward a few years and Zachary is a cop himself and Kaylynne is married to cop. None of it sits easy with me and I think it's all fishy. Since the whole Barry Morphew situation I joke around a lot that if you want to get away murder Chaffee County is they place to do it.

A big red flag 🚩 for me is the fact they purchased the puma path home with a trust, the only way Barry could sell the home with out Suzanne. The Indiana home required his oldest daughter to file as stand in for Suzanne to sale property

If you think about it, him saying "Why would I want to leave an angel like you?" was most likely said sarcastically. Check the timing. I got this idea from comments on It's A Crime And A Shame, Linda's channel.
I am sad to say, I believe the BM killed her. You are right on track with your estimation of the reasons why he made so many trash runs, and all the rest of it too. 👍💙💙💙

Is there any evidence of Susanne and Jeff ever getting together? I know it was mentioned they were supposed to meet up in New Orleans but did that ever happen? He does sound like he was stringing her along

but think if you were trying to escape SAN QUENTIN BARRY? U may have to use whatever u got because u have 1 chance escaping that prison!!! Suzanne had no idea how evil Barry was until he isolated her in Colorado! No witnesses, no help, no rescue, all communications cut off. Very dangerous! I do not believe she had freedom to gallivant off with Jeff unless Barry wanted it that way. Unavailable Jeff was no threat to Barry. A single man pursuing Suzanne on a trip to Florida would be very threatening.
Unless Jeff really intended to leave wife for Suzanne but it makes no sense she waited until she was in prison in Colorado to contact him other than SHE NEEDED HELP ESCAPING BARRY

Got to get rid of boots because of prints. I agree with all you are saying Annie! Hiding evidence, and alibi! If he was putting trash in different places maybe he did the same with Suzannes body.
